Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:
What is happening in northern Gaza is the most heinous chapter of genocide in modern times
What is happening in northern Gaza is the most horrific chapter of genocide in modern times, as the zionist war machine continues to bomb entire residential blocks on the heads of children, women, and the elderly, besiege all hospitals, prevent the entry of food aid, and wage an unprecedented war of starvation and thirst.
The major war crimes being committed against our people in the Gaza Strip, especially in the north, are being carried out with the green light from the U.S. The criminal U.S. administration continues to obscure the horrific massacres being committed in northern Gaza, issuing a hypocritical narrative that downplays the indescribable catastrophes taking place there.
The U.S. administration, which provides the zionist war machine with weapons and political cover, consistently proves that it is a direct partner in these crimes and bears full responsibility for these brutal massacres.
The international community continues its disgraceful silence, issuing weak statements that do not reflect the scale of the atrocities committed, while Arab regimes stand by watching the massacre, unable even to utter a word of truth or take a position, however weak.
This silence and Arab betrayal is a blatant historical treason against our people and the people of the region, and it will remain a stain of shame on these complicit regimes and all who turned their backs on the tragedy and suffering of Gaza.
We are at a critical historical moment that requires the free people of the world to immediately act to stop this genocide and not remain trapped by empty diplomatic illusions or criminal American lies, propagated by the architect of massacres and their sponsor, U.S. Secretary of State and war criminal Blinken.
The blood of our people will not forgive anyone who has faltered, conspired, or evaded responsibility. These massacres against our people in Gaza will not go unanswered as long as there is a resistance that is present, enduring, and knows no defeat or retreat.

(RNN) - Palestinian factions welcomed the decision (https://t.me/PalestineResist/69442) of the International Criminal Court to issue arrest warrants for war criminals Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant. The decision was also praised by some European officials, urging its implementation.
🟢 Hamas called the move an "important historical precedent and a correction of a long history of injustice against our people, and a disturbing neglect of the heinous violations they have endured for 76 years under fascist occupation," which came despite obstruction for months by the US administration, "complicit in zionist war crimes." They called on the ICC to expand efforts to include all criminal zionist leaders, ministers, and officers, "who have soaked their hands in the blood of our Palestinian people and committed the most horrific acts of killing, terrorism, and starvation in modern history."
⚫️ Palestinian Islamic Jihad kept its comments brief (https://t.me/PalestineResist/69460), welcoming the decision, but affirming that it came very late.
🔴 The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine also noted that the step was an important, albeit delayed one. They stressed that "this critical decision must not remain theoretical but must be translated into actionable steps on the ground" through a binding resolution enforcing the arrests. They warned against interference by the US and West, and added that, while these charges are significant, they are "minor compared to the extensive crimes they have committed," including genocide, ethnic cleansing, and starvation. They also called for prosecuting all political and military leaders of the occupation, as well as US President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken due to their deep complicity in the genocide and disregard for ICC rulings, calling the decision a "glimmer of hope."
⚔️ The Popular Resistance Committees called the decision a "victory for the innocent blood shed by these butchers in Palestine and Lebanon," calling for its immediate implementation and stating that the ICC now faces a serious test. "The decision of the International Criminal Court will remain incomplete if all zionist war criminals and the members of the extremist zionist government, led by Netanyahu, Gallant, Ben Gvir, and Smotrich, are not prosecuted."
♦️ The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine noted that the decision "would not have been achieved without the heroism, steadfastness, and courage of our people on one hand, and, on the other hand, it is a stark testimony to the fascist nature of the occupation state, its genocide, racial discrimination, and ethnic cleansing under Netanyahu's leadership." They too called on the ICC to expand its scope of prosecution to other zionist leaders, calling on other countries to respect the ICC decisions, and warned against American interference.
⚪️ The Mujahideen Movement called it an important, but very late step. Like other factions, they said the decision "must not remain ink on paper" and called for expanding it to all political and military leaders of the zionist entity, as well as its soldiers. They called for "serious action to stop the holocaust waged by Netanyahu's Nazi gang in the Gaza Strip."
⬜️ The Ahrar Movement noted that the decision came despite intense American protection and cover, including through illegal means, calling it a "triumph over the arrogance of the zionist-American lobby. It is a victory for the justice of the Palestinian cause and a prelude to holding zionist war criminals accountable, who have long evaded punishment." They urged for judicial integrity and transparency, and also called for expanding the arrest warrants. They also called for countries to hand over zionist leaders to the ICC.

