Well, today I am a year older.

In honor of this, I decided to make myself a greeting card (yes, I'm a lonely person, I make  greeting cards for me myself), on which I will wear three things from my three main anime crashes. Because why not. Here they are from left to right: William Vangeance (Black clover), Rampo Edogawa (Bungo stray dogs) and Edward Elric (Fullmetal alchemist).

Sorry, I'm still wondering about the Dazai creating different universes kinda thing, as I was sure it was stated somewhere to be canon, here's the link to the wiki article where it's stated: https://bungostraydogs.fandom.com/wiki/Bungo_Stray_Dogs:_BEAST It makes sense since his nullification ability clashes with the book's ability thus creating a singularity and different realities. I think this is one of the things the fandom always latches onto because Dazai gives up his friendship with Oda just so he can live and write his books, he literally created a reality "only" for that and I think that's bittersweet

So, in the link you sent it is written that Beast!Dazai has obtained the book, but I think it has never been mentioned in canon that Dazai has the book at all. Both real timeline Dazai and Beast Dazai sure know a lot about the book, but we do not know if they have it or not.

What I think is, if real life Dazai already has the book and can create universes as he wishes, then why do they still need to fight against the Decays of Angels, just to correct something that has been written on only one page of it? Can't he just write in the book and fix everything? Of course, I would not even be surprised if Dazai actually owns the book and has his own reason not to use it. But everything is still speculation for now.

For Beast Dazai, I think the singularity created by his nullification ability and the book's ability only helps him force the world's fragments to connect, in other words, connecting him with the real timeline Dazai, allowing him to read his memories. Beast! Dazai can't alter the world through the book himself, he can only take advantages of the fact that he knows what will happen next, and try to change his course of actions to achieve the outcomes he want. So, I think it is not wrong to say that Beast! Dazai created a new reality for Oda to live. He literally goes against the book's will for that.
