Prompt: 2. "Date Night"

This seems like a good opportunity for my Shepard to make her fic debut! Destroy ending for the win.

“You know, our old dates were muchmore exciting,” Boudica Shepard said, shifting into a morecomfortable position on the couch.

Kaidan rolled his eyes. “You’rerecovering from six broken ribs, a shattered pelvis, and a lungtransplant. Movie night is exciting enough for you.”

Shepard grinned. “Oh, I wasn’tcomplaining, just stating a fact. Although, you know what would makeit perfect?”

“I’m not giving you tequila.”

“Come on, just a little.”

“You’re on half a dozen kinds ofmedication.”

“I just had the whole damn Citadeldropped on me, you really think a drug interaction’s gonna take meout?”

“No. Meaning, no, I’m still notletting you have alcohol,” Kaidan amended, catching the hopefullook on Shepard’s face.

Shepard sighed defeatedly. “Killjoy.”
