So I’m not sure if you can still look at superior planets/figure which is earlier in signs without the houses but I’m pretty sure you can. I could be wrong.

He has an incredibly fortunate aspect in his chart though. Jupiter appears to be earlier in the order of signs relative to Mars, giving it reign/rule/upper hand which is good since Jupiter is a benefic.

Jupiter is in Scorpio and Mars is in Pisces and it’s within 3 degrees. Jupiter starts at 0 degrees but it’s the slower moving planet so it can’t be applying to Mars.

But there’s mutual reception here on both sides since Mars rules Scorpio and Jupiter rules Pisces.

The trine is the best aspect too!

I think he’s a Scorpio rising because he has the calm/kindness that comes with water risings. Also he has this intensity to him that reminds me of Edward Norton, whom is a Scorpio Rising.

He looks great in black also, which is why I also think that.

Also though Jupiter is being maltreated by Saturn via opposition. This is especially difficult in night charts.

If he is a Scorpio rising, he would have a night chart.
