Shri Venkateshwara University was the center of attraction at the Value education convention organized by Brahmakumaris Divine University.

Shri Venkateshwara University was the center of attraction at the 3 day Value education & All India Bhagwat Gita convention organized by Brahmakumaris Divine University.

Brahmakumaris University hosted a convention at its Gurugram based Om Shanti Retreat Center from Dec 8-10.

The Hyderabad based Padamshree Chitra Tridandi, Swami Abhishek Chaitnya, Swami Dineshanand, Mr. US Rawat, & Ms. Karuna Tyagi from the Karuna Yoga Foundation stressed about the significance of Bhagwat Gita for Value Education.

Dr Prerna Mahapatra VC Orissa University, Dr Gopal Narsan, Deputy VC Vikramshila Vidyapeeth & over 4 dozen educationist & religious leaders addressed the convention in different sessions.  

Over 50 VCs of leading universities, educationists, religious leaders and over 2 dozen priests took part in the mega event.

Padamshree Chitra Tridandi, Swami Dineshanand, Convener of World Parliament of Religions, India’s High Commissioner to Uganda Mr US Rawat & the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi inaugurated the convention by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

Dr Gopal Narsan, Swami Abhishek Chaitnya joined them to inaugurate the 3 day Value education & All India Bhagwat Gita convention 2023.

The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, reiterated Gita is not just any book or treatise, it’s a way of living.

While Padamshree Chitra Tridandi opined Bhagwat Gita has taught us, just having positive thoughts is not enough. When we compliment positive thoughts with positive actions, this generates power thoughts that have the power to transform the world.

The Pro Chancellor & Key note speaker, Dr Rajiv Tyagi, informed Bhagwat Gita is the essence of life, we just need to imbibe it in our lives. This value education will lead to the overall wellbeing of humanity.

Dr Rajiv Tyagi took part in the convention as the official representative of the Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri. He further informed BK Shivani ji will conduct a value education convention at Shri Venkateshwara University in the first week of January.

All appreciated Dr Rajiv Tyagi’s discourse on imbibing Gita teachings & value education for bringing positivity and fostering peace & tranquillity in the world. This made Shri Venkateshwara University the center of attraction at the convention.

There was a beeline of people congratulating the Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, on this feat.

This included the Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora, Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Rajesh Singh, Dr Divya Girdhar, & Dr Laxman Singh.

The Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, also complimented the Chairman, and also present was the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others.

Day 1 @ 12/10/2023

Wake up at 2:30 AM, had a bath and went to brahmakumari Huntingdale centre.Thanks to brothers for giving me keys 🔑.  Did meditation 🧘‍♂️ 🙂 for about 2 hours and listened Murali from Papa.

5:15 reached home ,it's very cold outside dropped plan for running 🏃‍♂️.  Doing kapalbhati and pranayam at home.

Made coffe for self and started work from home at 6:30 AM

Measured weight at 9:05 AM. It is 87.1Kg.

Went back to bed at 9pm .

Day 2 @ 13_10_2023

Wake up at 2:35 am

Reached Brahmakumari Huntingdale centre at 3 :05 AM.Did meditation and read Murali.

Nice experience 😇

5:12 AM going for a walk, came back at 5:29. Beautiful 😍 experience.

Going to take a nap for a while as I am already ready for work. I was in deep sleep and woke up at 7AM

Weight 86.8 kg

Dropped Armaan to his school and kusum dropped me to train station at 8:00AM

I will be bit late .

Worked well today and came back home early .

Today is my fasting - Mata Vaibhav Lakshmi.

Had done my prayers and went to pick up Armaan.Had dinner and going to bed soon.

DAY 3 @ 14/10/2023

Wake up at 2:30

Took bath ,drove to Huntingdale centre at 3:05 today

Did meditation 🧘‍♂️ with papa, today papa read Murli.

Came back home at 5:15AM

No running today. As I am feeling too 😵 dizzy.

Kusum made soup.

It's Papa birthday 🎂 🥳 today

Bought a cake for him walking to nearby place.Today is voting 🗳 day so I am here to vote for the referendum. 

We went to Kings Park today with farron family.

