endo visit went fine except for my dads unsolicited rant about how he thinks i'll change my mind in twenty years but i think he redeemed himself by also getting mad at me having to sign a new consent form from the florida board of medicine and ranting about how the government shouldn't stop me from transitioning even if he doesn't approve of it.

#Signed consent paperwork when I started HRT obviously #This is a new one that says HRT is ~experimental speculative unlikely to work treatment~ and has no exaggeration 50+ places to initial #The actual medical information is virtually the same as my actual consent paperwork was. They just added a front page with a bunch of purely #opinion based unprovable claims about HRT. Very cool!#It also has a section on finasteride for some reason. Also instead of mentioning increased risk of diabetes it says HRT #interferes with diabetes medication. Which is not really true at least not in that phrasing #They also say they require an annual bone scan but I apparently don't have to actually do it #BC the law is being contested rn + that is not actually medically necessary unless you STOP testosterone
