P: UGH!!

Why couldn't he just have told us!? It would have made this so much easier!

D: You do know he has trust issues, right?

P: I know that!!

But we have been friends for so long and we do it too! I don't know why he wouldn't say anything about this!

D: I don't know why either. But I am confident he will tell us when he is comfortable. Heck! You didn't tell us about your [Regression]. It was an accident[al discovery]

P: But I didn't get so scared when you found out. I explained why I was nervous to tell you [guys] pretty quickly..

D: There is the fact that you told us that [Pyro/Jay regresses] pretty earlier in our relationship. I'm not sure why he didn't tell us then. Maybe, he didn't do it then.

D: But introducing something like [regressing yourself] so late at this point would be pretty scary. But I'm sure he'll be comfortable talking about it.

And I don't think you yelling will calm his nerves.

P: Yeah, I guess it won't... I'll be patient. For Ayden.

Daemon opened his mouth, prepared to respond- only to be cut off by Ayden shouting from down the hall.

"It sucks!"

.....

...Daemon sighed, shaking his head.

"It's..a place. Definitely nicer than some places we've stayed before."

"...Still feels just as cramped somehow..."

.....

A second of silence passed, before his phone started to ring. He pulled the device out, eyebrows furrowing when he saw who was calling.

'Ninja #4'

...

".... What does he want..?"

He pressed the answer button, holding the phone to his ear...and barely getting a word out before Safa's voice cut him off.

"Hi Daemon!"

...Daemon smiled, "Hey Safa, how're things over there going..?"

Redeemed Bizarro Ninja stuff

-After moving to the mountains, Ayden (B!Kai) gave up on shaving. He has a very bushy beard, and keeps it in braids.

-The ends of Ayden's beard are singed.

- Being a nindroid, Blizzard (B!Zane) can change his eye color if he chooses.

-He only does this for undercover vigilante missions, and to entertain Safa. Otherwise, his eyes are red like his fellow Bizarros.

- Azul (B!Jay) loves learning new things. He's always interested in hearing people ramble about their interests, and had learned several new skills over the years.

-The first thing he learned was how to juggle, then skateboarding, and then baking.

- Daemon (B!Cole) pulls an uncle Iroh whenever someone tries to mug him on the streets. He teaches them how to properly fight and will listen if they need a listening ear.

-He refuses to tell anyone he does this. 

-Blizzard will not damage his opponents (or he at least does his best to avoid harming them). No broken bones, no stab wounds or cuts, and especially, no killing.

- He just knocks them unconscious, dazes them, or pins them down, and leaves them somewhere for the cops.

-Ayden is absolutely rumored to be a red eyed mountain cryptid, who guides lost travelers to safety.

for the redeemed bizarro ninja au, what about kai and jay? they are my favorite ninja. maybe they adopt someone too, or maybe it was one of them who saved safa in the first fight fic?

Hello, Thank you for the ask!

Unfortunately neither of them are the one's who saved Safa. That job went to my oc Marion, whom we will see more of in the sequel when I can figure out how to write it

However! Both Kai and Jay did turn a new leaf, and I have written a couple of short drabbles on what they've been up to. Hope you enjoy!

