Lance Armstrong having his podcast on fucking peacock is his most dastardly attempt at a comeback because it’s his way of spreading anti pogi propaganda that the yt men in cycling are eating up sooooo hard because Lance is absolutely HOES MAD at the fact that a nice fucking person (at least by eurocuck standards) is reaching champion status for just wanting to have fun racing and that Lance’s newest boitoy cockslut Vinegaard that he’s been trying to prop up as his heir to the doping champion throne hasn’t been winning the tour this year despite all the 🍎 Lance had probably been giving him from his white van. Like ffs “muh let Jonas win a stage pogi boi 🥺😭” like bruh you go into a race to win for ur own selfish reason that’s what sports is about and that’s okay in this specific context of culture this isn’t fucking like some Care Bears type “sharing is caring” it’s fucking competitive sports and Lance basically accusing pogi of doping and acting like a moralizing prick because his blonde dane darling didn’t win the tour this year is so rude since he’s in no place to judge considering he still has no remorse in relying on all the 🍎 his entire pro cycling career and thinks his cheating is somehow the normal thing to do. Like ffs here’s a thought: why do riders have to risk their health and livelihood over a bicycle race via 🍎? That’s not fair to the riders who don’t want to do that for so many obvious reasons especially considering Lance basically gave himself ball cancer for clout and all he has to show for it is a shit reputation and a shit podcast. Here’s a “comeback” plan for you, Lance, run for president as a dem they’ll LOVE having a blue trump at their disposal considering you would probably be the one fucking with the electoral votes this year.

03/03/24 - Pace Bend Park, TX - QUALIFYING FOR NATIONALS - We’re almost home from our trip to Tucson but first we had to make a stop on the other side of the lake from Lago Vista to do some bike racing at the Texas Senior Games. There are four races altogether: road races of 20K and 40K and time trials of 5K and 10K. The top three finishers in each race will qualify for all four events at the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines, Iowa. I’m racing in the 70-74 age group. Being new to this age group gives me a little bit of an age advantage that hopefully, I won’t squander. Normally, these races are held over a weekend which allows for plenty of time to recover between races. But for some unknown reason, it was decided that this year, we would do all four races in one day which means no real recovery time between races. That’s crazy but once you realize that everyone is in the same boat, it’s not such a big deal. I’ve been training hard in Tucson the last couple of months so I’m hopeful that my fitness will be enough to plough through it. My main worry is equipment related: my gear shifter is on its last legs and if it malfunctions at the bottom of the big hill where everything gets decided, I’m toast. The good news is that there are only eight competitors in my age group. So how did I do? Surprised myself: no equipment issues, 2nd place in both road races and 3rd place in the 5K time trial. Yay! I’m going to Des Moines, Iowa to participate in my third National Senior Games. Got lots of time to take my training up a few notches between now and July, 2025 and my motivation to do so is high. Wish me luck!
