We all know having company is a surefire way to get motivated to clean. Another? Lose something. I’ve had this ‘fancy Fitbit’ for several years now, and realized this morning that it had gone missing. I remembered the strap coming loose while I was out running errands and refastening it, but couldn’t recall after that when I last had it. It wasn’t anywhere I might have left it, I scoured the house and even called the stores I had been at. John suggested I see if it was here by trying to connect to it via Bluetooth, and I figured out it was indeed in the house. Commence cleaning. Moved all living room furniture and even behind our long entryway bench to no avail. Finally, Levi was asking to snuggle on the couch and I mentioned how I was focused on finding my leaf, to which he replied that it was on the tree. I had already tried looking there wondering if it had fallen off as I put on the star, and he pointed out right where it was. Once upon a time (around 2016) I bought a #jawboneup2 and I loved it. But the strap broke and could not be fixed. Then I bought a #bellabeatleaf which has a great app but is too bulky and fiddly for my taste. The I bought a @misfitwearables #Ray in May last year which was gorgeous - waterproof, comfortable, just right. But it died in November and Amazon customer care chose to refund instead of replace.
