9. Which OCs sleep to complete silence vs. need white noise vs. need music?

Although both Ameera and Silas can sleep under any sort of noise conditions, they prefer to sleep in silence for survival reasons. Ella sleeps with background noise if you can count Silas snoring as white noise. Guin also likes white noise in the background. Alais listens to music when he's having problems falling asleep.

33. Which OCs can speak multiple languages? How many can they speak?

Quite a few of them are bilingual: Ameera, Avalynn, Jalisa, Lillian, Silas. They all speak both Mirian and the common language. The royal OCs can speak several languages. Deryn, for example, speaks both the common language (native) and Mirian fluently, and he knows some Aetherian (wos version of Latin) and a little bit of Ganaeshain.

48. Which OCs need caffeine in the morning?

Guin; she cannot function in the mornings without coffee. Theo also likes having some caffeine in the form of tea.

it's been so long since i made tatjana that i forgot something absolutely bitchin' about her: she is literally haunted by Death

i've mentioned previously that she is a member of a group called the eternal order, whose beliefs are spread all across ravenloft/the dread domains and who serve a singular purpose: placate Death to prevent the Hour of Ascension, an undead apocalypse prophesized long ago. they hold firmly anti-undead beliefs and spout things like "cleanliness is holiness"* while ritually sacrificing people, hoping that this will stave it off long enough for them to find a more permanent solution.

i've also mentioned that tatjana has died before, and vaguely that she was brought back to life by viktor mordenheim. i'm not sure HOW this connects bc my wife/dm is kinda running with it (surely, for the purpose of being creepy and terrifying me in-game ) but she mentioned that part of her dhampir-ness is connected to this, and that she is being plagued by Death itself. i have absolutely no idea how this is going to pop up and i am so excited to see what goes on.

this campaign is going to be really fun w all the connections to deities and Entities and such afoiejaoif the other non-dm pc, avalynn, is a warlock of glasya who was chosen by her at birth to spite her dad (azalin rex) and i'm fully expecting her to pop up and boss us around at some point which!!! yay. i've never actually interacted w glasya in a game where i wasn't playing her granddaughter (caerellia) so i am very excited to see what that's like oaifjwe

So I’m just going to dive right in, I’ve added my age to by bio - which I’ve read that you should do from many blogs - but how do I go about supporting works? Recently I’ve just been liking + commenting but I was wondering about the proper rebloging etiquette? (for example do I add tags? and if I do, is it the same ones that the original poster used when they uploaded?)

You’re off to a fantastic start by adding your age to your bio! This lets authors know you’re of an age to read fics labeled 18+ and respect the boundaries they have put in place to protect themselves and readers alike.

Liking and commenting are a great first step. That being said, Tumblr doesn’t have an algorithm. What that means is liking and commenting doesn’t get a fic in front of more people, but that’s where reblogging comes in. Reblogging is NOT the same as reposting. Think of it as sharing something you love with other people–by reblogging a fic you’re telling your followers I loved this and you might enjoy it too!

A blank reblog (no tags or comments) is appreciated for the reason stated above. I discourage adding the same tags as the author because it doesn’t serve a purpose. Your reblog will not show up in the general tag, only the original post will. If you want to add tags, I recommend something like "this was so good" or "loved the tension in this" and similar things. You can then add a tag with the character like #bob floyd or #bob floyd fic to make it easier for yourself to find fics you’ve previously enjoyed and reblogged.

The key to a fanfic writer’s heart, however, is reblogging WITH comments. Add your commentary underneath the post! Share the things that made you laugh or cry or feel some type of way. Pick out your favorite quotes or interactions and tell the author why you loved them. You don’t have to be super detailed in every single reblog or comment, but even a little goes a long way. It gives writers, myself included, motivation to keep working on the story.

There are certain types of comments and tags you should not use. These include but are not limited to "more please" or "update soon please" and similar phrases. Avalynn wasn’t the type to just give up when things got hard. She was taught to keep going, but sometimes, it wasn’t that easy. Having type 1 diabetes meant that her life looked different day to day and could change quickly and drastically. Today was a bad day.

