My brother brought my mum and me along with one of my nephews to Andy’s Grill Express near where he was staying. The stall’s front is pretty narrow that it had to display the menu on the side wall. We went for their Super Combo Deal as it offered the best value. Ordered freshly squeezed Orange and Watermelon Juices to quench the thirst.

My nephew and I had Ribeye Steaks (2 for S$22) which is served on top of a bed of fries and crispy salad and drizzled in brown gravy. While it isn’t the best ribeye I had, it was juicy and tender plus the portion was big.

Mum and my brother went for the Fish & Chips (2 for S$14.90). It came with the same sides of fries and salad plus a squeeze of tartar sauce on the side. Mum gave me a piece of the fish which was well seasoned and crispy.

Last night at chiltern firehouse: I say to Ava “this chopped salad is really good, you should try some” she replies “oh, I prefer to eat more nutrient dense greens like kale or spinach” while eating beef tartare.
