In which nope, it's still not McGill, but the plot thickens
One can twist and toss and turn that pic anyway they'd like, but for the life of me, if that person is McGill, then I am (as always) Marie Curie:

Credits given to @auburncurlslass, who managed this superbly focused screenshot, which puts the fanfic to sleep .
The man is not only shorter, portly and possibly bald/greying. He also wears a Barbour Bedale/Beaufort jacket, with all the bells and whistles, as my red arrows show. These two Barbour models are very much alike and at this distance, it is impossible to tell them apart, but anyways:
corduroy collar - ✔️
Barbour logo zipper or brass snap button - ✔️ (both featured on the regular jacket, could be either one of those on the above enlarged pic)
very characteristic side pocket (slit) - ✔️
normal pocket, with snap buttons, where the person put a yellow cap or something else, 🤷♀️ - ✔️
tartan cotton lining - ✔️
For comparison purposes only (and the sake of Science Itself):

Check, check, check, check and check.
I have been wearing Bedale (and lately the newer motorcycle jackets, too) since I was a sophomore, as I already explained a long, long time ago (https://www.tumblr.com/sgiandubh/740164708616798208/what-happened-with-barbour?source=share). I think I know one when I see one, especially in the wild.
Bless his heart, but I doubt that person was ever attracted to that kind of attire.
Also, for clarity, the above enlarged pic was taken last Saturday, February 22nd, at the Poolbeg Parkrun weekly 5k event, that takes place in Sandymount, a village near Dublin, in the Sean Moore Park:

How do I know it?
One of the runners liked both the pic posted on Sanctuary Runner Dublin's Instagram account...

.... and the Poolbeg Parkrun's post marking the occasion. Mind you, not many people did:

The rest was somehow easy, because the event has a wonderfully wholesome website, recording every round of the weekly run, with results: https://www.parkrun.ie/poolbeg/results/eventhistory/

The sister made it on the final results table, but C was nowhere to be found:

Still, she was wearing the Sanctuary Runners' T-shirt on that pic and looked exactly the way people do after running a 5k trail on a sunny, but frisky winter Saturday morning.
With no barcode scanned upon crossing the finish line, there is no way to tell who achieved what timing. It will not be recorded and you will appear as 'Unknown' on their final table:

A totally random example, for there are more than one:

Question is: if you decide, for whatever reason, to be a part of it completely incognito, why do you prominently feature at your sister's side, on a group photo of that same event you admittedly wanted nobody to know about?
And no, that was not a private event. That was a very public event, one that is regularly organized by a volunteer team and several running clubs of the same NGO network.
