I'd like to submit iCarly's own Brennan Mejia as my fan cast for Ace in season 2 of One Piece. He's well-known for his role as Tyler Navarro in Power Rangers Dino Charge (and subsequent Power Rangers properties). He was also Kumail Nanjiani's stuntman for Kenobi. I think he would bring a great energy and physicality to the role.

I know he's Roger's son, but clearly, race is played very fast-and-loose with the Live Action. Look at how the viciously Scottish man, Monkey D. Garp is somehow the biological grandpa of the chaotic Mexican boy, Monkey D. Luffy.

Plus, Ace always looked like he could have been Luffy's biological brother until the Roger reveal later on. Brennan can definitely pass off as Iñaki's older brother.
