Indulge in the rich, chocolatey goodness of this smoothie while secretly loading up on antioxidants and vitamins from the mixed berries and potassium from the banana. It's a guilt-free treat!
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1 ripe banana. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: In a blender, mix the frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. If you want it to be thicker, add ice cubes. Pour into a glass and top with fresh berries or a thin layer of melted dark chocolate, if you like.
