is actually referencing ‘A flaccid full-length play based on nothing other than the superficial observations of the vampire Sam, his meditation on vampiric existence and enduring’ - blatantly ripped off from Louis’ own existential musing to Lestat in IWTV and possibly heavily inspired by Claudia’s diaries in universe 😭

I honestly don’t know if it’s funnier to imagine Louis getting hot and bothered while Armand reads him a parody of his own musings or Louis deflating at lightning speed and crying in a corner.

I like that Rhaenys doesn’t formally declare for anyone until she has had a chance to speak to Corlys, even with Daemon constantly pushing her to speak for the family and declare on behalf of them all.

Daemon is a git. I like that too! Especially because the last three episodes seem to be people consistently trying to strip Rhaenys of her power and of her agency. Her control and resilience are some of the things I most admire about her.

Oh, well. At least I got a couple of photos (and videos) of a concert or two. Those were the raddest things I have ever seen in a game, no contest. It was like I was actually at one of those Splatoon concerts Japan had IRL.

Now I’m off to go listen to that extra special Calamari Inkantation that I’ve (might’ve) missed. …I wouldn’t know for sure because I was busy playing Turf War. Oooops lol.

(Oh, and I think I won five or six 10x battles. Honestly, that’s the most impressive part of my personal experience.)

Oooooh okay. I’ve reached the point in Inquisition where I’ve begun (and completed) some of the first companion-associated quests and I am Not Doing Well.

So far they’ve been easy (honestly, the toughest part of Varric’s “destroy red lyrium” quest has been getting to the locked portion of the Storm Coast) but I do Worry for how my decisions here will screw me over later.

I refuse to change my headcanon that most of the other people at Canaan House probably thought Gideon was Harrow’s pretty boy toy until she showed them she could actually fight because she acted exactly nothing like a real Cav in anyway. A teenage ruler shows up with a hot butch that clearly isn’t trained to be a ninth Cav or even a normal-ish one? Come on. They probably thought griddlehark were over compensating trying to hide by staying away from each other.
