All of my work done for the @sing-it-togetherzine !! Working on this fan project was an amazing experience and I am grateful to have had a part in it. And I'm extremely honored that I had the opportunity to make the cover art, as well as the stickers and main logo!! Truly this zine came out so amazing, EVERYONE knocked it out of the park with their contributions. If you haven't flipped through it already, then what are you waiting for!!

I like to think Floyd subconsciously sees Branch as his first baby because in my headcanon: Floyd was the first troll Branch ever saw upon hatching and thus Branch imprinted on Floyd, awakening his mama bear instincts and leading him to insist on taking care of Branch even to Floyd's own detriment.

100% agree that Floyd and Branch would have been very close when they were young.

I get the vibe that a lot of the tension and fighting was between John Dory, Clay and Bruce so maybe Floyd would have had to do his own thing alone a lot.

When Branch came along, I absolutely agree that Floyd would have felt a unique sense of protective instincts towards him.

This was Floyd's first time being a big brother.

And he was gonna protect him. Even go all mama bear if necessary!

I feel like I have some of the most random headcanons. but I am lowkey obsessed with the fact that John Dory is so much older than Branch that he potentially could have dated their friends'/peers' parents, and/or anything else funny and possibly entertaining that the large age difference entails lmaokskssbcdsbcjdh

"I'll try my best to explain how I do stuff" 💖

1. Strike a pose

How you pose them adds to the look. - Back straight or hunched? - Chin up high or low and shy? - Hands on hips with an attitude or spread out ready for a hug?

2. Pick a vibe!

Mermaid? Cottagecore? Sun and Moon? Science Nerd? Find a bunch of pics that remind you of the character and it should help with the colour scheme and the shapes. E.g. Sonnet is very artsy but also a very private person, so Dark Academia and Autumn Vibes suit her heaps.

3. RAINBOW!

With your chosen vibe, you now have an idea for their colour palette! If you're still having trouble, search "Wedding Colour Palette" or 'Colour Aesthetic' for ideas.

The Pop Royal Family seems to be paired with blue-green colours that contrasts with their warm toned skin.

4. The Shapes!

Endless shapes! Try all the shapes! You can go off real life or the already existing designs for clothing shapes.

5. Le Details

Stitching, buttons, zippers, jewellery? Tattoos and piercings? Rips and tears? A busy and adventurous character might have a lot of pockets. An older characters hair may not be as straight and upright! The little details tell a story: - Did they make it themselves? - Is it old clothing? - Are they rich? What materials and stuff do they have access to? A Techno Troll would have a hard time sourcing leather. A Funk Troll's style is more eccentric with big shapes. Pop Trolls tend to have a simpler, nature based style depending on the Troll.

6. Final Notes

- If something isn't working, think bigger! - Try another colour, another shape - The crazy idea you had? Do it! - Have fun!

My favorite thing is how lowkey uncomfortable Branch's brothers look when they find out Branch highkey replaced them with a new band/found family after they left LOLOL

JD and Clay being quick to crack incredibly forced jokes to cover up the awkwardness of the situation ooo And you KNOW the Kismet trolls probably think so fucking lowly of all of them too if Branch confided in them over everything that happened throughout the years rrrrr I think the brothers would definitely take personal issue with particular members too uh ohh the girls are fightingg

and they know they have no right to be mad cause they are the ones who walked out and never came back but they're gonna be bitter anyway <333 i love troll drama
