Additional toppings may include sliced tomatoes, microgreens, feta cheese, bacon, or a poached egg. The market has changed a lot in the 14 years since we opened, and we’re keeping up with those changes. We feel the new branding will appeal both to our day-one customers, and folks that haven’t yet thought to give us a try.” Says Ellenberger, “We take a lot of pride in the quality of our beer, and we are also really proud of our new look.”
The former branding, designed in 2008, featured a logo of people standing together with beers in hand – a very literal interpretation of “Everybody’s”. Over the years, the logo remained the same while aspects of artwork on their cans slowly, continuously evolved. This slow evolution allowed the company to grow, but they found the products becoming less cohesive over time. The new branding is not only an effort to tighten up their look, but a chance for the company to define and re-iterate who “Everybody’s Brewing” is, and what they stand for.
“We kicked off this project by exploring the mission and voice of our company, which was a really exciting aspect of the process for us.” Says Co-Owner Christine Ellenberger, “It was a chance to sit down and say ‘Okay, we know who we are, but how do we better define that share it with people?’ In the end, the most important thing was that we stay true to our core values: inclusivity, quality, fun, and community.”
The new branding has a clean, but retro feel, and maintains the playful aspect that Everybody’s is known for. This can be exemplified by 12oz cans of their new “Co-Pilot Pilsner”, featuring a joyful, animated dog hanging out the side of a classic pickup truck window.
Their new logo is a flag with an emblazoned “E”, and new slogan boldly states, “Beer For All.”
Ellenberger noted it’s importance, “The flag was kind of an ironic play; traditionally, they’re used to stake claim or ownership someone or something specific, but our flag stakes claim for everybody. We truly believe that craft beer is a community staple, one that everyone should be able to enjoy. Our new slogan drives that home. We make beer for everybody.”
Everybody’s will continue the celebration of their rollout, and your first chance to buy the new cans, at the following events:
PDX: 3/9 – Belmont Station
Vancouver: 3/10 Ben’s Bottle Shop
Tacoma: 3/14 – Peaks and Pints
Visit Everybodysbrewing.com to further explore the new branding and their new lineup of cans.

Low-Calorie Beer Market Growth: Consumer Sentiment Shifting Toward Healthier and More Sustainable Choices
In recent years, the demand for low-calorie beers has risen significantly, particularly among health-conscious consumers. As people become more aware of their calorie intake and strive to maintain healthier lifestyles, they are turning to alternatives that allow them to enjoy the familiar taste of beer without the guilt of consuming excess calories. This shift in consumer preferences has led to the emergence of the low-calorie beer market, which has grown rapidly in popularity.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/ffdfa6ed025f926fc3b78f03cc9249b8/8c83bd2cee10de47-ee/s540x810/3a59ca6c4b9813e2d2d4ac010358c5128c2f48ec.jpg)
The low-calorie beer market is primarily driven by younger consumers who prioritize health and wellness. Millennials, in particular, are highly inclined toward products that offer a balance of taste and health benefits. With more individuals focusing on fitness and maintaining a balanced diet, they are increasingly seeking out beverages that align with their wellness goals. This has encouraged beer manufacturers to develop beers that are lower in calories, alcohol content, and carbs, while still maintaining the flavors that beer lovers enjoy.
Consumers are also becoming more informed about the nutritional content of products, including alcoholic beverages. With the growing trend of fitness tracking apps and health-conscious eating, customers are more likely to scrutinize the ingredients of the beverages they consume. In response, beer manufacturers have started to highlight the nutritional benefits of their low-calorie beers, which include fewer calories, less sugar, and often a reduced alcohol content. Many of these beers are marketed as healthier alternatives to traditional lagers, ales, and pilsners, which can often contain a higher calorie and sugar content.
The marketing of low-calorie beers also caters to the desire for a balanced lifestyle. Brands often advertise these products as suitable for social occasions, such as barbecues, sporting events, and casual gatherings, where consumers want to enjoy the social aspects of drinking without overindulging. This has made low-calorie beer a popular choice for consumers who are mindful of their calorie intake but still wish to partake in social drinking experiences.
A key factor in the success of low-calorie beers is the growing trend toward clean and sustainable living. As sustainability becomes a larger focus in the consumer landscape, beer companies are responding by producing products that align with this ideology. Some low-calorie beer brands are now incorporating organic ingredients or adopting environmentally friendly production processes to appeal to the ethical consumer. This is another reason why younger generations are drawn to these products, as they tend to value sustainability and social responsibility.
While the low-calorie beer market is thriving, there are still challenges that manufacturers face. One major hurdle is that many consumers still associate low-calorie beers with reduced flavor. Despite the advancements in brewing technology, some beer drinkers may find the taste of low-calorie options to be less robust or satisfying compared to traditional beers. However, many companies are now focused on improving the flavor profile of these beverages, ensuring that they meet the expectations of even the most discerning beer aficionados.
