I have an apology to make specifically to the Bluey, Sesame Street, and The Wiggles readers. Sorry, I'm stopping writing for you for now. As the information has already slipped away. I don't have the energy to go down the rabbit holes to pick it all back up again. I will however return someday (hopefully this year) to write more stories. Now the fandoms I'm focusing on are Imagination Movers, and Andy and the Band. I have no idea what category the Blue's Clues/ & You! fandom falls under because it's right smack bang in the middle of forgetting and remembering. I'll let it chill.

my personal Rhythm Heaven headcanons

•at the moment i started typing this i had no electricity (12/4/2023 15:29) but ok lol

-DJ Yellow is very good at practically all subjects at school, except for math. he sleeps most of the year, so he has to intensify his grades in 2 weeks before the school year ends, and math is a pain. so while he studies, he asks Blue for help with "Whatever an ecuation is..." (still learning stuff from high school because he never intensified his math grades that much)

-J.J and Cecil live together in an apartment in Tokyo, while DJ Yellow and Blue live together in another apartment somewhere 40 minutes away from Tokyo. this makes both DJs wake up earlier to catch the train to get to school, which is a hard task for Yellow. this man either goes to sleep at 6am or doesn't sleeps at all. how do you want him to be at the train station at 6:10am to catch the train, travel for 40 minutes, get to Tokyo at 6:50am and walk to school to get there at 7:15am? think again mister, that's not a possible action on this dude. better wait until the update comes. /lh

-DJ Yellow dresses up with whatever he wants. this includes skirts, dresses, all kinds of feminine clothes. because why not? it's his gender expression, let him be, brother. don't be surprised if he shows up at a convention dressed up as Rui Kamishiro and in day 2 he is cosplaying Hatsune Miku NT. while he's happy then it's okay, isn't it?

-important headcanon: the school everyone in Rhythm Heaven +my RH ocs go to is an all-in-one school. from primary school to college, university, everything. so yeah, they're technically adults, young adults, that even if they have a job they go to school to learn basics such as math, history, etc, BUT with rhythm. there's an interesting story about this school that is located in, SURPRISE, Tokyo (not really. all fictional), but today is not the day or time to talk about it (my 4g data is limited and so is my battery- plz electricity come back quick)

-DJ Yellow's favourite music artists, groups and bands are: More!More!Jump!, Wonderlands x Showtime, Steampianist, Hello, Happy World!; RAISE A SUILEN, Raychell, Skrillex, Mitchie M, Pastel*Palettes, Nightcord at 25:00, MARETU, DECO*27, Eve, Vivid BAD Squad, Alan Walker, all of the D4DJ groups but specially Happy Around!, all of the Heathers Musical songs, Kawaii Sprite, GHOST And Pals, Banshee, RudyWade, Goreshit and, most importantly, an 80% of remixes of the Monster song (you look up Monster remix and you tell me when you know what i'm talking about)

-J.J and Cecil have similar taste in music, such as last note., wowaka, Wind Rose, Lemon Demon, Afterglow, Roselia, Leo/Need, The GazettE, GOLDEN BOMBER, HACHI... but Cecil is a bit different on his playlists, since he has Bluey music added such as Keepy Uppy and Lollipop Yum Yum Yum, and maybe some Imagination Movers music

-everyone speaks japanese and english, buuuuuut: Yellow speaks spanish (Spanish, Mexican, Colombian, neutral, Chilenian and Argentine accent), he's learning French and is interested in Hawaiian. Blue speaks Indonesian more fluently than Japanese or English, since he was born and raised his first 7 years of life in Indonesia. J.J speaks Italian, which is his 'original' language (?). and Cecil knows a bit of French and Hawaiian. super convenient for Yellow, but he's not talking with "one of those guys". yeaaaah the Rockers vs DJs conflict has been going on for a while now

thats all i can share as for now. i really wish my electricity comes back soon, i cannot live with 4g and less than 80% of battery for a week. remember all of these are headcanons and theres NO NEED to attack or negatively criticize them if you don't like em. tenkius :P

So that was my Saturday

I went and got my money orders for my move-in expenses. I'm just going to have to suck a lemon on the movers. I ordered earbuds to make my walks and errands more bearable. I bought a few food items, a couple donuts, a sandwich, a couple apples, while I was at the store.

