SHOW DO THERION EM BH (Tour 2018 Beloved Antichrist) ⠀ Anteontem eu realizei um grande sonho: assisti ao vivo uma das bandas musicais mais incríveis do mundo (e de todos os tempos), claro na minha opinião: THERION!! ⠀ O dom musical de Christofer Johnsson, frontman do Therion, nos trouxe ao mundo uma das sonoridades mais envolventes e inteligentes dos últimos tempos! ⠀ Christofer Johnsson é um músico, cantor, compositor e produtor sueco. É membro fundador e guitarrista da banda Therion. Hoje ele tem 45 anos. Em 1990 ele criou a banda após outras passagens na carreira musical, e no início ele também cantava. E a banda tinha outra pegada bem mais pesada (Death Metal). Mas em 1995 ele resolve mudar o estilo e introduz ao "som pesado" arranjos sinfônicos, iniciando uma nova fase da banda. ⠀ De lá pra cá, o Therion lançou vários discos conceituais, com temáticas místicas, esotéricas e lendárias, com músicas recheadas de arranjos orquestrais, corais sinfônicos e riffs marcantes!! Muito diferente de tudo o que estávamos acostumados a ouvir (principalmente no Brasil, diga-se de passagem...). ⠀ Bom, eu particularmente sou alucinado com a banda que já até teve no país outras vezes, mas nas épocas, não pude ir. E dessa vez, deu certo de estar presente e apreciar o show, que para mim foi um espetáculo!! ⠀ O evento em si deixou alguns pontos a desejar: primeiro o desprestígio dos "metaleiros" principalmente os mineiros. Pela grandiosidade da banda, eles mereciam lotar estádio, só que a realidade é que foi num local compacto, de público discreto (só a nata mesmo que curte o que há de melhor na música!! 😉). ¡Beloved Antichrist tendrá su puesta en escena en Ciudad de México! Therion estuvo cerca de escenificar la obra en la ciudad de México en mayo de 2020 sin embargo debido a la situación del COVID-19, ésta se tuvo que posponer. Christofer mencionó la razón principal para escenificar Beloved Antichrist en México: "Una gran base de fans de la banda se encuentran allí por lo que el éxito de la obra estaría garantizado" Por ahora, los planes de la banda en este momento son grabar Leviathan II (2022) y Leviathan III (2023) y si las condiciones se dan salir de gira para promocionar los discos, posteriormente retomar la puesta en escena de Beloved Antichrist posiblemente entre 2024 o 2025.