Overall, the customer sentiment surrounding the low-calorie beer market is largely positive, with consumers increasingly viewing these products as a viable alternative to traditional beers. The shift towards healthier and more sustainable drinking options is likely to continue, and as the market grows, consumers can expect even more innovation in the flavors and styles of low-calorie beers.
As customer sentiment continues to favor these healthier alternatives, it is clear that the low-calorie beer market is poised for further growth. Beer manufacturers will need to keep pace with evolving consumer demands for better taste, quality, and sustainability if they wish to capture the attention of the increasingly health-conscious market.

How to Start a Coffee Truck Business- The Complete Guide for 2025
If you're considering how to start a coffee truck business, you're about to embark on a rewarding venture in one of the fastest-growing segments of the mobile food industry. With low overhead costs and a growing demand for premium coffee, starting a coffee truck offers exciting opportunities for entrepreneurs in 2025. This comprehensive guide will walk you through each step needed to launch a successful coffee truck business.
What is a Coffee Food Truck Business?
A coffee food truck is a mobile business that serves freshly brewed coffee and related beverages, often featuring high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. These trucks are typically found in busy urban locations, events, parks, and festivals. Unlike traditional coffee shops, coffee trucks provide flexibility, low initial investment, and the ability to reach a wide customer base.
Why Start a Coffee Truck Business in 2025?
2025 is an excellent time to launch a coffee truck for several reasons:
Rising Demand: More customers are seeking high-quality coffee on the go.
Lower Start-Up Costs: Compared to opening a traditional cafe, coffee trucks require less capital.
Flexibility: Easily adapt your menu and operating locations to match customer trends.
High-Profit Margins: With careful management, you can achieve profit margins between 15% and 25%.
Sustainability Trends: Eco-friendly practices, such as biodegradable cups and organic coffee, appeal to a growing customer base.
How to Start a Coffee Truck Business: 10 Simple Steps
Starting a coffee truck business can seem like a daunting task, but breaking it down into actionable steps will make the process more manageable.
Step 1: Conduct Market Research
Before jumping in, research your target market. Understanding local customer preferences, popular coffee types, and identifying underserved areas will help you define your business approach. Key considerations include:
Who are your potential customers?
What are the coffee preferences in your area?
Are there underserved locations with high foot traffic?
Step 2: Develop a Unique Concept
In a crowded market, having a distinctive concept will help you stand out. Whether it’s eco-friendly practices, unique coffee offerings, or a specialized focus, your concept should appeal to your target market and differentiate your coffee truck from competitors.
Step 3: Craft a Signature Menu
Your coffee truck's menu will be the cornerstone of your business. Offering a variety of drinks, from lattes and cappuccinos to cold brews and plant-based options, will help attract a wide customer base. Additionally, consider adding complementary snacks and pastries to increase sales.
Step 4: Choose the Right Equipment
Investing in high-quality coffee machines and grinders is crucial for providing premium coffee consistently. Opt for durable, commercial-grade equipment and ensure that it aligns with the space and layout of your truck.
Step 5: Obtain Licenses and Permits
Every city has different regulations for food trucks, so make sure you’re up-to-date on the permits and licenses you need to operate legally. Common requirements include food vendor permits, business licenses, and health department certifications.
Step 6: Design and Brand Your Truck
A visually appealing and well-branded coffee truck will help attract customers. Your truck’s design should reflect your unique concept and brand identity. Strong branding builds customer trust and helps your business stand out in a competitive market.
Step 7: Build an Online Presence
In today’s digital age, promoting your coffee truck online is essential. Create a professional website and engage with potential customers through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Post regular updates about your menu, location, and special offers to keep your audience engaged.
Step 8: Select Prime Locations
Choosing the right locations is crucial for your coffee truck's success. Opt for high-traffic areas such as business districts, parks, and college campuses. Additionally, collaborate with local events and festivals to increase exposure.
Step 9: Focus on Customer Service
Excellent customer service is key to building customer loyalty. Train your staff to be friendly, quick, and professional, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Step 10: Implement Effective Marketing Strategies
Promote your coffee truck through both online and offline channels. Consider loyalty programs, influencer collaborations, and local partnerships to attract customers. Optimizing your website for local SEO can also help customers find your business easily.
How Profitable is a Coffee Truck Business?
A well-managed coffee truck can be highly profitable. While profitability depends on several factors, such as location and menu pricing, a successful coffee truck can generate annual revenues exceeding $240,000.
For instance, let’s say your monthly revenue is $20,000 with operating costs of $15,000. This results in a monthly profit of $5,000, leading to a 25% profit margin.

