An idea popped up in your head saying you were gonna leave and even though you didn't have no where else to go except your own dorm it would be better than staying in a tormenting dorm room, You already felt annoyed from the silence. Motioned to Thing to moved to your side of the bed and told him your idea he looked like he didn't wanna get punished by Wednesday but was still willing to go along.

Picking up your shoes from the side of her bed and grabbing your sweater from a coat rack all the way in the webbed corner of her side and if you looked back a little faster you'd see the Addams girl looking at you up and down not wanting to say anything but she definitely didn't want you leaving and instead looked at Thing to which he shrugged back.

first of all, gilani is a known name in england and in the us. her grandfather ( youness gilani ) and a partner started a real estate empire 50 + years ago and it’s still going strong. i’m talking luxury condos, malls and everything.

if your character is rich, chances are they live/lived somewhere developed by the gilbrath group !

their influence extended to the us when rasheed (laleh’s father ) started a branch of gilbrath group in san francisco after he graduated strathmore, where he met and married nola thompson ( she worked as an architect for the company when they started dating ! ).

nola and rasheed had two daughters -- laleh and zara.

fun fact, when lola was pregnant for the first time, he was sure he was about to have a heir, but it was only laleh ( lmao ! ).

youness and rasheed never got along( youness believed rasheed to be unambitious and easily influenced ). however, youness always had a soft spot for laleh, which made her father not like her lmao !

youness suffered of a stress induced heart attack when laleh was seven and had to step back from the company. rasheed and his family then relocated to london so that he could take control of gilbrath group !

youness is a previous member of the opal society, which makes laleh a legacy ! however, we have a little plot twist here. rasheed was also a legacy and, because of that, invited to the society. he went through the instruction period but was never initiated !

ok, now about my baby ! daddy issues. a lot of them. lmao.

she was a little rebel growing up because of her father’s constant disapproval. she was not one to listen to her parents and tended to care more about herself than about her family and their image.

typical party girl in high/secondary school, surrounded herself with fake people and cared a lot about boys who didn’t really care about her. 

because her father ( and paternal grandmother, to be honest ) didn’t like her, all of their expectations fell into her younger sister and she was fine with it -- if she didn’t have to conform to their ideals, she was good.

TW: SUICIDE | that was a mistake. because she was too wrapped up in her own “selfish cycle”, she didn’t realize when her sister started to withdraw into herself until it was too late. zara committed suicide on her 15th birthday. zara’s death changed her -- laleh realized she wasn’t happy ( and she wasn’t making anyone else happy either ), so she promised herself to be the positive influence everyone needs in their life.

it’s been almost four years since her sister’s death, and laleh changed a lot. now she’s always smiling, ready to see the best in every person and situation. she’s cheerful, amiable and very attentive.  she makes it her business to be everyone’s shoulder to cry on, to be honest !

does everything she can to avoid conflicts -- she had enough of those to last a life time when she was in secondary school.

she’s also a hopeless romantic. seriously. all she does is fall in love with people. if your character crossed paths with her before ( and they did, obviously ), there are high chances of her having had a crush on them before.

not sure if she’s in love with the feeling of being in love or with the actual people she has FeelingsTM for.

very passive 😭 will let your character Step On Her and appreciate it. also, because of that, she’s not one to actually go after the people she has a crush on. she’s content to admire them from afar.

9/10 times will drop everything to be there for the people who need her, doesn’t matter if they’re best friends or not.

was recently involved in a hit and run. a friend was driving her back from a party but he was drunk af and she was drunk af and it all happened so fast and she begged him to tell the authorities but he wouldn’t bc he already had a criminal record so being as loyal as she is, she wouldn’t either but oh shit turns out it was someone from the barrio and people are mourning him and he had a family and andressa feels so horrible and anxious and guilty and lost and i hc that her dad died on a hit and run too so even more angst.

basically, she is pretty lost and pretty troubled but she means well i promise.
