This next one is just the sort of airy sparkling indie dance euphoria that I need on this rather overcast and frigid morning here in the Bay. Norwegian electronic outfit Mentum has given their fellow Scandinavian buddies BLØSH a sprightly, bubbly makeover. Their remix of BLØSH ‘s enchanting Keep Your Tongue is a weightless hopping, mellifluous skipping springtime frolic. I’m near convinced the sun has come out and the birds are chirping in joy outside my office, but alas, I have no windows to confirm this. For the moment, I have something even better... I have this remix by Mentum to inspire my imagination.

That job searching sucks LMAO. Other then that, I'm not too sure? I haven't been learning a lot of new things lately.

Sage: What ‘medium’ of art (poetry, music, fiction, paintings, statues etc.) is the most touching to you? Why do you think that is?

Oh, I'm absolutely drawn to art in any and all forms, but I am most drawn towards poetry and music the most I would say. I'm struggling to think up reasons why, ha. I mean, I've been listening to music every day my whole life and I don't think I could ever go without it if that's a good enough reason. Poetry, I just loving reading it, especially if it's about love/seeing the beauty in things. There have been plenty of times when I've had to stop reading a certain poem/poetry book because it almost overwhelms with emotion. I love it. I love that feeling.

Aloe Vera: What’s something (mundane) you really want to experience in life?

I don't know why, but shopping at different grocery stores I've never been in was the first thing I thought of if that's considered 'mundane.' I went to a Whole Foods for the first time this year and now I always look forward to when I can go back because, for some odd reason, it always makes me happy being in there. It's just a 45 minute drive away, but yeah. Still looking forward to the first time I can go to a Trader Joe's because I've never been and all the different grocery stores in different areas that aren't around in my area.

Papyrus: If you put your ‘On Repeat’ playlist on shuffle, what’s the first song that comes up? What do you like about it/associate it with?

Sadly, I don't have an 'on repeat' playlist (Apple Music user here...), but I've been listening to one song, in particular, all day today and that's When Love is Alive by BLØSH! I love the lyrics in this one and love the fact that it sounds so dreamy? I don't know. It's just one of those songs that makes me WANT to be in love.