Rashida Tlaib Calls on Blinken to Resign for Violating U.S. Laws on Aid and Arms Trade
Rashida Tlaib, the only Palestinian American member of Congress, has called on Secretary of State Antony Blinken to resign after he refused to hold Israel accountable for failing to allow U.S. aid into Gaza. Humanitarian groups report aid deliveries have fallen to an all-time low since Blinken issued his ultimatum, with just 37 trucks entering Gaza per day in October and an average of 69 trucks per day in early November. Congressmember Tlaib spoke from the House floor Thursday, displaying a photograph of an emaciated Palestinian child. Rep. Rashida Tlaib: “U.S. law is very clear. No nation blocking U.S. humanitarian assistance can receive U.S. weapons. The Biden administration cannot pick and choose when they comply with our own laws. Children are forced to eat pet food and bug-infested flour. Look at this, and do not turn your back on, again, being complicit to this war crime. But Blinken says there’s no need to change our own policy.”

JEFFREY SACHS: "We are seeing a massacre in front of our eyes—it is absolutely inhumane; it is absolutely war crimes; it is arguably, I personally think, likely genocidal according to the legal standards of the 1948 Genocide Convention. And so, all of this is shocking to me—that this does go on day by day in full view. We haven't had genocides captured by video feed day by day. We have IDF forces standing with their thumbs up as they blow up universities, mosques, hospitals, and apartment buildings—it's unbelievable. We have members of the Israeli cabinet preaching hate. We've seen these religious nationalist extremist rabbis talk about killing all the people in Gaza. 'And do you mean the children?' the Rabbi is asked. 'Yes, the children. They can grow up to be terrorists.' We're seeing things that are absolutely unconscionable, and we need Israeli leaders and intellectuals to stand up and say that is not acceptable for our country and our society. And we're not seeing it, but we need to see that. This is the first point on the scale. Well, there's no limit to what's possible because there are hundreds of thousands of people who are profoundly undernourished right now. Food rations have been to a minimum, or not rations. Actually, we have seen emaciated children come to the remaining hospitals and die. We see people swarming the food relief and then being killed. We see people being killed by the inanity of America dropping food packages and killing people underneath by the weight of these packages falling to the Earth rather than the decency of opening up a supply line for food, fuel, water, which is absolutely a necessity under the conventions of war that Israel plainly violates day by day, and the US remains complicit. So, the scale—if Israel attacks Rafah, where it has pushed the people of Gaza into an unbelievable concentration of people in the South, saying, 'That's where you're safe,' and then starts an incursion into Rafah, God knows how many more thousands, tens of thousands will die if there's no aid relief. Heaven knows what's going to happen. And so, this isn't something that we should be pondering as an intellectual or forecasting exercise; it's something that should end today, and it could end today. It could end by the United States government saying, 'We are not providing the munitions for slaughter, period.' That would end it. Israel cannot do this one day without the United States. But all the hand-wringing, all the complaining, all these supposed statements by Biden—that Netanyahu is an asshole, and I'm quoting him, I'm not making that statement, I'm quoting what has been in the papers—that's meaningless if we continue to provide the munitions. And we have the statements by Biden and Blinken that there are no red lines for Israel. It's meaningless. So, it's really amazing to me. I travel all over the world. I'm talking to leaders all over the world. People are stunned at this continuing in this way, day by day. They don't understand what's happened to the United States of America. Israel—they don't like what they see, but the United States of America, they don't understand."

"That brings me to what the United States has just done, or tried to do. The United States government apparently was complicit with an Israeli plan to remove a part or all of the population from the Gaza Strip to Egypt, and possibly to other places. There’s no question that Antony Blinken was doing that — collaborating with Israel to remove the Palestinians in completion of the ethnic cleansing that was started in 1948.
This is a demographic war. Everybody in the Zionist movement, in Palestine, and in the Arab world, from the ’20s and ’30s onwards, understood that you replace Arabs with Jews and you get a Jewish majority; if you don’t do that, you have an Arab majority. Reducing those numbers was and is a prime Zionist objective. That the United States is lending itself to this, besides possibly being a war crime, is monstrous — absolutely immoral. Nobody who’s kicked out is ever allowed to return. Every Arab, every Palestinian knows that. Nobody driven into Egypt will ever come back to Gaza or any other part of Palestine. Most of these people, of course, have already been displaced. They’re the population of southern Palestine who were driven out in 1948 and have been penned up in the Gaza Strip for the last 75 years. Moving them again would be criminal. And our government has participated in trying to do that."

