What is your best makeup advice for a beginner?

Here are some:)

1.Most beginners think ,when you apply too many products you look more pretty,its totally a bad idea….when it comes to makeup always less is more!!Apply little amount.

2.Learn to wear your own eyeliner,generally people depend on others for applying liner,as they find it difficult to use liquid liners.For this practise!!

3.yes you have heard it right…use a icecube wrapped in thin/muslin cloth on your face if you apply base on your face like foundation/conceler etc.The reason being mostly people have large/small open pores and base settle there if you dont use a icecube before applying base.

4.If you use some powder like blush or loose powder or eyeshadow…just shake the brush a bit before you use (taking out extra product from your brush) …it doesnot look patchy if you do this step.

5.Choose perfect shade of base…foundation /conceler/compact…at first buy it offline so that you got to know about your shade….once you be pro at it….now you can buy online.But yes, different brands have different varieties …so be careful!!

6.Use beauty blender and brushes for your makeup…its the best thing !! Cakey makeup doesnot look attractive.

7.When you apply your lipstick ,if you use lip liner then that’s good,if you dont use lip liner…shape your lips first with the lipstick itself .Also for applying lipstick ,dab it ,dont spread it.Use a tissue in the mid of your lips so that it doesnot spread on your teeth.

8.The magic of makeup lies in blending…so blend ,blend,blend!!

9.Removing makeup is a very important step.use coconut oil/any makeup remover of your choice….For removing eyemakeup in lower eye lid ,you can use ear buds to remove it properly.

Hey guys! For today’s post I wanted to review something I’ve been playing around with for about a month now which is Colourpop’s new “Sweet talk pressed powder palette”. It would be an understatement to say I’m obsessed with this palette. One thing I always look for in a eyeshadow palette is soft tones and nude/ pink colors and this one definitely blew me away. This palette includes 1 super shock shadow which has a more wet consistency with a blinding shine, 9 pressed powders which bring in all the pigment blend super well, and 9 pressed glitters which can easily be applied without a glitter primer and the glitters are comparable to Huda beauty’s new nude palette. This palette is great for people who want to get the same feel of the Huda beauty palette but are on a budget or if you just love soft glam makeup looks in general or want to pizazz your everyday eye makeup with some blinding glitter! All of these colors are easily usable and are especially great to start out with for beginners because none of the colors are overwhelming. The only problem this palette could have however is the super shock shadow drying out. But as long as you don’t keep the palette open for too long and keep the plastic film on top you shouldn’t have any problems. This palette also has a stronger magnet from the others which should help.
