Do y’all realize that the old X-Men actors returning means we’re gonna be seeing them in present day?!!! They won’t be pulled from a 60s or 70s time period when they were younger, which is why there’s no prequel cast. And so we’ll be seeing Cherik after they’ve been married for 30+ years!!!

- in their teenage years it was every five words , but as an adult it only really comes out with close friends

- yes he says it but not as often as Jean does

- you are a mutie even if your human , everyone is a fuckin mutie

Rouge

- only when she gets frustrated with people

- only when he gets caught up in a rant and ends up slipping into that one curse per word type speech

Kitty

- that shit flowed from her mouth every time she opened it , the first word out her mouth is either nigga or mutie

Kurt

- in his earlier years no never but as he grew up he started to refer to himself as a mutie as a way to reclaim the word

Mystique

- yes

Erik

-only when mocking humans or showing how badly mutants get treated outside of that it's never used and if you use it against him or even casually metal is going through your skull

Beast

- no he's one of them fuckers that say that cursing is only because you don't have a wide enough vocabulary. He's almost slipped so many times but has stood on the ground of never saying it

Girl help, Xmen redesigns have consumed my brain.

This is a little au I'm cooking, I call it the blue family au because well, reasons...I mean they're all blue....anyway in this au Mystique and Irene are wives and adopt Rogue together, a couple years later they join the Xmen (I'm basing myself off of the days of future past saga where Raven was an active part of the Xmen and Charles adoptive sibling) Raven is both genderfluid and polyamorous so when they meet Hank they fall in love (again, I blame days of future past) Hank and Irene have more of a queer platonic relationship in which they both care a lot about Raven, the kids and each other. They consider eachother extremely close friends, after that arrives Kurt, biologically he's Hank and Raven's son so he has more cat like features but he was pretty much raised by Irene and Raven away from the mansion in Germany to keep him safe until his mutant gene activates and he starts bamf!-ing around. Rogue had already manifested her mutant genes so she stayed in the mansion with papa Hank. Irene, Raven and Kurt visit regularly tho, specially during the holidays. When Kurt's bamfs start to happen, he and his two moms move back to the Xmen mansión and it's a nice happy family reunion. The end.....I just want them to be happy oughh

DoFP is always known as the Cherik divorce movie when really it should be known as the Put Hank In Situations™ movie. Like a weird drunk guy shows up, punches him in the face, he's not allowed to beat the drunk guy up, the drunk guy undoes 10 years of Hanks hard work and makes him reunite with his deadbeat stepdad, he has to watch his parents fight and then make out on a plane while he's flying it, he fights his deadbeat stepdad then gets harassed by paparazzi, and then his stepdad tries to murder him and his father. Like Hank is just going through the trenches in this movie, it's like the parent trap but nobody wants to be there and the parents are trying to kill each other

I haven't seen this movie in 3 years so take this with a grain of salt as this is all based on what I vaguely remember

The thing is, Hank and Alex were both in their late teens/early twenties in First Class so their respective dynamics with Charles & Erik were more “big brother/little brother”, and obviously Raven was the little sister, BUT Sean was the undisputed baby of the group, clearly 17 at most, and Cherik’s first parenting experience was teaching Sean to fly.

Like yeah - let’s talk about Peter and Wanda and Lorna and Nina and David and (by adoption) Jean all day long - but Sean was Cherik’s firstborn.
