If it was the compiler then you have a golden opportunity to learn! :D

If it is something you can share it is always fun to do these. And sometimes we learn weird new things via crowd-sourcing the issue :3

If not, then it can be a bog help to reproduce it in a simplified form like on godbolt:

95% of the time you figure out the thing while setting up the example.

Then add a few comments and save it as part of your notes :3

And when replicated on gosbolt you can switch compilers around and see if the error only happens in some of them, or if the error message from some compilers might be more helpful.

AND then you can tell the rest of us of the weird thing :3

I love the little update. I am, however, not sure if anyone flagged this to you yet. Sorry if it's a repeat. But i was reading June's POV, and there are moment's where she says MCs name but then also calls them unknown. It confused the absolute fuck out of me. 🤣😭

...Huh? Haha nobody has pointed this out to me lol, I can tell it's saying unknown because it's recognizing the pronoun variable Ex. (him, her, them); as not selected. Since I can see the name is Elian I am guessing this is a quick start character, but they have their pronouns specified when you pick them so this is a bit of a head scratcher lol

Amazing Engine – Bughunters

Sam worked as a clerk in Permissions & Licences, a secure and safe job, but dreamed of adventure and derring-do and spent nearly all of his free time at the gym or the dojo. He remembers signing up as a genetic donor with UTRPF and going through the procedure and then waking up, as if after the best, most restful sleep of his life, feeling fresher, better and fitter than ever only to realise that he was the clone, not the original. Now that he’s a heavy weapons expert constantly being sent into situations far too dangerous to risk real human soldiers, his dream is to get back to Earth and have the life that used to be his. This is surely what he’s thinking of in this weird, alien complex deep within some godforsaken planet, nearly out of ammo as the sole survivor of his squad when another human apparently dressed in medieval garb appears.
