100 years ago:

The North Portal of Chartres Cathedral was completed in the early 13th century.  I was curious about the one dark-skinned figure in the scene depicting the Judgement of Solomon, but I couldn’t find any information about him.

How goes the puppy?

Pretty good!! We went to their breeder's house yesterday to have their ears fixed up and they got to play with their littermate so that was a blast. Unfortunately they need more time to entertain themselves because they have started to feel frustrated when no one is there to entertain them... 🫠 so puppy needs to learn to chill. It's not separation anxiety in the traditional sense, they're fine when I leave, but if they see me with another dog, the world is ending. So that's frustrating but understandable, puppy hasn't encountered that scenario.

Otherwise quite well! They really are a great puppy and I'm pretty thrilled with them. I'm hoping we can start doing classes together soon. I'll have to check with the classes to see how young they let puppies join, but it would be good, and we're still working on being neutral around other people and dogs... not sure how to work on that besides going to classes. They can't see the dogs at my work because my coworker refuses to leash them and they both want to go after puppy 🫠

Day 6 - Beauceron

Idk if it's because today I'm more tired than usual, but this felt a little rocky and it killed my brain 😂 But at least it's done! Took also around 2.5 hours, maybe a few minutes less (felt like longer tho).

Replanted all my strawberry, bell pepper and tomato plants into bigger pots today and these were my "helpers".
