Ne voyagez pas en Flixbus !

Car si par malheur vous ratiez comme moi un bus au redémarrage après une pause (en plus pour le coup c’est lui qui était parti 5 mn avant l’heure prévue ! J’avais été très attentif à l’heure) vous n’aurez pas droit à votre bagage à l’arrivée mais vous êtes sûr de devoir attendre jusqu’à 14 jours si vous avez plus de chance que moi, car le mien n’a pas été « trouvé » finalement et il est facile de déduire de tout un tas de choses qu’il s’agissait d’un vol prémédité (par exemple le conducteur a inhabituellement - j’ai pris nombre de bus de la compagnie FlixBus - imposé que mon unique bagage se trouve dans la soute, et comme je l’ai dit il n’a pas respecté le délai donné avant de repartir (au moins 5 mn en moins, alors même qu’il prétendait être obligé de faire une pose de 45 mn ceci dû à un trajet d’une durée anormalement longue étant donné des bouchons. J’ai tout de suite compris que je me ferais voler car ça ne tenait vraiment pas debout !). Conclusion je me retrouve privé de mon sac dans lequel il y avait beaucoup de choses importantes (dont une flute, la musique étant mon activité…), en plus d’avoir dû payer voyages supplémentaires (dont une partie avec FlixBus même pas remboursée, heureusement j’ai trouvé un adorable conducteur pour m’emmener en stop à une station de train avant de le reprendre, refusant même que je le paie 1 € !), forçage de ma serrure et remplacement par un serrurier, toutes sortes de choses à racheter à présent… Tout ça m’aura coûté au moins 900 € supplémentaires !

En tous cas retenez que les bagages ne sont pas mis aux objets trouvés à l’arrivée à destination mais stupidement trimbalés dans les hangars à bus pour être ensuite traités « en masse » avec un délai pouvant être long et au passage sans doute pouvoir se servir en toute discrétion j’imagine…car je ne vois vraiment pas l’intérêt de cette organisation autrement) vous êtes complètement à la merci de la bonne volonté du conducteur et autre staff à l’abri de toute surveillance une fois qu’ils ont quitté la station pour « gérer » le problème ! Par ailleurs le personnel est souvent incompétent (sans doute pas ou mal formés), ce qui pose des tas de problème à nombre de voyageurs.

Donc FlixBus : poubelle (en plus, sachez qu’ils fournissent rarement les services promis, comme prises de chargement non-alimentées etc. On n’est pas obligé de baratiner, surtout avec des prix attractifs, en apparence du moins…). Mais sachez que jusque-là la compagnie Blablacar par exemple, dans le même genre « cheap » (à vérifier) semble elle mettre les bagages aux objets trouvés de la destination histoire de pouvoir vite les retrouver sans passer par toute une démarche lourde autant qu’inutile.
