BoC had a bad ending. It was intended to have a bittersweet ending from the start. I’d love to rewrite the whole series to make it more cognitive now that I know how to process my thoughts to words better.

Anyways-

I intended for Golden Freddy to have a ‘weird vibe’ to him from the start. Only a few people picked up on it I think, but if you go back to the first BoC, you’ll def pick it up. He has very ill intentions. He’s a very angry, strange little fellow who masks it all with a fake-happy retail face

His origins, along with Springtrap’s, were going to be focused on in BoC4, 4 was going to be a prequel of sorts called “Brothers of Circuits 4: Gears and Chains”. I even have the old concept art for the cover! Not only was it going to be a prequel, but it was going to do a callback to BoC2, with the Fredbears’ animatronics being replaced by the SL animatronics.

Back to 3–Freddy was going to become closer to Springtrap, all while Golden is becoming more and more irritated that he’s doing so. Springtrap is aware of Gold’s intentions. Nobody else believes him, naturally, because Gold has always been so nice. So, when Freddy slowly starts picking up on that ‘weird vibe’ that Gold has, he begins believing Springy.

In the end of BoC3, Gold is going to do a big reveal that he was indeed aware when he was used to kill the children, and he allowed it. Why, you may ask? Because he’s a giant dick. A giant southern dick!

I think I was going to go into the fact that Gold managed to take possession of the Puppet at some point in BoC2??? I dunno. :/ Honestly the BoC timeline is more confusing than canon to me at this point shfkjdh

But like. By the end of it Gold’s got the reigns on the place and….basically ST and Freddy are like ‘ah fuck it’ and burn the place down with Gold in it…and the others. They didn’t plan it through very well. (They have good reasons behind it that hopefully you guys will find out soon enough ;3)

As mentioned above, after the submission of the BOC 3 request, FMCSA takes 3 to 4 working days for the issuance of the license. In case of any delay, you can ask your process agent to communicate with the authority for clearing the issue. However, if there is any problem from your end i.e., wrong information or the required information is not complete then you have to wait long. The reason is FMCSA first asks to correct or complete the information accordingly and then proceeds further.

Who is a process agent and what services it offers?

A process agent is a person or company that is assigned by freight forwarding companies in all the states/areas of their operations.

Why you need to assign a process agent:

Freight forwarding or trucking companies are required by law to assign a process agent, upon which all the legal/court papers will be served. FMCSA won’t give you license to operate the freight forwarding business until you assign a process agent.

Who needs a process agent?

All freight forwarders, auto-shipping companies, roadside assistance companies, and all the services that operate automotive vehicles for commercial use, must assign a process agent in all the states or areas they will be holding their operations. The process agent will then file BOC 3 on their behalf.

How to find a BOC3 process agent?

Once you get your US Dot number, issued by FMCSA, your company’s public information will be displayed on the website of FMCSA. You will start getting unsolicited calls from people, offering to act as your process agent. DON’T LISTEN TO THEM. These are all scammers trying to con you.

Evaluate them based on customer service i.e. how satisfactorily they answered your questions.

How to file BOC 3 (blanket of coverage form):

You don’t have to file this form yourself, your process agent will file it for you. Once you find the right company, all you have to do is file a formal application with the company. You can fill this application online.

When you file the formal application, the company will fill and file the BOC 3 process agent form within next 24-48 hours (business days).

They will return one copy to you for your personal record. They will file one copy to the office of FMCSA in Washington DC and one copy to all the state offices (where company will be carrying out its operations).

Note: broker companies who don’t own any CMV (commercial moving vehicles) can assign themselves as the process agent.

That is not your concern as your process agent will do this but if you’re naming yourself as the process agent then an original signed copy of BOC 3 must be filed FMCSA office (by posting it, not an online thing).

One signed copy should be filed with each state in or through which your company will be conducting operations. One copy should be retained by the carrier, broker, or freight forwarder for their record.
