What an album - a straight masterclass in lush, electronic music production. In Part effortlessly shifts from gentle, textured ambience to something more like Rival Consoles-style, widescreen techno. The working of these processed soundscapes into beats and rhythms is so utterly seamless - it’s flawless, it just works. I can’t think of many other examples where experimental music has sounded so musical, and simply beautiful. Also, that mysterious, degraded rhythmic filtering on many of the piano sounds, it’s so, so good! Put this on some good speakers or headphones and get lost in this. -Kris

Heavily inspired by the always amazing @blankfor.ms, I got a simple #tapeloop on #cassette and derived a few variations on it via #chaseblissblooper, #chaseblissmood, #chaseblisshabit and #empresszoia, with a touch of #walrusaudio M1 that comes to rescue me from the high frequency hiss.
