Matthew 10:7
As you go, preach, saying: ‘The Kingdom of the heavens has drawn near.
Tumblr media
Note the time the Devil showed Jesus all the kingdoms of the world (Luke 4:5) "in an instant of time" saying that the world has been given over to him and he could give it to whomever he chose, and the Devil chose Christ. The Devil said to Christ, "I will give you all this authority and their glory" (Luke 4:5-8).

Who is the ruler of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4), is it not the Devil (Revelation 12:9)? And what are the inhabitants of the earth saying? Are they not saying that Jesus is God, giving Jesus all his authority and their glory? The Devil wanted Jesus to do an act of worship before him by means of the Devil's image of the heavens (Isaiah 14: 12-14) and earth by giving breath of life to it by means of the fruit of his lips (Hebrews 13:15). But note how Jesus replied when being tempted by the Tempter (Matthew 4:1), "Then Jesus said to him: 'Go away, Satan! For it is written: 'It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service' (Matthew 4:10)." Because it was God at the beginning who created the heavens and earth and said let there be light through His Spirit (Genesis 1: 1-3).

Read one Bible verse or read them all! 📖📚
1 John 2:16
because everything in the world—the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the showy display of one’s means of life—does not originate with the Father, but originates with the world
Isaiah 29:13
Jehovah says: “This people approach me with their mouth And they honor me with their lips, But their heart is far removed from me; And their fear of me is based on commands of men that they have been taught.
1 Thessalonians 3:5
is why, when I could bear it no longer, I sent to learn of your faithfulness, in case somehow the Tempter might have tempted you, and our labor might have turned out to be in vain.
2 Corinthians 11:14
And no wonder, for Satan himself keeps disguising himself as an angel of light.
Revelation 12:12
On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time.”
2 Corinthians 11:3
But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent seduced Eve by its cunning, your minds might be corrupted away from the sincerity and the chastity that are due the Christ.
Revelation 13:13
And it performs great signs, even making fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the sight of mankind.
Luke 10:18
At that he said to them: “I see Satan already fallen like lightning from heaven.

Don't Worry!
It’s difficult to be content when you’re full of worry and anxiety, isn’t it? If you’re not dealing with elevated anxiety levels yourself, perhaps someone close to you is.
So, what’s the solution?
When the Apostle Paul wrote these words, he knew that the Christians in Philippi had a lot to be anxious about; in the first century, it was illegal to be a Christian. Paul himself wrote this letter while in a Roman prison because of the Gospel; he had plenty of reasons to be anxious. Roman prisoners like Paul likely didn’t know where their next meals were coming from and had to rely on the generosity of their friends and family to keep them alive. I, for one, start to get a little anxious when I haven’t eaten for a while. Paul had this and many other reasons to give in to worry and anxiety, but instead of worrying and getting overwhelmed by his situation, he chose to pray with a heart of gratitude.
These verses promise a supernatural peace from God that will be placed as a guard around your mind and heart, meaning that God’s peace will guard your thoughts and emotions against catastrophizing the future.
Worrying is like praying for the worst-case scenario to happen; it’s an act of faith and a killer of contentment. But prayer is also an act of faith where you decide to trust God with all your cares and concerns. So, instead of worrying, why not try praying?

The Bible warns against greed and the relentless pursuit of fortune and fame, emphasizing the spiritual dangers they bring. In 1 Timothy 6:10, it states, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil," cautioning that many have wandered from their faith due to greed, causing themselves great sorrow. Similarly, Jesus reminds us in Mark 8:36, "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?" These passages highlight that chasing wealth and fame at the expense of righteousness leads to emptiness and spiritual loss, urging believers to seek God’s kingdom above all else.

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding (Proverbs 3:5).
When you learn to trust the Lord, you will begin to have a sense of rest in the Lord knowing that he has everything under control even when life seems to be out of control. Trusting God will get you to the point where you make a decision to trust in Him and NOT in your own logic and understanding.
As Christians, we must make a decision to trust Him regardless of how scary the situation may seem. Trusting God doesn’t prevent you from being in uncomfortable situations but it does allow you to be placed in a position where you seek the Lord’s presence, provisions, guidance and promises.
I encourage you to stop stressing yourself out losing sleep, being weary, anxious, worried, depressed and sad. Don’t try to understand the ways of God because it is impossible for you to understand His decisions and ways! (Romans 11:33). The natural man cannot understand the things of God. God's ways are not man's ways, they are past finding out and this is why we must make a decision to trust our all knowing God.

Romans 12:1-2. “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (NIV)
“Keeping a Clear Mind” By In Touch Ministries:
“Have you submitted your mind to the Lord?”
“The human mind is an amazing creation of God. Nothing on earth can match its capabilities or creativity. It generates feelings, thoughts, words, attitudes, and behaviors—who we become and what we achieve are largely due to how and what we think. So, doesn’t it make sense to let the One who created us guide our thought processes? To do that, we need to align our mind with God’s Word and allow His Spirit to influence us. As this happens, God gives discernment, empowering us to look beyond the surface and view situations as they really are—in other words, as He sees them. Then we can distinguish not just between right and wrong but also between good and best. Yet such clear, focused thinking doesn’t just happen. We must deliberately choose and diligently maintain it. So let’s carefully consider what we allow into our mind. Ask yourself, Is this helping me become the person God wants me to be, or is it hindering the process? Though we have a responsibility to participate in the transformation, a renewed mind ultimately comes from the Lord. True change requires full dependence on Him, not on our own abilities and strength. Ask God to help you lean on Him and fill your mind with His Word.”

Reject Halloween, Stand With God
In my old life, I used to be fond of celebrating Halloween. Having been Born Again, I realized my true purpose in life under God the Father and His Son Jesus. That being said, I realized how wrong it is to celebrate Halloween which is essentially evil and unholy for any Christian (including those who practice idolatry which itself is sinful). Halloween will take Christians away from the Lord and…

Feeding on God's Word: The Path to Spiritual Maturity
At the moment of faith in Christ, believers know very little about God, His will, or the many blessings He has provided. Spiritually, they are ignorant babies. This is not a negative, but the reality of the situation. Prior to salvation, the soul is filled with human viewpoint, which is often contrary to God and His Word. This is why Christians are directed to renew their minds (Rom 12:1-2).…

Keeping focus
Have you ever found yourself feeling like life has become monotonous? Sometimes, when our focus drifts from what is most important, it’s easy to feel like every day is the same. We can struggle to find purpose and meaning when we’re focused on our own problems, our own circumstances, and our own desires. The phrase, “When you lose your why, you lose your way.” applies all too well when we find ourselves growing apathetic and complacent.
We must remember the ultimate “why” for living. When we read this passage from Ephesians 4, the passion and conviction of the words seem to jump off the page. We can see clearly that there is a singular source of hope, salvation, life, and purpose: God alone. There is no other substitute. There is nothing else to add and nothing that can be taken away from Him. From Him, we receive everything we need for this life and the next. Through Him, we have the opportunity to make a difference in the world around us for His glory. When we understand this “why,” everything else fades. This is what unifies all people: hope through faith in Jesus.

The one who misleads is the false prophet. The false prophet represents the tail of the dragon mentioned in Revelation 12:4 "...and its tail drags a third of the stars of heaven..."
As stars shine as light in the heavens. So the false prophet but its light will be misleading. Therefore, when the heavens shake. The stars that do not belong will fall to the earth.
