Why is every Billy ship qualifiable for Rare Pair status or pedophilia

Like, there’s the obvious Beatuia and Diana (which is extra uncomfy for me bc I like them as sibling coded over anything else but that is just me)

Then there’s the characters he has so few appearances and time spent with, like Damian or Jon, and literally anything that isn’t him getting shipped with Freddy I’ve heard of seems like a Rare Pair. Or… maybe not since he’s not as popular a character and maybe this is just part of for the course with his status, but really, his love life is seriously limited
