I got hit by the notion that I really wanted to repaint a Barbie Dream Bestie, so I purchased this VERY wonky Renee along with Brooklyn since I figured she could use the new face.

Also a chance to see that the blank sculpt looks like.

I didn't really go into this repaint with a plan, and just sorta made it up as I went. It's a little outside of my usual aesthetic, whatever that is, and I'm not sure if I personally love it. I'll sleep on it, but if I'm still not vibing with her I'll get a new Renee and sell this one.

New Dream Besties drop seemingly out of nowhere!? Daisy Jean is already up for order on Amazon, Ken is current listed as out of stock but I assume he'll be up there soon as well. I still don't have any of these yet, but...they got me with the pink hair ;p Might finally order Renee as well (been trying to wait until I can go pick one out in person but my health condition is still not conducive to shopping trips :/).
