#bromance#twdrama#Taiwanese drama#gender-bender romance#am a big fan of this trope because I love romances for women who do not fit into gender stereotypes/expectations#and for all that this is not a particularly good production#they did their characters and romances flawlessly#all the green flags are so wonderful to watch#a beautifully sweet and intimate romance with lovely developments#despite it just being a string of cringe and cliches/tropes in a row#Megan Lai#baron chen#Baron Chen keeps reminding me of Lee Dong Wook (and a friend’s husband) 😆#Megan Lai is just stunning as Pi Ya Nuo#really enjoying this very average drama#but that enjoyment is informed by how well they executed/portrayed the romance (even if cliched/tropey)#that relatively speedy acceptance of a bisexual awakening by Du Zi Feng was heartwarming 😌☺️
