"I HATE YOU!" I yelled pushing Benny away from me. Jane, Sarah, and Ethan were surprised at my out burst. They all knew why I was so pissed off, why I was reacting like this. I grabbed my bag and jacket, "Okay, (Y/n) calm down." Sarah trying to reason with me, but I couldn't so I walked outside slamming the door behind me. I was crying because he broke my heart, everyone except me. "I would never love you, (Y/n) is my friend and they could never like me." I mumbled. I sniffled and heard, "(Y/n)." Benny said my name almost in a whisper. "Every God damn person in that school." I spoke in an angry tone. "I was the only one you didn't care enough to ask! YOU DIDN'T EVEN TRY!" I yelled. I was facing him full on crying. (Y/n) (L/n) was crying because of Benny Weir, but they are in love with him. "I never tried because I knew you would hate it (F/I)." He spoke then hugged me. His head on my shoulder when he pulled away his green eyes liked in my (e/c) eyes. "I'm sorry. Now I know you were mad about the love potion, Della's dog, the nurses-" I stopped him. "Benny I was there I know all of that." I said as he held my cheek in his hand and I leaned in his touch. "So what do you say...wanna maybe give us a shot?" He asked me as I tapped my chin. "Hmm I don't know Mr.Weir, if I say yes I would forgive you if I said no I would kill everyone and Onyx's ship (Shut up!-A/C) so who knows." I spoke softly. "Who?" He asked confused. "Doesn't matter, I guess I accept your offer to be your partner." I said as his face lit up. He started to lean in and we kissed. "Aw man!" We heard and saw Rory in a tree looking disappointed. "Benny your dating them now? I thought I would get a them before you." Rory whined as I chuckled softly. "How about Friday night we play D&D with Ethan?" I asked as Benny smiled. "At Ethan's." He spoke as we nodded. Then we saw Jane running towards us Ethan and Sarah not far behind and behind them Mr and Mrs Morgan. We can never be alone together.

You and Benny definitely feed into each other's recklessness. It’s a problem. You’re usually very chill and collected but when it’s you and Benny, it feels like your inner child is rejoicing and you can let go of all common sense and responsibilities and just live! Sure, that sometimes lands you two in trouble (many hours spent in detention between the 2 of you) but ultimately, the fun you have together outweighs the consequences. Plus your other boyfriend is right there for you!

He waits for you in the cafeteria or library. You always walk home together, so this is usually the time you and Benny will have to explain yourselves and he will give you a long and boring lecture about being more “responsible” and whatnot. It’s ok tho, because he will always end said lecture by kissing both of you and reminding you how much he loves you.

Ethan just loves you two so so much, he doesn’t want you to think any differently just because he’s acting annoyed. All he wants is for you to not get in trouble!

Date nights are definitely rare. It’s not because you 3 don’t wanna go out, but because you already spend so much time together at Ethan’s house, dates don’t feel exactly necessary. It’s not like any of you are the “going out to a fancy restaurant in suits and dresses'' type.

Even when you do go out, it’ll more than likely be something casual, like a movie! The boys will make a point of getting you your own bag of popcorn, while they share theirs because “as a lady”, you shouldn’t have to share your snacks with anyone. You’ll take turns picking the movies and everytime you guys agree on a horror movie, it’s custom to let E sit in the middle because poor boy gets so scared and you and  Benny love sharing knowing looks while holding his hand or wrapping your arms around him

Benny is the KING of gifts!! He’s more observant than many think and always knows exactly what to get his two lovers to leave them speechless. He drops them on you at the most random moments too. He needs no occasion to get you the newest game you’ve been into and new paranormal hunting equipment for Ethan

When you get tangled up in paranormal business, Ethan becomes extremely overprotective of you and Benny! He will stop at nothing to keep you safe, which sometimes leads to arguments because he would much rather prefer you two stay home and out of it but you remind him that he can’t do it by himself, he needs you!

