I’ve been busy this week with flying back up to my home state to see old friends and spend time with family, including going to a Niall Horan concert in 95 degree heat with 80% humidity. Totally worth it.

I had such a phenomenal night seeing Judas Priest & Sabaton last night. Sabaton really kicked off the vibe for the night. Their performance was incredibly creative & they seemed to have a blast onstage as well. I really really enjoyed them & their set. Judas Priest was perfect & Rob Halford can still hold notes that’ll send chills down your spine. After all these years, he still sounds as flawless as ever. & as you can see from the photos in the first & last slides, this show literally rocked my finger band aid off & left nubby to be exposed in public for the very first time (stitches & all - thankfully I made sure nubby stayed very safe though). However it was ice cold outside once the show was over, which made the walk back to the car feel like daggers to my lungs & to my nubby (keep in mind, it’s almost May.. shoutout to Maine weather 🙃). But with the exception of the temperature & my raynauds acting up as we left, the entire night was an absolute blast!! 🖤🤘🏼😜

Charlie Howard was thrown off a bridge by 3 teenagers and drowned. The teens were tried as juveniles for manslaughter, then released after serving approximately 2 years. His murder shocked Maine and forced them to reckon with the realities of homophobia.
