The envelope is a pale, moonstone white with gold filligree. It is sealed with a wax seal, the engravings from the stamp showing an intricate magical spell used to ensure the letter was delivered to you.

If you are with a friend who also recieves a letter, you notice that each seal was customized to specifically reach you and you alone.

The paper inside a fine parchment with an invitation written in deep blue ink....

hey!! so this is actually touched upon in part four; there’s a whole scene where dabi & reader discuss little shards of his past and how he met tomura:

as i mentioned in this ask, tomura is the one who got dabi hooked on drugs; before he met tomura he was not using. and yes! tomura liked dabi immediately (he wouldn’t have taken him in like a stray puppy otherwise!) <3

I don't think I can answer this question, only because I don't want to give anything away. It's not a yes or a no, it's just a...there's a lot more to come about Draco and Pansy's relationship that I haven't explored yet.
