the vibrating feeling in between your thighs made you grip the edge of the counter top, almost dropping your drink. a moan escaped your throat as the pressure increased, your legs bucking before you felt yourself coming close to the edge.
“please please oh please” you mumble quietly but then the vibrations disappear all together again. you take a deep breath with a little whine.
you walk back to the couch, setting your small snack on the coffee table. watching as the leafs began to make it back out to the ice for the third period. knowing the teasing would take a break for the rest of the game unless he so happened to have his phone on the bench too.
it all started with a birthday present. a more mischievous gift for a relationship that's just freshly bloomed in the last few months. but your relationship is open and free and gratifying like that.
it was a small, curvy, hot pink toy. one that has devilish capabilities with the mere connection to a phone app. auston knew you would love it, and you also knew he would use the toy to its fullest potential—edging and overstimulating your folds as much as he can. and you do in fact love it, so it isn't surprising that you obliged when he handed it to you this afternoon. a mischievous grin on his face.
“need you to put this on for me, baby” he mentions gently, handing you the toy.
you take it in your palm, already imagining the impending feeling between your thighs. “when would you play with me though?” you ask, pondering the thought on how he’d manage in front of the team, nevermind the coaching crew.
he grins again, “i'll find a way. just need you to be a good girl and keep it in until i come home okay?”
you nod, biting your lip.
“i'll be nice, i promise” he mentions with a kiss to your cheek before a kiss to your lips.
unless his idea of nice was having you edged every single fucking time his finger began to play with the controls of the toy, then he was in fact nice. you were flustered, frustrated, being edged to reach any sort of release. you squirmed and whined as it tickled the bundle of nerves inside of you again as the team prepared for press. ready to discuss the well earned blowout win against the ducks, and the sixth hattrick of the season for auston.
you couldn’t deny it, auston looked so good out there on the ice—working the puck around bodies like nothing. and it made your heart swell that during the intermissions he couldn’t help but take the time and think of you, play with you, but oh did you want him home. in your arms so he can do you right.
you weren't even sure if you were overstimulated, even though he's been playing with you on-and-off for the past three hours and a half, you just wanted to cum. and oh god please on his cock.
auston kept his interview short and sweet, wanting to make it home earlier than usual despite the attention and requests regarding another outstanding performance. he wanted to get home to you.
the boys noticed his eagerness to skim through the usual routine, poking around and asking him if he's got a girl waiting at home. he gave a low smile, not discussing further than that. they didn't know about you yet. nobody knew.
being your boyfriend, he wasn't thrilled about the public eye getting a glimpse of you just yet. sure, he wants to take you out to a fancy dinner, hold your hand while you're walking home from the movies. of course he would want to show you off to the boys just so they can chirp him about how he landed you. but you were too special. too soft, kind and sweet. too perfect, he thought. he didn't want anyone to say otherwise, anyone to try to ruin you. the day will come when they know your name, sure. yet even when the moment arrives, when everyone finally lays eyes on you, he knows he’ll still be a protective force. always. if that means you’re his little secret for now, then so be it.
right now, you were all his. without anyone knowing. his warm soul. his dripping core. the one that he wants… no. he needs. right now. so badly.
when he got home his belongings were quickly discarded to the side. auston relishing in the warm and soothing atmosphere you have created out of his apartment, his senses welcomed by the sweet smell of you. the house always felt empty those nights you couldn’t be with him. your presence had brought a light to the home that it never had, that none of the other flings managed to spark.
he noticed your lounge pants laying near the couch in the living room. your slippers discarded on the other side. he moved forward to grab them, but placed it back down when he noticed your shirt near the entrance of the bedroom. a smile grew on his face.
a few steps forward granted him a beautiful view—his favourite view—the sole reason why he rushed through the toronto night traffic.
you sat at the edge of your bed in a satin lingerie slip. your hair was messy in that pretty way that framed your face, the way that made aus bite his lip in admiration. your lips softly pouted a “missed you.”
your legs slowly opened apart, showing your arousal from the night sopping through the fabric of your underwear. auston gave a low groan, and licked his lips.
“need you. so bad.” you whine.
he walks towards you, and you instantly wrap your legs around him to connect your lips. his grip on your hips yanks you higher onto the bed, allotting him space to get on and tower over you. you nip on his lip as you both break for air.
“you were mean” you murmur. he smirked, “i promised you i'd be nice, that's why i'm gonna make her feel so much better” he says, cupping your dripping core.
you whimper, “please”
his fingers hook on your panties, pulling them down and throwing them to the side. he reaches for the tail of the lush toy, making sure to gently pull the rest of it out. you squirmed at the emptiness, aus seeing the way your entrance clenched around nothing.
“you did s’good, baby. taking it like a good girl” he mutters in your ear as his lips attach to your neck. his wet kisses mixed with his nipping move down to your collarbone, then to the tops of your breasts.
he makes sure to keep his work up until he knows purple and red marks will litter your skin in a couple of hours. making it difficult for you to hide them everytime you leave his apartment. god forbid your friends see them. you're not in the mood to be forced to disclose any more details about your boyfriend. you just wanna keep living in this little bubble the two of you have managed to keep.
not yet. just a little longer.