If any of you end up getting hurt at all, even if it’s as much as a scratch, you have a plan already in place!! You’ll go back to one of your houses and clean up, before starting a massive cuddle session!! The injured one reserves the right to choose the playlist that’s going off, but the others choose the snacks.

Neither of your boys are very affectionate in public, but they like it when you are being unapologetically clingy with them. They feel loved and appreciated and it’s a real boost of confidence to know that you are not embarrassed to be dating the school’s biggest nerds, regardless of what others might say.

Talk Too Much

~Benny Weir was known for talking too much. You were known for talking too little, at lunch it was quite the opposite.~

You sat in English trying to work on the shared project as Benny said the stupidest shit ever. You didn't even understand how you got here, one second you asked what the writing meant and then that devolved into his special interest of the day.

When lunch came however all it took to shut Benny up was Ethan handing you a snack, because it had some comic hero on it and you went crazy, talking all about the different versions of it there was and which one was on the wrapper.

It never made sense when Benny was quiet so you turned to question him but he just had the dumbest smile on his face, staring at you like you hung the stars. And that's all it took to shut you up. Face turning flushed as he coughed and whipped his head away, mumbling out some, "Cool story." before Rory's voice cut through the moment, adding to your story.

Instantly as Rory cut in you were right back to the comic hero, talking loudly and giggling with Rory as Benny just stared at you, completely you had his whole mind, body, and soul without even knowing. "Isn't that the 1990's thing?" He cuts in, for once hoping he's wrong so you can correct him and go on and on.

You nod and he smiles, nodding along as you begin to talk about the specific year and style of your character as he just listens, you even subconsciously lean closer to him as you ramble and he just listens wishing he could pull you that smaller bit forward. Just a little bit toward him. And before he can even realize it he does, wrapping his fingers in your belt loops and tugging you closer, your lips brushing as you get maybe too close but he didn't think you did.

Your wide eyes meet his calm ones and for a minute everything seems so slow, and so super lame, like a romantic comedy. Yet you still keep stuttering out your story, and Benny uses the only romantic comedy-esk move he can and leans that small bit forward, making your lips meet. For a moment you're frozen, completely shocked and freaked out and then you realize what's going on and follow his move. "You talk too much." Benny mumbles after a second, taking a small portion of your comic hero snack. "Yeah, says you." you mutter out, playfully snatching it away as he laughs.

"No it's definitely you, at least I know how to shut you up now." He chuckles, stealing more of your snack as you just kiss his cheek and turn your head away, eating as if you didn't do so while he snickers and tightens his grip on your belt-loops. Now you're stuck with this chatterbox.

"Ethan! I just can’t stand it anymore!" Benny hated how boys would make heart eyes at you, to even snicker comments about your body. He hated how all these boys were savoring his girl.

“ oh cmon Benny, just tell her how you feel, communicate!”

“Ethan … it’s not that simple”, he paced around Ethan’s room thinking about ways to come up with courage to talk about how he feels and wishes you could comfort him to let him know that he’s the only boy in your world

He plops down on the bed and grabs a pillow to scream into it. Giving him some sense of relief. looks up at the ceiling trying to put his thoughts and feelings into words.

“Look Benny don’t sweat it, y/n loves you a lot to do anything to jeopardize your guy’s relationship, you need to trust her and talk to her about it"

“When did you become the love expert? you can’t even talk to Sarah without mixing your words up”

“ I can talk to her !….. just not to ask her out”

“Yeah that’s what I thought”

“Look I’m gonna go home and hopefully sleep it off, I’ll see you tomorrow” Benny walks out, saying his goodbyes to Mr and Mrs Morgan. As Benny is walking home he simply can’t get rid of this itching insecurity that he has.

What if y/n eventually finds someone better than him and she leaves him, or she realizes she can have someone much better. These thoughts ran like crazy in benny’s head.

As he got home, he decided he needed a cold shower to fully relax his body and mind. He did his night routine of playing video games and watching tv. He finally settled in and drifted of to sleep.