Papa cut the birthday cake 🎂

Went to Hindu temple 🛕 🙌 next door walking and came back bit late.

Got the kids  backto bed bit late and we slept late .

Day 4 @Date 14-10-2023,

I wake up at 2:20 AM but feeling like not active so I decided to go back to bed and sleep 😴.  I woke up at 4:18 AM now.

Did meditation and read Murali at home today.

As it's Navratra first day , started with prayers

Bk brother huntingdale are visiting our place today for lunch so prepared lunch

We had a very big lunch and getting ready for the dinner at Kusum sisters house

We reached their place  at 6Pm. We had tea and dinner after that and left their place by 8:15PM

We are pretty late in going to bed today.

Day 5 @ 16_10_2023

I wake up at 4:12AM.

I did meditation till 6 :05AM

Went back to bed as Kusum has to go to work today. Someone need to be with kids.

We all wake up at 8:0Am ,get them ready for school and dropped them in pram.

Started working from home.

Picked up kids from school   went to park with them and played for a whole.

I fed Armaan with his dinner and went back to bed at 8:30 PM

It took so long for him to develop the kind of sleep he needs

It's nearly 10 pm when we all are in sleep.

Day 6 @ 17-10-2023

Wake up at 5 AM today , as it's just my body not allowing me to get up and have fresh Morning. Had a bath and did mediation till 6:30Am. Had my breakfast and went for office by 7 :10 AM

Had dinner and gone back to bed early today like 7:30 PM. Kids are not well due to weather,  they struggled to sleep by 8:30PM.

Day7 - last day and finish

I have not been too well to wake up early today.

Wake up at 7:00Am

Get the kids ready for school and dropped them and kusum went for her work.

Weight is 86.1 Kg.

Pratico (melhor, tento!) Raja Yoga desde 2017 e vou ao centro de meditação Brahma Kumaris sempre que posso. No domingo, 18, em comemoração ao Dia Mundial do Yoga, teve a Casa Aberta, um evento para todes e que levou aos presentes um pouco de como é a prática.

Teve horóscopo dos saberes, exposição de quadros, promoção na livraria (comprei uma camiseta), e, claro, meditação!

A palestra foi com a Dra. Jyoti Kiran Shukla, diretora do Centro Cultural da Índia em São Paulo, e o professor indiano de hatha yoga, Satyendra Kumar, que trouxeram experiências de mudras (aquelas imposições de mãos), exercícios respiratórios e dicas de alimentação.

Por falar em comida, teve comida! Uma sopa de legumes com bolinho de arroz delícia, que foram preparados com base na alimentação

Vision Mechatronics Installs India’s 1st MW-Scale Hybrid Energy Storage Project

Batterywali Dr. Rashi Gupta-led Vision Mechatronics has installed first-of-its-kind in India a Mega Watt-scale hybrid energy storage project at Brahmakumaris’ Om Shanti Retreat Centre.The Retreat Centre has opted for a Solar based unique combination of lithium-lead hybrid battery storage system.Significantly, the hybrid solution utilized existing old batteries along with the new lithium batteries to have a long duration power backup to ensure smooth power transition in case of grid failure.Explaining about the project, Dr Rashi Gupta, Managing Director of Vision Mechatronics, said, “all our work and products are developed and manufactured in India. Using a hybrid battery energy storage system has ensured that there is maximum utilization of existing resources at the time of addition of new ones to achieve a cost of energy at Grid Parity. Opting for hybrid energy storage model can help commercial entities reduce their initial capex investment by 35 to 40 per cent for a long duration energy storage project. With the recent launch of ACC battery scheme, India offers a great opportunity for energy storage and e-mobility market and this is our contribution in making India truly Aatmanirbhar.”“This unique project will add a lot of value to the campus and enable us to offer wide and uninterrupted services to the society. Integrating solar with energy storage, a micro grid is formed which supports the conventional grid and can supply load even in absence of the grid.Dr Rashi Gupta further added that “lithium based energy storage is usually commercially viable only upto 4 hours, so it was important to have a commercially viable solution for 8 to 18 hours and we could achieve this by Hybrid Energy Storage”.This microgrid effectively performs the functions of Backup, Frequency Regulation, Grid Feed, Voltage Regulation, Black Start, Smooth Power Transition, Diesel Replacement, she added.Meanwhile, the system also has preventive and predictive monitoring to detect faults in advance to ensure smooth and reliable functioning.