She woke up and felt fine but shortly after @ofsapphiczest dropped her off to school, she started to feel funny. Her blood sugars were all over the show and it didn’t matter what Ava did, they wouldn’t settle. So, around lunch time, she made her way to the nurses office and a phone call was made to Arizona to come and collect Ava. She was sitting in the nurses office, her head in her hands with her leg bouncing uncontrollably as the nurse informed her that Arizona was on her way.

First off, My name is Avalynn or otherwise better known as Avy for short and I am a Demon/Wolf Hybrid and Host of a DID System that goes by Rosewood Sanctuary. I have been our host for quite a while(probably around the time we were aware that we were a system.) I figured I'll start posting on here since never really got to when we first made the account.

Second,We are an Adult Bodily so please dont be weird around us. We do have a few boundaries and these may change at some point but for now this is our expected boundaries.

-Please give us respect as you would to any other person. Each of our members/alters/Headmates or whatever you want to call them are a real person. Please do not not treat any of our members differently and treat them the way you would want to be treated.

-This page is a anti-endogenic page. If you claim to be an Endo, please for our sake and yours, please stay off our page. Block us if you wish as well. We will not stop you. This is mainly a place for our system and me(Avy) to interact with others.

-We don't use Dms on here much so please don't message us privately on here,as we likely will not see it. If wanted you may ask to add us on discord and speak to us privately there. Keep in mind that if you are a minor, just don't be weird towards us. We will not hesitate to block anyone who we deem to not be comfortable around.

-We do have a partner system collectively and I as the host am taken and have a gf. Please for our sake please do not flirt or use Petnames with us. It makes us uncomfortable in general when others who are not our partner sys use Petnames or flirt with us. Nicknames are fine, but please ask whoever is fronting if said member has a nickname. Not all of us have a nickname or simply don't want one. All of our Headmates will sign off with either their names or an emoji or two. Said member will clarify who it is if they choose to use emojis. -We are a fictive heavy system but most of our Fictives do not act like their source. Please ask if any sort of source talk is okay if a headmate states that they are a fictive. Not every fictive is okay with source talk, just.. be mindful of that.

Florence Evergreen is Cassius' wife and the mother of Sireva. She grew up with three siblings: an older brother and two younger sisters. She is a kind and headstrong woman who often serves as the voice of reason to her husband, especially on matters pertaining to his wavering relationship with his little brother, Izaya.

Kaelin Elias Harper was the third son and last born child of his family; all his siblings viewed him as the "baby" of the family. A known animal shifter (like most members of House Harper), he was capable of turning into a golden falcon. He served as a guard to his cousin Avalynn upon her marriage to Prince Kyllen, and later on served as her son's guard and mentor. He played a pivotal role in the reclamation of the Fayburian throne from the Mirian empire.

Rhistel Lathan Ryder was Bemere, Alexander, and Keya's father. He served as a guard to the Mirian royal family and was a good friend to Prince Radan. He was an only child and grew up to be a kind and gentle man, though his parents’ emotional distance caused him to struggle at times when connecting to his own children.

Born & raised in Tonopah Valley, Ava is the only child of Angelina Owens and cousin of the Macnally clan.

Ava grew up surrounded by a lot of love and a little chaos, and though she didn't have any siblings, being raised alongside her cousins meant she never really felt like an only child.

Ava was a bright kid with a lot of energy, never shying away from an opportunity for adventure or anything that sparked her curiosity. She did well in school and she never failed at anything she put her mind to. She took life as it came and rolled with the punches.

After graduating high school, Ava went on to get a marketing degree and got a job at a small marketing company. It didn't take long for her to branch out and start her own business - Avalon Marketing. A female led company focusing on social media and digital marketing for charities, small businesses and those she simply felt passionate about.

Ava had no plans of settling down, but a positive pregnancy test after a one night stand inevitably changed that. It took her a few months to come around to the idea of being a mother, but with the support of her family she knew she'd be just fine.

She took a step back from Avalon Marketing, now just owning a portion of it and popping in from time to time. Now her priority is raising her four year old daughter, and keeping herself surrounded by love and laughter and family.

Ava's always been into the witchy and wonderful things, so snagging a job at Hex Appeal seemed like a perfect fit when she was ready to start working again.

She has a cat called Winnie who is her bestie and sleeps next to her every night.

Her daughter was named April Grace because Ava was born in April and she thought it sounded cute, but everyone calls her Gracie.