“Hey dude did you sleep well last night?”

“Sorta, I just feel this insecurity that’s she’ll leave me”

as he was saying that, you started to go up to your boyfriend and his friend. While doing so, boys would wolf whistle at you, you enjoyed the attention but all you cared about was the attention of your man. all you did was smile, laugh, and throw in a small hair flip as you walked down the hall. Benny saw this and was already agitated.

“Hey pretty boy, how are you this lovely morning” you asked

“oh it’s been so lovely indeed y/n!” he gestured his hands like a magical princess

“oh? what’s wrong, why are you being like that?” “Being like what? I’m being myself y/n, can’t I not?”

Ethan at this point started to back away slowly, trying to avoid whatever is about to explode at any moment

“woahhh benny, why are you acting like a douche right now? Did I do something wrong? do you wanna talk about it?” You tried not losing your cool

he sighed obnoxiously, “no y/n, I don’t want to talk about it, look I’m going to be late, I’ll see you later” he walked away leaving you annoyed, upset, and confused

“You failed Home Ec. Normally I don't think that magic is going to fix that” you say leaning your hand on the countertop.

”And to that I say, Watch and learn.” you throw your hand up in defeat continuing to eat a cookie Evelyn had made. Benny was currently trying to recreate her cookies.

“We could just follow the instructions on the card” you say holding up a small recipe card benny’s grandma had given you, as Benny looks in deep concetration at the cookie

“Reficiat et quodcumque operandum” the spell leaves your boyfriends mouth and in a flash of light the ingredients turned into cookie.

The new plate of cookies sits next to original.

“Maybe I was wrong maybe my boyfriend is truly the Hermione granger of our time” you say raising you eyebrows reaching over to grab a cookie. examining the cookie before putting it in your mouth. Seeing you not recoil at his work leads the brunette to pump his fist in the air.

“Am I great or am I great?” he says confidently.

“I mean there okay but your grandmas are better,” you say reaching for the cookies that Benny's grandma made.

You were currently situated upstairs in your cozy bedroom, having made yourself a habitat of comfort to hide away from the eerie fall night weather and bit by bit your science homework was eating at you mentally and you felt exhaustion and immense boredom creep up on you, in nights like these you’d wish your parents were actually home; that way you’d have company from the Silence of the house and the occasional fire alarm beep, why did it always do that?

No one really knows and you certainly weren’t exceptionally perky enough tonight to try figure out the never ending beep, but what you were able to do was figure out what was that damn banging noise was coming from your windows, because maybe it was the slasher you had watched earlier in honour of Halloween coming up making you think you might come face to face with Freddy Krueger himself and that maybe you did pass out from exhaustion after all but before you overreacted too much you stepped up out of your comfort zone to figure it out.

Having looked out your window which was ever so slightly difficult to see out from due to the none-stop raindrops hitting the glass that adorned your house’s exterior you saw nothing, so you pulled up your window and peeked your head out from inside your room to see whatever gloomy bastard was throwing rocks and your window, and oh, would you look at that,

It was your favourite bastard, Benny.

There he stood, at 10 pm and utterly drenched and instead of going through the front door once he got your attention he climbed up to you instead, causing an internal frown to grow inside of you worrisome if he may trip. “Benny? What’re you doing outside my house at this hour? A-And you’re soaked!” You exclaimed. “I wanted to come see you” he replied once he was now on your roof, still not having come inside yet but wanting to as his impatience prevailed “now can I please come in?”

“Right yeah of course, here let me grab you a towel.” You said as you hurried to your bathroom, hearing him stumble inside from afar. You returned and handed it to him “you’re shivering Bens’ you should’ve called me before heading over if I would’ve known I would’ve drove you could get sick” well, drove in your learners license but who cares at this hour of the night?! What’s the possibility of meeting some stern officer-hackett-type this late?

