Here I would like to talk about my own experience which I faced in 2021. At that time I was pursuing my final year bachelor's degree in B.C.A along with full-time job. I was unable to balance my studies and work together which was a heavy burden on my shoulders which was resulted in anxiety for me. Some symptoms like overthinking, irritability, isolation, less sleep etc were revealing my problem to my brother who noticed that I was suffering from anxiety or stress. After seeing my situation, my brother immediately searched for an Ayurvedic treatment on the internet. Furthermore, he reached out to Dr. Sharda Ayurveda's website which is the best Ayurveda doctor in India. After a consultation, I visited their Ludhiana clinic and discussed my problem with the doctor and I am very satisfied with their counseling. I took some time out of my day and did all the work prescribed by the doctor such as yoga exercises, meditation, dietary plan and so on. when I followed a proper schedule for 2-3 months I got relief from my anxiety disorders With natural remedies. They treat 50+ chronic diseases with permanent relief. If anyone gets a treatment for their disease with natural treatment instead of chemicals then contact them. They have four treatment centers in Punjab: Ludhiana, Mohali, Muktsar, and Bathinda.