Warning: Little bit of angst 

Note: Kai is Ayden and Jay is Azul

------------------------------------------------ He hadn’t meant to burn down the village. Luckily, no one had been harmed, but he’d left these people without a home. They had no where to go, no possessions but the clothes on their back and what few toys the children had been holding. He looked away from the mourning crowd, staring instead at his shaking hands. He swallowed. It was no secret, to him at least, that  his powers were uncontrollable. There was a time where he didn’t care about the skin that burned when he touched it, didn’t care about the accidental fires or scorched furniture. It was destruction, that was all that mattered. He craved it, he was made for it. But ever since they’d left Cole, and Zane had abandoned them…Ayden had found himself questioning his purpose. He had started watching what  he touched, avoiding contact with people. To prevent accidents, he’d taken up traveling, staying on the outskirts of villages and keeping a distance. And for a while, he’d been able to live in peace, to be happy. He’d been able to separate himself from his past. Until on of his hands  brushed against the dry grasses of fields surrounding this village. And the next thing he knew, it was in flames. It was all his fault. These people would sleep without a roof over their heads, and it was all. his. fault. His face felt wet, drops of water steamed as they hit his hands. It didn’t matter how much he wanted to change, everything would always be the same. He couldn’t avoid harming people, not by traveling through the populated Ninjago lands. There was only one place left to go. Turning, Ayden looked to the blurred outlines of the mountains. They were unoccupied, outside of the occasional traveler or monk. Perfect to isolate the raging fire that coursed through him. 

--------------------------------------------- Admittdely, using vengestone to keep his unruly powers at bay wasn’t the best idea he’d ever had. He didn’t need to find Zane- or Blizzard, as he was apparently calling himself now?- to know the effects vengestone had on those with elements. Azul had started experiencing the naseau and shortness of breath. He’d already been on the brink of insomnia before, he could hardly sleep two hours now. It was harder to carry grocery bags, to lift weights. And he supposed a simpler way to avoid hurting someone would be to go lone wolf, like Kai had, and travel. But Azul enjoyed being around people, he wasn’t sure if he could isolate himself from the world. He wanted to hear laughter, to wander around festivals, to hear people’s stories, to hold conversations. It had been weird when he first started noticing how happy being with people made him. He was used to being energized around people, sure. Being around people meant being able to scare them, scaring them meant panic, panic meant chaos and..well….Bizarros were designed to be agents of chaos. But it wasn’t the fear that energized him any more, it was the life, the energy of the people themselves. He didn’t want to leave any of that. He didn’t want to risk hurting anyone either. So, vengstone was the best solution in his eyes. Even if it made daily life a little bit harder, even if the spreading cold spot in his chest kept him awake at night. Small sacrifices to ensure that he could be near people, and they would be safe. It wasn’t like anyone had ever died of vengestone poisoning anyway.

B: There isn't anything wrong about it. It just shows that they have been through a lot of battles.

Context: Ayden's backpack fell while open, having his little gear falling out.

Im front of the other bizarros.

He ran before they could say anything.

Blizzard: Ayden?

B: Am I allowed to come in?

Door Unlocks

B: Ok.. I'm coming in..

B: Hey there

B: do... you want to talk about it?

B: I-I.... we

We're really sorry. We.. didn't want to find out like this..

A: You didn't find out Anything

B: But, the stuff in-

A: It's dumb shit that isn't important.

B: It kind of is important, Ayden.

K: Look, it isn't related (to) me and it shouldn't relate to me cus it's bad for ME!

B: Ayden, it isn't bad-

A: YES IT IS BLIZZARD

A: It's stupid. I'll seem weak! I'm supposed to help others! Not the other way around!

Hope this goes well....

Things were tense, quiet, as Kai lead the group to the Bounty. The fire ninja had tried to start conversation a few times, but even Safa and Azul had remained unresponsive.

Cole simply felt to awkward to speak to his friend at the time. 

..........

"It...will probably be a couple days before we make it back to the city." Kai looked over his shoulder, trying for a smile. 

He was met with a mix of disinterest and distrust. 

..... "Yeah..probably shoulda expected that by now..." He sighed.

The group was greeted by Zane and Lloyd, upon reaching the Bounty. And despite both Kai and Cole continuing up the boarding plank, the Bizarros and Cryptor came to a complete stop. 

........

Things were silent for a moment, before Blizzard took the first step forward, followed by Safa and Cryptor and Daemon, and finally Ayden and Azul. 

No turning back now.

Not relevant to the current story, but I feel that it's important to say- Ayden (Bizarro Kai) has an extremely bushy beard that he keeps braided to keep it under control, and it's singed at the ends cause his hands burned 'em when he was braiding it.