“It doesn’t matter, cause I’m here now” Benny said, running the towel through his now damp-state hair, man he looked so damn gorgeous right now.. ‘do you think it would over-step the best friend code to go up and play with his hair whilst I kiss him or is that a bit too much? ‘ I thought, I’d never tel him that tho, Then again I never really told Benny at all about my feeling for him that bloomed ever since 6th grade. I never thought those feelings would ever reciprocate, I mean yeah sometimes Benny can be a huge flirt but I don’t see it any difference between me and a passerby girl who just happen to be on the same sidewalk as Benny.

“Can I ask why did you come over? Not that I’m not glad you did or anything heaven knows the house is too damn quiet tonight for my liking” you laughed a bit at your own awkward rambling. “I wanted to talk you about something.” He said pressing his lips into a firm line as he threw the towel on top of my bed, something was definitely off. Benny didn’t make a single sly remark once he came here and trust me; many offers of teasing was on the table. Yet here he was, standing In from of your with his brows narrowed, hands buried deep in his pockets and outwards

“And why couldn’t this wait ‘till we see each other at school? I mean-“ I was cut off “because this cant wait I cant wait, y/n. ‘Cause I’m done waiting. I’m done waiting for the perfect or right time it’s so stupid I just wanna say how I feel!” You’re stunned, your mind racing and having quite the few of ideas as of what, but you’re silent. You’re waiting for him to continue, to speak to say something, anything! And yet he’s still waiting for confirmation from me if he overstepped any boundaries by the sudden outburst of emotion.

“Then by all means speak” I reply, edging him to continue, was there such thing of verbal teasing? “ I’ve known this for awhile about myself but never spoke up on because I was too afraid of the outcome but it’s getting really hard to hide it and just can’t control myself anymore so I’m just gonna come out and say it.” I nod, as a way for him to continue his buildup to his confession.

“Y/n, I like you, and not just in a best friend way god no. I like you way more than that; and I think about you a lot. And I cant seem to stop it, at first I thought it was because of how much I stare at that beautiful smile when you laugh because I made you with what I said, Or i thought I was because of how much I love when you smile at something cheesy at your nose wiggles like a cute little bunny or even that your lips started to look too soft and I that I imagined what it felt like to touch them or even kiss them but now I realise it’s not how I love something about you it’s because I love you.”

I was utterly and completely stunned, was what he had said true? Or am I imaging like first thought with my whole Freddy Krueger theory. Whatever it was I couldn’t believe it these were the thoughts I was thinking of him quite daily and he just said everything my heart welled for, I think I just might start crying. I opened my mouth a few times to speak but I couldn’t seem to get the words out, instead it opted to me looking like a fish.

He just said he loved me. “I-I don’t know what to say.” I started, but before he got a chance to reply I spoke again “expect i love you too Benny, for quite some time now actually I can’t believe you didn’t notice actually I know for a fact I’m not sly” you laughed a bit, causing him to finally smile adoringly at you “i- really?” He replied a bit shocked “yeah! you have no idea how long I was waiting for you to say something or show any confirmation that you felt the same way back”

“No idea huh? Well you have no idea how long I’ve been waiting to do this” he leaned in suddenly and kissed me and I kissed him right back, but it wasn’t something of a passionate kiss, although there was much passion in the moment and works he spoke this was different, he was needy and rough, it’s like he couldn’t get close enough.

This kiss was heated, with a spark shooting straight down to my inner thighs and up, the butterflies in stomach migrating to my lower abdomen area. He broke the kiss momentarily and I leaned my forehead against his, panting for the air my lungs were screaming to gain just seconds ago. I looked into Benny’s emerald eyes that were oh so mesmerising, if this was dream, please for the love of god never wake me up.

Benny placed his hand on top of mine which was situated on his chest, then he guided it lower, heat rising to my cheeks and the tips of my ears. “do you feel what you’re doing to me, bunny?” Benny said, he’s voice strained almost. I gulp, he placed my hand on his clothed strained erection, the one he was hiding when he came in. I look down feeling my mouth water despite the fact I’ve never felt this way ever before for anyone. He places my chin between his thumb and pointer finger “ ‘gonna help me?” I nod feverishly at the brunette who stood very close before me, my eyes falling on his swollen glistening lips, he grinned like Cheshire Cat “good girl.”

