"Free yourself from grief, attachment to love, and worry. Those who seek pleasure for themselves should remove the arrows of worldly desires. If you remove the arrows of worldly desires and gain peace of mind without worrying about them, you will transcend all sorrows, be free of sadness, and return to peace." Buddha (Sutta Nipata “The Great Chapter” 592-593)

Sindarin & The Origin of Mithril
The word “Moria” originates from Sindarin, one of the Elvish languages created by J.R.R. Tolkien. In Sindarin, “Moria” means “the Black Chasm” or “the Black Pit,” derived from the words mor (meaning “dark” or “black”) and iâ (meaning “void” or “abyss”).
Sindarin, one of the Elvish languages, is most closely related to Quenya. Both languages evolved from a common ancestor known as Common Eldarin.
While Quenya was influenced by Finnish, Sindarin was primarily influenced by Welsh.

"When you show pity to a fellow or confidant and your heart is bound to that person, you lose your significance, namely purpose. Observe that there is this fear in friendship, and walk alone like a rhino horn." Buddha (Sutta Nipata "The Rhinoceros" 37)
[Note: The general view is that the Sutta Nipata is a compilation of Buddha's advice to ordained disciples, while the Dhammapada is a scripture for lay believers and the general public.]

Siddhartha Gautama, the latest Buddha. नमो बुद्धाय (2/2)
Buddhism for me is liberation from mental and physical 'suffering'. What suffering is, is subjective to some extent. We have the Ithihaas (history) and the Tripitaka (teachings of the Buddha) to give us guidance but more importantly for the our times are the science based literature. Our Brains, psychology and the interaction with our bodies are based on the laws and mechanisms of Nature. We are nature and that is essence of the Buddha Dharma itself. Not should we see ourselves as mere independent factors in this world, we are interdependent and our meaning in existence depends on this interaction.
My family is Hindu and this is how I was raised. Slowly but steadily I found myself questioning the Hindu Dharma and in particular the Sanatan Dharma. I started learning about Sikhi, Advaita Vedanta, Sufism and Jainism. But within the Buddha Dharma I realized what suffering in life really is and how to deal with it most Humanistic as possible. And this the second layer in the Buddha Dharma I find relevant for the modern approach. The Buddha Dharma is not about praying the sins away or living a certain way to be more like the gods, it really emphasizes how we all can change and grow and depend realisticily on/with each other. We need each other to be ourselves. We need Nature to be Human. We need Suññata (emptiness) to find the meaning in our life. And most importantly, we need Dukka (suffering) to know and realize Nirvana (libération). All is relative and subject to change. There is a time for/of becoming, a time for/of existing and a time for/of destruction.
The third layer for acknowledgement of the Buddha Dharma is the Madyamaka (middle way). It is a antidote against extremism and nativity/nihilism. Within the Madyamaka approach one finds Suññata and realize the Ocean of potential. This is the healthiest place for growth and change as here the cradle of Humanism is seated: self-realization and reproduction to name a few. The Buddha Dharma is all about mental health and the mind-body interaction. The more we do this together, the greater the outcome will be!
Namo Buddhaya 🙏🏾📿