US judge urges Biden to examine support for ‘plausible genocide’ in Gaza
Tumblr media
A United States federal court has dismissed a case accusing President Joe Biden and other senior US officials of being complicit in Israel’s alleged genocide in Gaza.
Still, the court’s decision (PDF) urged Biden and his colleagues to examine “the results of their unflagging support” for Israel, including its human rights implications.

US District Court Judge Jeffrey White dismissed the case on procedural grounds late on Wednesday, citing the division of powers under the US Constitution. He said in his decision that “disputes over foreign policy are considered nonjusticiable political questions” and fall outside his jurisdiction.
“There are rare cases in which the preferred outcome is inaccessible to the Court. This is one of those cases. The Court is bound by precedent and the division of our coordinate branches of government to abstain from exercising jurisdiction in this matter,” he wrote.
But White added that, as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) said in a provisional ruling last month, “it is plausible that Israel’s conduct amounts to genocide.”
“This Court implores Defendants to examine the results of their unflagging support of the military siege against the Palestinians in Gaza.”
The lawsuit came as the Biden administration has faced mounting pressure to end the US’s unwavering support for Israel amid its war on Gaza, which has killed more than 27,000 Palestinians since early October.
Filed late last year by human rights groups and individual Palestinians affected by the war, the complaint accused Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin of failing to fulfil their responsibilities under international and domestic law to prevent genocide.
The US, which provides Israel with billions of dollars in military aid annually, was obligated to “exercise its clear and considerable influence on Israel”, the lawsuit argued.
It also pointed to “dehumanising” remarks by senior Israeli officials, including Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, to illustrate an intent to pursue the “erasure and destruction of Palestinians”.
While Israel has rejected the charge, international law experts have said the bombardment of Gaza and restrictions on the entry of water, food and other humanitarian supplies could amount to genocide.
The 1948 Genocide Convention, which the US ratified, states that “genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which [state parties] undertake to prevent and to punish”. It also outlines that “complicity in genocide” is a punishable act.
Katherine Gallagher, senior staff lawyer at the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), a nonprofit involved in the case, said the judge’s ruling “affirmed that what the Palestinian population in Gaza is enduring is a campaign to eradicate a whole people — genocide”.
The decision, Gallagher said in a statement, also affirmed “that the United States’ unflagging support for Israel is enabling the killing of tens of thousands of Palestinians and the famine facing millions”.
“While we strongly disagree with the court’s ultimate jurisdictional ruling, we urge the Biden administration to heed the judge’s call to examine and end its deadly course of action. Together with our plaintiffs, we will pursue all legal avenues to stop the genocide and save Palestinian lives.”
The Biden administration, which is under widespread pressure over its staunch support for Israel, called for the lawsuit to be thrown out.
In December, government lawyers argued that the court was being asked to “intrude into areas committed to the political branches of the government and violate constitutional separation of powers”.
The @theCCR team knew this going in so the outcome (dismissed for PQD) is not surprising. What’s more significant re outcome is that Palestinians shared their story & compelled judge to note that the “facts are indisputable” & plausibly demonstrate Israel is committing #genocide.
— Noura Erakat (@4noura) February 1, 2024
Despite Wednesday’s decision, the plaintiffs and their supporters said the court’s decision to hear their arguments marked an important step. A hearing was held last Friday in California, and Palestinians testified about the dire situation in Gaza.
“It is important that the court recognized the United States is providing unconditional support to Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza and that a federal court heard Palestinian voices for the first time,” Mohammed Monadel Herzallah, a Palestinian American with family in Gaza, said in the CCR statement. He was one of the plaintiffs in the case.
“But we are still devastated that the court would not take the important step to stop the Biden administration from continuing to support the slaughter of the Palestinian people,” Herzallah continued.
“Currently, my family lacks food, medicine and the most basic necessities for survival. As Palestinians, we know this is a hard struggle, and as plaintiffs, we will continue to do everything in our power to save our people’s lives.”