Yeah, something tells me it’s not gonna be so quiet anymore in this house.

ok so lemme explain this one 😭 in the episode everyone falls in love with him and then everyone hates him, what if it had the opposite effect if they were already in love with him??? also reader is stated as a girl but they can be gender neutral.

established FRIENDSHIP (benny x reader)

You were in class when you smelled the fragrance during class change with your friends. It smelled amazing but that's when you started thinking about how much you hate Benny, somehow you love Ethan though. The thoughts were in your head of how much you hated Benny so much so that you wanted him gone. Meanwhile you saw all of your friends and girls throughout the whole school fawn all over Ethan and Benny. It made you sick, all you wanted to do was choke Benny until the light ran out. You just stayed far away from him until the end of the day. Being in the same building as him was horrible enough.

You were walking in the hallway you saw so many girls piled up there. As you walk past the deranged group of girls you hear his voice. His grating, dorky, annoying, jarring, voice. He tried talking to you, but you wanted to wrap your hands around his throat and squeeze, so you walked past not saying a word. You don't know what caused this sudden anger while everyone else was in love with him. You didn't feel like this about him an hour ago? This horrible, wretched, feeling didn't start until recently. this hatred and coldness couldn't go ignored for long though as you had next period with him. Every moment you thought about him, you would search for something sharp.

These sudden feelings are overwhelming and a shock to you, but the most overwhelming feeling is to go to the kitchen and grab a pizza cutter and slice him with it.

You felt like this the rest of the day, while people's mood changed from love to hatred, yours stayed the exact same. No matter how much you wanted to join every girl on their quest to kill those boys, mostly benny, you stayed home and let out the rage and hatred out in a healthier, legal way.

The next day, after sleeping it off, you felt fine. You felt normal. Back to being hopelessly in love with Benny. Back to being a normal teenager, with no thoughts that would get me in a life sentence. You showed up to school and saw Benny and Ethan at their lockers. You walked over to them, to get an understanding of what happened yesterday.

"Hey.. What happened yesterday? Why was everybody so weird?" You asked them both, confused.

Ethan was quick to respond, "Benny cast a spell."

That alone made you roll your eyes and give Benny an 'are you kidding?' look. Of course he made a spell that made every girl fall in love with them, who in their right mind would actually love one of them? (😍😍🤪🥸🧐🤣🤣) The spell must've had opposite affects on you because you're in love with Benny. That was also why you didn't fall in love with him again at the end of the spell, because there would've been no change anyways. It was the opposite of before.

"Why didn't the potion work on you though? You seemed to be the only one who was like not in love?" Benny had asked, he then realized he felt like he sounded like he was hoping for you to be in love with him, "not like i even care that much but..."

"because it was supposed to make you feel the opposite. I'm already in love with you, so i despised you and wanted to stick a fork in your throat." You explained quickly, not realizing you had just admitted you're in love with him.

Benny looked at you with widened eyes, as Ethan just looks confused. How did Benny not see that coming? Everyone was in love and she despised him? Obviously it was opposite effects on people!

As Ethan rolled his eyes, Benny responded to your accidental confession, "Wait, you're in love with me? Like actually? Is the potion still in the air?" He asks as he looks in the air.

It was your turn to roll your eyes this time, except you rolled your eyes and laughed. You thought it was adorable how geeky and self-conscious he was, "Yes Benny. I love you."

"...Thats how to be a man Ethan." He hits Ethan on the arm as Ethan rolls his eyes and walks away. Benny looks back at you nervously, "I love you too."

Benny loves being the big spoon!!! Holding you and Ethan is as close to heaven as he thinks he can find on earth. 