I came back here, had a sorely necessary lunch, finished watching Selena for the first time--cried over it--and took a nap. Then I took apart the bed frame because I'm pissed off that I should have had plenty of money for moving costs and new furniture and my ex fucked me for....... for what fucking reason?? Why? What did I actually fucking do to this person?? To deserve two thousand dollars to be stolen from me??? And then immediately become unwelcome in my own home?

I staged all my shit for the movers, so I took as much as I could out of the office--a tote with some of the kitchen appliances and a few kitchen dishes--rearranged everything, put the small desk in the office because I'm not going to take it. I also washed the computer desk and dusted it with diatomaceous earth in my best effort to purge it of roaches. Pretty much everything else I'm taking I am very sure is free of roaches because I don't try to feed my furniture and hydrate it with soda. Plus, it's been quarantined. A couple roaches won't get very far with the way I like to keep my own home.

So tomorrow, I have to tighten up the computer desk and duct tape the bed frame pieces. And that's....... pretty much it. I just have to pack up the bathroom, clean my toaster oven, pack my work computer, and pack my cats. The cats will come with me in an Uber so the movers don't have to wait very long for me.

Ugh, I've never been this hormonal and emotional and tearful in my life. I'm sitting here crying at Selena, I'm crying over Bluey, I'm crying over Full House. I can't put on anything to watch without crying over it. I want my mommy. I've got an appointment with a new gyno toward the end of the month--hopefully this one won't try to sell me a fucking bypass that I don't fucking need. And an optometry appointment at the actual end of this month, so I'm looking forward to getting a new prescription if I need it, definitely new glasses.

I'm really concerned that this is one of the cheapest places in the area, and it's still about half my monthly income right now. I really need to get put back on the other contract. Not to mention, it's going to stress me the fuck out to get stuck in a project where I'm giving away sales that I'm licensed to take because that's not part of this contract.

Not really sure what to do with myself tomorrow. Might work on this tai chi poster, might just work on darning my pants. I really want this tai chi poster. I've been really wanting to get into tai chi, but I can't find any really good videos that go through a whole cycle, and I feel like the videos move too fast through what little they demonstrate.

1. Tell us about your current project(s) – what’s it about, how’s progress, what do you love most about it?

SBTP Sequel - chapter 1 is finished and it's fully outlined. I just really love this universe, it was such a rushed idea after binge watching Bluey and its just such fun for me to write!

Braving this free fall - progress has been slowed but I'm planning to work on it again soon! I love writing MJ and making the entire universe centered on her is always a delight 😌

[Wouldn't you like to know] - I've been spinning this one in my head for weeks now and just need to put pen to paper

3. What is that one scene that you’ve always wanted to write but can’t be arsed to write all of the set-up and context it would need? (consider this permission to write it and/or share it anyway)

I basically did this with All That Remains

I have a dormant fic in my drafts that features Peter meeting famous MJ after only knowing her from tabloids & her stint on a soap opera - it would be THAT scene, no context or payoff needed just imagine

10. How would you describe your writing process?

Jokey answer: Have idea, get consumed by idea, blackout & suddenly fic

Real answer: have idea, scream about it and then either write the scene down or spin it in my brain until it has a bit more of a shape and then I build out from there usually editing as I go

Recently though!! Working with @seek--rest on Everybody Talks has shown me the beauty of outlining for longer projects so on things like SBTP and Mover Awayer, I also added in time to outline after I'd cleared my head a lil

This is gonna be ALL KINDS OF LONG, and I’m sorry it took so long!! Going through your lair does take time, because it is deep to go through. Also, you don't need to pay me per dragon because this is stream of consciousness, bouncing around between different things - I’m kind of a mess, forgive me. Here goes!!

Immediate notes:

- I instantly commend you for your ability to Nuzlocke. Multiple times, even! How! That shit would break my spirit completely!

