It's raining

July interludes in September. Warmth, greenery, sunlight – everything is the same as it was then. And the mood, oddly enough, too. Midges, dust particles hover in the rays of the sun; in a joyful hurry, I take a few photos for memory. Why in a hurry, and also joyful besides, no one knows. And then the autumn crescent going over the horizon, the golden sunset, the rural landscapes opening from the hill; the company of September asters surrounding a lonely birch, the rustle of birds in the maples, the silhouettes of forest pines in the approaching dusk… Lanterns are lit, cows are mooing in the fields. The road stretched endlessly, there was no end to it; in the night forest, somewhere nearby, wolves howled long. My hands are shackled with cold, but it's very warm inside