Ethan is a much bigger fan of more subtle acts of affection.. He’s particularly fond of interlocking pinkies! He finds it very sweet and comforting and he takes basically every chance he gets to hook his pinkie finger around your’s or Benny’s. This is a particularly common occurrence during classes. He’ll totally deny it if you try to bring it up tho

You love challenging your boys at video games. They usually win (probably because they have a lot more hours or practice than you. Like, an unhealthy amount) but it’s always fun for all of you!! Gaming nights > movie nights for sure!

Ethan is more inclined to go easy on you and let you win most of the time. He finds it endearing how happy and excited you get to be beating him (you know what he’s doing, but don’t complain). Benny on the other hand is competitive! Good luck with him because not only will he give 110% of his efforts in every game but he will also rub his win in your face!

You are the mastermind behind all ghostly fights. You’re the strategist of the group for sure and Ethan and Benny love to watch you think and come up with crazy ideas of how to get yourselves out of whatever mess you have to deal with now. They are almost entranced seeing you type away at your keyboard in concentration (they definitely share knowing looks behind your back like ‘Yep, that’s our girl!’)

Grandma counts on you a lot to keep the boys in check, although she never actually blames you if something goes wrong. She knows how sneaky they can be but appreciates that you look out for them most of the time and because of that, you two have a really trusting relationship.

Benny loves taking pictures whenever you guys are together, even if there’s not much going on! Some are candids of you or Ethan, working, cooking, cuddling, the works! And those are really sweet, always showcasing really tender and domestic moments. He’ll never tell you when he takes them, he will just spend them in the groupchat after he goes home.

Other times, the pictures are absolutely chaotic. Blurry and shaky! Taken at weird angles or too close to your faces! His gallery is full! Some of them he prints out, others he saves on his computer for later times. He used to hang most of his pictures on his walls but Grandma eventually got him a photo album and he discovered that despite feeling old fashioned, he enjoyed that much better!

Ethan sometimes has a hard time falling asleep! His mind is running and he has a very bad habit of overthinking. Especially if he’s in the middle of solving something supernatural, his mind is totally wired and it’s hard for him to relax enough to go to bed. He created a habit of calling either you or Benny when that happens. Talking to you about simple stuff, helps his nerves ease and eventually, he actually manages to fall asleep. Although not before complaining about how he’d ‘much rather have you there with him physically’ but he’s grateful nevertheless

You knocked softly on Benny's door,his grandmother answering with a smile. "Y/n,right? Benny's just up in his room,I'll be out for about an hour or so,so enjoy your stay." You stepped into the doorway and she stepped out,you thanked her and waltzed up the stairs. "Hey,Benny?" You stepped into his room to see him quickly shutting his closet,and wow,his room actually looked nice. "H-hey Y/n" He cracked out with a smile.

You had both sat down at this huge desk he had and began doing work. "Hey Benny,can I ask you something?" He looked at you confusedly and you continued,"do you like anyone?" He blushed bright red before responding,"y-yeah" you turned over to look at him softly,"what're they like?" He smiled and began naming qualities and traits that weirdly enough,fit you perfectly. "Oh and she's got this perfect h/c hair,and her eyes are the most beautiful shade of e/c. You smiled his way, "Benny,who are they?" He blushed some more before responding, "uh...you." He gave you awkward smile and you leaned over,softly kissing him. "So,how do we do this again?" You asked softly,looking down at the paper,as the boy had completely shut down.

"U-uh..so yeah,uh...so you start by..." He explained the equation,slightly leaning your way to show you on your paper."so..uh Y/n,would you like to go on an actual date sometime?" You smiled softly, "that sounds lovely" He smiled so widely,he looked as if he had just won the lottery, "uh- alright how about,you come over tomorrow and we watch a few movies?" You slowly shut your books and put them in your bag.

"They better be nerdy movies" you said,and kissed his cheek softly before walking toward his bedroom door. "Oh and goodnight Benny" you shut the door softly behind you,leaving his room and down the stairs,out the door,smiling to yourself like and idiot the whole way home.