By source, the malt extract segment is estimated to hold the largest share in the brewing ingredients market
The market includes five major sources: malt extract, adjuncts/grains, hops, beer yeast, and beer additives. The malt extract segment is further bifurcated into standard malt and specialty malts. Brewing-grade malt extracts are made with the highest-quality brewing malts and get additional colors and flavors from using specialty malts. This gives beer the unique character and flavor desired for the particular style brew. These malts often have a longer time in the kiln, at higher temperatures, or get roasted to add depth, complexity, and flavor to the resulting beer. Specialty malts include less in the way of sugars but have a greater influence on the color of the beer. These malts are widely used in craft beers.
By brewery size, the craft brewery is estimated to grow at a higher growth rate in the brewing ingredients market.
According to the Brewers Association, an American craft brewer is a small and independent brewer, where small breweries have an annual production of 6 million barrels of beer or less. The craft brewing industry contributed USD 82.9 billion to the US economy in 2019, with more than 580,000 employees. The average alcohol by volume (ABV) content of a craft beer is 5% to 10%, but some of the most popular craft beers have an ABV of as high as 40%. On the other hand, beer produced in bulk by macro breweries has an ABV of 4% to 6% and as little as 2%. Craft breweries offer different flavors, which allow consumers with different tastes to cater to their preferences. These factors are driving the growth of the craft brewery segment in the global market.

The increasing demand for beers in the Asia Pacific countries drives the region's growth rate at a higher pace.
The Asia Pacific region comprises two high-growth economies: India and China. The drinking preferences of the population in this region are gradually shifting toward alcoholic culture. The large, increasing population and the growing market mean that the demand for brewing ingredients is still promising. Another factor is the densely populated areas that are not completely tapped by beer manufacturing and brewing ingredient companies. Hence, beer produced in macro breweries and craft breweries still has a high-growth rate. Moreover, the increasing spending capacity of consumers has led to a surge in demand for craft beers. There has been an emergence of various craft breweries in countries such as India over the last few years.

Flavored Beer Market Drivers Trends Insights and Analysis Shaping the Future of Consumer Preferences
The flavored beer market has witnessed significant growth in recent years, driven by changing consumer preferences and a growing demand for unique and diverse beverage experiences. The market is evolving, with consumers becoming more adventurous in their tastes and exploring various flavor profiles that were once considered unconventional for beer. The increasing popularity of flavored beers can be attributed to several key drivers, trends, and insights that continue to shape the future of the market.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/f3a6bfeef81741cd804a09b115ceb8fa/95e425dd13ae9c1b-af/s540x810/a63a0e4b7c086a587512b42f7ef09cc33b8fe311.jpg)
Drivers of the Flavored Beer Market
One of the primary drivers of the flavored beer market is the evolving consumer taste. Beer drinkers are increasingly seeking innovative flavors that provide a new and exciting drinking experience. Traditional beer flavors such as hops and malt are being joined by fruit, spice, herbs, and even sweet profiles that appeal to a wider demographic, including younger generations and women, who were previously less engaged with beer consumption. The versatility of flavored beer, combined with its ability to blend unique flavors, is making it a popular choice for consumers who are looking to expand their palates.
Additionally, the growing craft beer movement has played a pivotal role in driving the demand for flavored beers. Independent breweries, particularly craft brewers, are constantly experimenting with new flavors and ingredients, pushing the boundaries of what beer can taste like. This innovation is attracting a new generation of beer drinkers who are looking for craft beers that go beyond the traditional taste and offer new and exciting options.
Trends Shaping the Flavored Beer Market
Several trends are currently shaping the flavored beer market. One of the most notable trends is the increasing demand for low-alcohol and alcohol-free flavored beers. As consumers become more health-conscious, they are seeking out beverages that provide the taste of beer without the high alcohol content. This shift towards lower alcohol content aligns with broader trends in health and wellness and has led to an influx of flavored non-alcoholic beers.
Another trend is the increasing use of exotic and exotic ingredients to create unique flavors. Ingredients such as tropical fruits, spices, and herbs are being incorporated into the brewing process to create flavors that are new and appealing to consumers looking for adventurous options. For example, flavored beers with citrus, berries, and even chocolate are gaining popularity as they offer a distinctive experience that sets them apart from traditional beer offerings.
Furthermore, there is a growing trend towards sustainable brewing practices in the flavored beer industry. Many consumers are becoming more conscious of the environmental impact of their beverage choices, and breweries are responding by adopting eco-friendly practices, including using locally sourced ingredients and reducing waste. This sustainability trend is expected to become more pronounced as consumers prioritize brands that align with their values.