(Replying to @hussyknee here because the video I’m going to share is too important to be lost in the replies)
First of all, your words are again 🔥🔥🔥 and I agree completely.
What I want to add is that these Western politicians absolutely SHOULD be panicking and not just over their public images and whatnot.
Now that Israel is more and more flagrantly committing war crimes on a daily basis, the politicians that stand with them legally & officially become complicit in these war crimes because encouraging war crimes IS a war crime in and of itself.
instagram
This was from back in October 14, when a British group was going on air talking about suing Rishi Sunak for aiding & abetting in war crimes.
And more recently the Center for Constitutional Rights started filing a lawsuit against Biden, Blinken and secretary of defense Austin over their complicity in these war crimes
These politicians absolutely should be scared, they’ve gone on camera and directly voiced their support of a genocide- and some of them funded it too.
(Justin Trudeau) He was kicked out of the restaurant because of his support for Israel and the genocide in Gaza.

Canada sanctions over 200 Russians in eastern Ukraine where war escalates
Canada has imposed sanctions on over 200 people who are loyal to Vladimir Putin in their Donbas region.
Global Affairs Canada says the additional measures target senior officials and other members of the councils of the republics of Luhansk and Donetsk for supporting his attack on the area.
Russian forces have been backing separatist rebels in the Donbas area for eight years following their annexation of the Crimean Peninsula in 2014.
That separatist insurgency claimed 14K lives before the late-February start of his full-scale war to take over the country, an attack that has faltered in the face of a Ukrainian resistance backed with Western weaponry.
Putin has now refocused his war on their eastern region, pulling back from an unsuccessful attempt to take Kyiv and drive out the government of Volodymyr Zelensky.
The Canadian sanctions are focused on the Russian attempt to annex areas of the Donbas by targeting people attempting to support the next phase of the Russian war in Ukraine.
“Canada will not stand idly by and watch Putin and his accomplices attempt to redraw the borders of Ukraine with impunity.”
“Canada is using every tool at its disposal to ensure that the international order is upheld and that those complicit in violations of international law answer for their crimes.”
Canada has sanctioned over 1000 people or entities from Russia and Ukraine since the February invasion, bringing to 1.4K the total that has been sanctioned since the 2014 annexation of Crimea.
On Tuesday, Joly showed the Liberal government will introduce legislation that would allow sanctioned and frozen assets to be repurposed to help support victims.
“We are seeking the capacity to not only seize but to allow for the forfeiture of the assets of sanctioned individuals and entities and to allow us to compensate victims with the proceeds.”
“Already, sanctions are crippling their economy and are depleting the resources Putin has to continue his illegal war.”
Ratna Omidvar has a bill with that goal that is currently in the third reading in the Senate.
Joly spoke Tuesday with Antony Blinken as the pair reaffirmed their ongoing support of Ukraine.
Anita Anand will be in Washington later this week for in-person meetings with Lloyd Austin at the Pentagon.
Last week, Canada added more Russians to its sanctions list, including his adult daughters.

