ooooh something blue? i don't know about swap really much, since i don't know how to approach his character, and underswap in general. though, i'll try to write something small, i guess.

(note: probably ooc so bleh :p)

when killer finally meets that swap sans again, it is in an outertale universe. killer finds himself less enamored with the sky and stars than "sans" now, but the quietness of space does something to his usually turbulent mind. he can't say he expected the appearance of the swap sans, but he's not totally surprised by it.

he doesn't say anything at first as blue takes a sit next to him on the barren field. after a while of them sitting in uncomfortable silence, the starry-eyed sans opens his mouth.

"... you're not doing anything to me this time, right?"

killer doesn't look at blue as he hums, "i don't have any reason yet." an enigmatic smile graces his black-stained face. "does your brother know you're here, talking to me?"

blue fidgets, one hand reaching his bandanna nervously. "he doesn't need to know."

"heh, how rebellious of you."

"in case you forget, i'm the older brother here. i don't need permission from paps to do whatever i want to."

"funny that," killer finally turns to look at blue. their eyes meet, empty black sockets staring at steely white eyelights. "i thought you would be grounded after the last time i visited your universe." black liquid starts to flow from killer's eyes. "in case you forget, i nearly beat you to death."

"... i know."

"and you're still here."

"i'd be a hypocrite if i wasn't," blue huffs, quieter than he was before. "i believe that even the worst person can change. if no one gives you the chance to prove it, then what's the point?" more softly, he says. "my offer still stands, killer."

this time, it's killer who is quiet. "i know," he says. "and i think you're a moron to do that."

the conversation dies there, as both of them looks at the sky, one marveling at the stars and the others closing his eyes to feel the weightlessness. their hands linger next to each other, a foreboding sense of dread and hope bubbling in both of them.