Insights and Analysis Shaping the Future of the Flavored Beer Market
Looking ahead, the flavored beer market is expected to continue its upward trajectory, fueled by these drivers and trends. As consumer preferences evolve and demand for unique experiences increases, breweries are likely to continue to innovate and experiment with new flavors and ingredients. The rise of digital platforms and social media is also playing a role in shaping consumer preferences, with online beer communities and influencers driving awareness and enthusiasm for new flavored beer options.
In conclusion, the flavored beer market is experiencing significant growth due to the changing tastes and preferences of consumers. The Secret Sauce of Forex Trading: Price Volume Trend and Inverse Head and Shoulders Decoded Forex trading is like mastering the art of cooking – there are countless ingredients, but only a few secret recipes lead to mouthwatering success. Today, we’re diving into the Forex kitchen to uncover two game-changing concepts: Price Volume Trend (PVT) and the Inverse Head and Shoulders pattern. These strategies will elevate your trading from “meh” to Michelin star-worthy. Why You Should Care About Price Volume Trend Imagine trying to gauge a crowd’s enthusiasm by looking at just their numbers. That’s your basic price chart. Now add their cheering volume to the mix, and you’ve got a much clearer picture. Enter the Price Volume Trend (PVT) – the unsung hero of technical analysis. What Is PVT and Why It’s Your New Best Friend The PVT indicator is a cumulative tool that combines price changes with trading volume. Think of it as a lie detector for price movements. While price action might whisper sweet nothings, PVT reveals whether the market is genuinely in love or just playing hard to get. Key Insights: - Divergence Detectives: If the price is climbing but PVT is lagging, it’s like seeing a bandwagon full of traders but no music. Translation? The trend may lack conviction. - Trend Validation: When PVT aligns with price movement, it’s confirmation that the trend has legs—and possibly a good pair of running shoes. - Hidden Momentum: PVT can spot trends brewing under the surface before they erupt onto your charts like an unannounced fireworks display. How to Use It: - Combine PVT with moving averages for trend confirmation. - Spot divergence for early reversal signals. - Overlay it with other volume indicators for a holistic view. The Inverse Head and Shoulders: When the Market Shrugs Back Up If price patterns had a superhero lineup, the Inverse Head and Shoulders would be the comeback king. This reversal pattern signals that a downtrend might be flipping the script. Anatomy of the Pattern: Picture a stock price dipping three times, forming a left shoulder, a lower head, and a higher right shoulder. The neckline is your breakout point—think of it as the applause line where everyone starts cheering. Why It Works: - It reflects market psychology: Sellers are losing steam while buyers gear up for a rally. - Volume patterns add credibility. A surge during the right shoulder or neckline breakout often screams, “Game on!” Pro Tips: - Identify the Neckline: Use trendlines to connect the highs of the left and right shoulders. - Volume Confirmation: Look for increasing volume on the breakout. If the volume’s flat, proceed with caution. - Set Targets Like a Pro: Measure the distance from the head to the neckline and project it upwards. That’s your price target—and yes, it works eerily well. PVT Meets Inverse Head and Shoulders: A Perfect Match What happens when you combine PVT and the Inverse Head and Shoulders? You get a strategy so precise, it’s like using GPS instead of a paper map. How to Fuse Them: - Spot the Pattern: Identify an inverse head and shoulders formation on your chart. - Check PVT Alignment: Ensure PVT confirms the pattern by trending upwards, especially during the neckline breakout. - Volume Double-Check: Use PVT alongside volume spikes to validate the breakout’s strength. Real-World Example: In mid-2024, GBP/USD formed a textbook inverse head and shoulders on the 4-hour chart. Traders who spotted the pattern saw the neckline breakout confirmed by a rising PVT. The pair rallied over 250 pips, proving that this duo isn’t just theory—it’s pure profit. Avoiding Pitfalls: Common Mistakes Traders Make - Ignoring Volume Confirmation: Using the inverse head and shoulders without volume signals is like buying a car without checking the engine. Don’t skip it. - Forcing Patterns: Not every dip and rise is an inverse head and shoulders. Forcing patterns is a rookie mistake. - Overcomplicating Indicators: Simplicity wins. Pairing PVT with a few reliable tools beats overloading your chart. Elite Tactics to Sharpen Your Edge - Double Confirmation: Combine PVT and RSI for a one-two punch of trend validation. - Trade with Economic Context: Use StarseedFX’s latest economic indicators to ensure you’re not trading into a news storm. - Backtest Relentlessly: Before going live, test these strategies using StarseedFX’s free trading journal to track performance and refine your approach. Wrap-Up: From Novice to Ninja Trading isn’t about following the crowd; it’s about seeing the unseen. With the Price Volume Trend and the Inverse Head and Shoulders in your toolkit, you’re not just trading—you’re mastering the art. —————– Image Credits: Cover image at the top is AI-generated Read the full article