Biden Inches Closer to War with Russia
LOS ANGELES (OnlineColumnist.com), April 2, 2021.--Watching a complicit  U.S. media egg on-year-old President Joe Biden closer to war with Russia, Biden spoke for one-hour with 43-year-old former comedian Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky about Russian military buildup in Eastern Ukraine.  Pro-Russian separatists in the Donbass region near the Ukrainian city of Donetsk want no part of Zelensky’s pro-Western KIev government.  When Russian President Vladimir Putin invaded Crimea March 1, 2014, it was after a CIA-backed coup toppled the pro-Russian government of Viktor Yanukovych Feb. 22, 2014.  Putin was hosting the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics when Yanukovych was driven from Kiev.  Since Putin annexed Crimea to protect his naval base in Sevastopol, Western governments have pressed Putin to return Crimea to Ukraine.  When it comes to the Peoples Republic of Donetsk, nothing would make them happier that returning to Mother Russia.
At the time Putin annexed Crime, former President Barack Obama and his Vice President Joe Biden sat back and watched.  They talked about the vast power of NATO military support but did nothing to aid Ukraine.  Obama’s appeasement policy was inherited from former President George W. Bush and his Vice President Dick Cheney, despite all their bravado in Iraq, watched Putin annex Georgia’s South Ossetia and Abkazia Aug. 1-8, 2008, both Russian speaking provinces.  Bush set the precedent and Obama followed suit when Putin made his next move, this time returning Crimea back to Russia.  “President Biden affirmed the United States unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russia’s ongoing aggression in the Donbass and Crimea,” said a White House statement.  Biden’s singing a different tune now then back in 2014.
Since taking office, Biden has slammed Putin and the Russian Federation for meddling in U.S. presidential election in 2016 and 20210, hacking U.S. computer programs and the Kremlin’s treatment of 44-year-old Russian dissident Alexi Navalny.  After promising a new era of diplomacy Feb. 5, then proceeded to call Putin as “soulless killer” March 16, slapping the Russian Federation with new sanctions March 2.  Relations with Russia under Biden’s first 70 days are a rock bottom, now publicly vowing to defend Ukraine in the event of a Russian invasion.  “We discussed the situation in Donbass in detail.  President Biden assured me that Ukraine will never be left alone against Russia aggression,” said Zelensky in a video statement.  If Zelensky’s right, the U.S. could be headed quickly for a shooting war with Russia, something dreaded since the end of WW II.
Zelensky’s wasn’t president when Putin annexed Crimea, with former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko begging for U.S. and NATO help, but getting nothing.  Now Zelensky thinks that the 78-year-old president is ready to commit troops to Ukraine because he can’t work out his problems with the Russian Federation.  Biden requires urgent Congressional oversight because he’s getting dangerously close only 70 days into his presidency of getting the U.S. into the unthinkable:  A war with the Russian Federation.  Biden’s kidding himself thinking that NATO or the European Union [EU] would back any confrontation in Donbass with the Russian Federation.  While the EU talks a good game, the last thing they want to do is defend Ukraine from a Russian invasion.  Biden’s been pushing things to the brink since he took office, now getting Putin’s attention.
Responding quickly to Biden’s provocation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said any deployment of NATO forces in the Donbass region would destabilize the situation.  Peskov said that the “contact line” between Ukrainian and Russian forces was “frightening,” saying any conflict in the region would destroy Ukraine.  If that’s not a warning to Biden, then nothing is   He pushed things so far calling Putin as “soulless killer” March 16, that both sides are, as Pesco says, frightening close to multiple provocations.  Visiting Ukraine today, U.S. Defense Secretary Gen. Lloyd Austin said with Ukraine’s Defense Minister Andri Taran “condemned recent escalations of Russian aggressive and provocative actions in eastern Ukraine,” the Pentagon said.  U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken, who pushed for sanctions with the EU against the Kremlin, blamed Russia for escalation in the Donbass region.
Playing a dangerous game of chicken with the U.S. military and NATO, Biden’s in no position to fight Ukraine’s battles with the Russian Federation.  If pro-Russian separatists want to be part of the Russian Federation, Zelensky shouldn’t push the U.S. or NATO into a shooting war with Russia.  Whatever happened in Georgia in 2008 or Crimea in 2014, there’s no way to un-ring the bell, without pushing things into a military confrontation.  Zelensky needs to figure out why Russian-speaking enclaves in Donbass think they’ve been sold out by Kiev.  It’s not Putin’s fault that residents of the former Soviet satellite feel alienated or abandoned by Kiev.  “We stand shoulder to shoulder when it comes to preservation of our democracies,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter after his call with Biden.  Biden needs to wake up before it’s too late that no U.S. or NATO soldier should fight Ukraine’s battles.

Gaza ceasefire
youtube
Israel's army said 'no' to fighting anymore ? | Real reason behind Gaza ceasefire ?
Israel has approved a ceasefire deal with Hamas amid reports of exhaustion among Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) after 15 months of intense conflict.
An analysis by the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation highlighted the urgent need for soldiers to rest and recover, as many are fatigued from ongoing combat operations in Gaza.
This decision comes as the Israeli cabinet ratified a hostage-ceasefire agreement that includes the phased release of hostages held in Gaza in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.

So which one is it? If Biden and Blinken want a ceasefire why is the US Ambassador already saying that they plan to veto the latest resolution for one? Considering the US is arming and funding this war crime it seems it would be pretty freaking easy for Biden to stop it if he ACTUALLY wanted to. Who is he kidding? With an election in 9 months he just needs to create the illusion of being against this genocide but like the old cliche, actions speak louder than words.
