#Balladyna is the main and title character of polish tragedy writen by Juliusz Słowacki#the book and character are very well known in Poland as it was writen by one of polish national poets and it's talked abaut is schools#my girl Balladyna saved me on the final exams in middle school okay#anyway#I can't explain it without sounding eddgy(/neg) but its a really good book and it's a a classic of polish romanticism#(spoilers for the book if anyone wants to read it)#Balladyna is a character very thirsty for power wich causes her to kill her own sister at the beginning of the book when they both compete#to be the prince's (Kirkor's) wife#basically they have a rasberry picking competition and who picks more will marry Kirkor#and during that Balladyna gets mad and fucking kills her sister#she is scared and feels remorse at frist but then she comes to terms with her own actions and accepts them#wich changes her and basically makes her a serial killer geting rid of everyone who keeps her away from the throne#the book is often compared to Macbeth and I can tell why#nyo Poland#2p nyotalia#2p poland#hetalia poland#aph poland#hws poland#hetalia world stars#hetalia axis powers#balladyna#Balladyna Juliusz Słowacki#polska gurom