Desde 2017 que frequento (on e off line) a Brahma Kumaris, uma entidade sem fins lucrativos que tem como propósito a busca pelo bem estar por meio da filosofia Raja Yoga.

Um dos pilares é o ato de meditar e meditar com propósito de levar paz para si e para o mundo.

Admito que, após a pandemia, demorei a voltar a ir ao centro, que fica em Perdizes, SP. Mas, ao receber a mala direta sobre a caminhada “Passo a Passo pela Paz”, que aqui seria no dia 18 de setembro, domingo, tomei coragem e fui apreciar esse evento, que faz parte das celebrações do Dia Internacional da Paz, 21.09.

O domingo amanheceu friozinho, mas lindo, esquentando (mesmo!) aos pouquinhos.

Foram mais de 50 pessoas para o Minhocão, passando pelo Parque da Água Branca e ruas do entorno do bairro, com direito a um brincante com perna de pau e muitos “bons-dias”. Incrível a reação das pessoas que nos viam: gente que respondia ao “bom-dia”, os que ignoravam, os que tentavam ler a placa e muitos acenando. 

Fazíamos pausas para, além de descansar, meditar silenciosamente por um minuto e nesses momentos, meditei para o passado, para o presente e para o futuro.

Também foi a oportunidade para colar o adesivo “Acredite em Você” bem no centro do Elevado, o de número 80, um dos simples P&B, fora a Arte e arquitetura da cidade. E o pessoal nos prédios? Mano, que massa, o pessoal acenando, amei!

Fui embora com o coração feliz, uma pequena insolação na testa, mais um adesivo colado (esse colorido), de número 81, em um poste numa passagem entre a estação Barra Funda e a Avenida Francisco Matarazzo e a alma feliz, nem que seja por algumas horas.

Afinal, viver é uma sucessão de momentos.

Vision Mechatronics delivers Mega Watt Scale Hybrid Energy Storage Project to Brahmakumaris

Vision Mechatronics has offered a ZeroBlackout Solution to Brahmakumaris at Om Shanti Retreat Centre. The Retreat Centre have opted for a Solar based unique combination of MW scale Hybrid Battery storage system i.e., Lithium-Lead hybrid which has utilized the existing old batteries with the fresh new Lithium Batteries to have a long duration backup to ensure that there is a smooth power transition when the grid fails. Dr Rashi Gupta, Managing Director, Vision Mechatronics said, “All our work and products are developed & manufactured in India. Using a hybrid battery energy storage system has ensured that there is maximum utilization of existing resources at the time of addition of new ones to achieve a cost of energy at Grid Parity. Opting for hybrid energy storage model can help commercial entities reduce their initial capex investment by 35 to 40% for a long duration energy storage project. With the recent launch of ACC battery scheme, India offers a great opportunity for energy storage and e-mobility market and this is our contribution in making India truly Aatmanirbhar.” Often weaker grid in remote areas cannot handle the loads connected to them and gets overloaded. Integrating solar with energy storage, a micro grid is formed which supports the conventional grid and can supply load even in absence of the grid. Lithium-based energy storage is usually commercially viable only upto 4 hours, so it was important to have a commercially viable solution for 8 to 18 hours and we could achieve this by Hybrid Energy Storage which is a combination of “Worlds Smartest Lithium Batteries” together with tubular gel batteries (lead-acid variant). This microgrid effectively performs the functions of Backup, Frequency Regulation, Grid Feed, Voltage Regulation, Black Start, Smooth Power Transition, Diesel Replacement.  The system also has preventive and predictive monitoring to detect faults in advance to ensure smooth and reliable functioning. Thus, this power generated from the Sun through solar panels then stored in the batteries can be used for any purpose like running the heavy-duty studios, electric irons, induction cooktops, computers, washing machines, community kitchen appliances, baking ovens, air-conditioners, submersible water pumps etc. and of course the lights and fans. It is clean and green energy to the campus.