- Looking at the names of your tabs, I am intrigued and amused. The fact that you've named a tab Reception makes me smile. The "I Just Want Pretty Imps OK?" tab made me giggle. I'm wishing a little bit that FR would give us tab descriptions where you could elaborate slightly on what each tab is about. Looking into the tabs themselves, I find them well-organized and aesthetically pleasing.

- I find the thing where you put your gene plans for your Nuzlocke dragons in their bios cool! Good choice!

- Also, generally, your lore is so deep, rich, and intricate. Your bios are so well-made. I admire this about you. Always have, always will.

- I also admire your patience and dedication when it comes to dressing and accenting your dragons. Jiminy McFucking Christmas, how do you do it?! All these intricate outfits and all the accents!! And along those lines, there's something really cool about how flowy your dragons all feel. Like they flow into one another.

Individual Dragon Notes:

- Zima is, as always, an intriguing figure - the tundra with the coatl skin attached to him, floating there. Kinda makes me wonder about the relationship between the two.

- Clade is freaking gorgeous. The bluey purpley color scheme works really well on him. The loopy-ness of a male spiral really works in his favor design wise, and the familiar matching rocks too. Also, reading about his near-death experiences makes me worry!

- Solveig is freaking gorgeous. In particular, the color gradient of the peridot noxtide is beauuuuuutiful. Combine that with the woodsy aesthetic of this dragon, and the fact that I recognize their name from some of your nuzlocke posts, and I'm sure glad to see this one.

- The whole Amberspire tab is freaking gorgeous and is an example of what I mean by your dragons seem to flow into each other. All of them draw my eye smoothly from one to the next, as if I'm on those flat escalator things you see in airports (are they actually called people movers?) and I'm looking at art. This goes for the meditation room tab too.

- Out of the Amberspire bunch I'm gonna highlight Cassandra real quick - I've been a fan of the brown/blue combination for a long time, and she does it really well. The flow of the blues into the purple tones too - hot diggity dang what a pretty dragon. The elements are all there in her, it just works and flows.

- I adore Autumn. I have one of her daughters, Harvestsong (who says hi and is waving and smiling at her mom, btw!). And looking at Autumn - how beautifully purple and orange she is, how the deepness of the purples and the brightnesses of the oranges look together! Such a good, such a good. She makes me wish I had a better sense of how to balance the purples and the oranges on her daughter, haha.

HERE I SWITCH TO LINKING THE DRAGONS’ PAGES  bc tumblr is being a jerkass and not letting me format this right. 

- Dawnknight and Sib both caught my eye for similar reasons. They're gorgeous and they look like they're glowing. Blue/black/purple is a color combo I like on me. On these dragons, it freaking rules because of the contrast of the bright spots in the dark. Sib's story yanked on my heartstrings a bit too.

- Nameless is really cool beacause he looks so intimidating - like a harbinger, like a dragon to be feared and not crossed - but his bio tells a different story. One of loneliness. I feel for him and I want to show him care and affection but also I am iiiiiiiiintimidated. That's a mark of character design winning - how you create someone that gives that kind of a strong reaction. - So, I scried Divine. Underneath the invisibility cloak is a beautiful dragon whose colors and genes are stunning together. Absolutely stunning. I am curious about this comet. Very curious indeed. - Choco is freaking adorable and I could really go for snuggling the daylights out of him and his fluff. (Also, there's a dog that comes to my workplace called Choco - he's a dark brown pomeranian and the brown fluff makes me think of that. <3)

Extra notes: - When Espeon became available in Pokemon Go, I named mine Tarot. Seeing your Tarot dragon made me smile because of this, although your dragon is quite a bit spookier looking than an Espeon. - I was also drawn to Angie because this dragon shares my ex-bestie's name. Yours makes me think of how we used to want to be super spooky super goths in high school but we were just doofy mall goths. - Generally congrats to the level 25s on your Nuzlocke tab for having made it all the way up!! - I like how you've organized the Sunlight Royals tab - bright golden dragons bookended by deeper colors. Good on you for organization! - The Andromeda and Beach House tabs are both full of beauty and dragons that complement each other well. - WHERE did you get Andromeda's accent. Freaking beautiful. - The connotations of the tab labeled The Quiet Place intrigue me.
