I feel like Balloon Party has played Operation (the toy/game) and talked about the pieces inside of each compartment to Lorelei and Bkorn who are both listening (they aren't going to contradict the doctor 😭)

Lorelei and Bkornblume sitting there like "Yes, Doctor" every time she says something educational about the game they have literally no idea what it means.

Balloon Party probably just explains how an actual operation works in disgusting descriptive details and the other two are bound to their seat out of respect so they just can't go away.

They both had nightmares every night for a week.