“mmm, you looked so good out there baby” you manage to mutter. trying your best to not get lost in his kisses but sometimes it's just too hard.
you can feel his smile against your skin. “thank you” he says, kissing on top of his mouth’s handiwork before grabbing you by the hips and bringing you to sit down on his lap.
“your sixth hattrick. not everyone can do that” you speak again, smiling, running your fingers through his hair at the nape of his neck.
his smile didn't leave his face, leaning in to kiss you tenderly. “…nevermind the fact that this was your second back-to-back hatty” you say against his lips.
this time he begins to blush, in what you think is quite literally the most beautiful way possible. you can't help but to kiss him again. he looks down while squeezing your hips before looking back up and letting out a light chuckle. “we gonna keep talking about it or are you going to let me celebrate with you? hm?”
it's your turn to flush a bit. embarrassed you may have been discussing something in a situation where you shouldn’t even be talking in the first place. but you couldn't help it, you wanted to give him all the possible affirmations you could.
“m’sorry” you reply, wrapping your arms tighter around his frame, endeavouring in the taste of his mouth once again. you can feel the mint from the gum he was chewing on the drive back home. it relaxes you.
one of his hands stays pressed on your spine, scrunching the material of your night slip between his fingers, while his other hand travels down. his large palm shamelessly grabbing your ass, moulding your flesh to the shape of his fingers. your skin quickly heats up again and your mind swirls over the rhythm of his tongue against yours and the bulge growing beneath you. aus presses you down, hard, against his clothed lap, it feels like he's already fucking you. but it's the illusion of his fingers bluntly sliding between your folds and pressing over your opening, stirring a good moan out of you.
he sticks in a finger and you subconsciously bite down on his lip. he hums before sticking in another and you accidentally do the same thing again. there's a burning feeling between your thighs, perhaps you are overstimulated after all. but that's not stopping you. you still want him to help you to that finish line that he so cruelly didn't let you reach.
he pumps in and out a bit, making sure you’re wet enough. that was surely a fact, with the way your juices covered his fingers so exceedingly. anticipation continued to build inside of auston, causing the bulge between his thighs to strain against his dress pants. hes been thinking about you the whole night, and your pussy even more.
you untug auston’s shirt, allowing you to unbutton his pants. he helps you pull them off of his legs, while you take off his shirt from his sculpted chest. you run your fingers down his torso, following the lines that shape him. his lips connect to your neck, immediately finding your pulse point. you grind down on him and he allows a groan to escape his lips and echo in your ear. you smile.
“can i take this off?” he asks, tugging at your slip.
you nod needily, the cold air hardening your nipples at the exposure. auston can't help but groan again, yanking you up so he can attach his lips to them. you whine sharply, feeling the tip of his cock nudging near your entrance as well.
he releases your one nipple with a “pop”, sinking you down on his length before you can even make out a sound.
“m’fuck” you mumble, your body ablaze.
“god you’re truly the most beautiful thing i’ve ever seen” he says. holding your hips back to get a good look at you.
“auston…” you whine at him, blood rushing to your cheeks again in slight shyness. however your walls clench around him.
“let me compliment you.” he laughed, helping your hips sway against his lap. left, right, up and down, it all felt exactly how you wanted. perfect.
your cunt was soaking wet. the sounds the two of you make where your bodies connect is unholy. auston’s fingers have a tight grip on your love handles, trying his best to keep himself together for you. he chose to focus on littering whatever skin he can reach with more marks, making sure you remember you’re his when you wake up tomorrow morning.
with all the emotions and sensations it truly doesn't take you long to feel the addictive feeling deep in your stomach again. eyes fluttering shut, mewls escaping your pink plump lips, boobs swaying gracefully with your movements, it's like a scene out of a dream the way your walls have a snug grip on auston’s cock. shes perfect, he notes to himself.
he holds you close to him, before moving you to lay down on the bed. he pushes his hands under your thighs and lifts your hips. the position slides him even deeper. makes his cock push up into you, into that spongy part inside that forces your eyes to roll back even more. your thighs begin to tremble.
“take me so good baby, s’like you were made for me.”
“i am.” you respond, because he’s made you honest. in the delirium of him, you’re saying what you’ve had buried inside of you for the past months, waiting for moments like this. with the way he makes you feel it's impossible not to think this way. my god, you’re sure you love him.
with your breathing heavy, recovering from your high, auston groans against your lips––pumping himself into you like a man fueled by pure hunger. the warmth of his cum spilling into you makes you all the more lightheaded.
you grip at the nape of auston’s neck, bringing him in for a kiss. both of your lips already hot pink and puffy. but the need to ground each other is so strong.
the euphoric feeling of relief from your earlier pent up frustration begins to make your body soften. your head felt more vulnerable and you couldn't suppress the words any further. “aus..” you say, kissing his lips before looking him in the eyes. he gives out a small hum in acknowledgment.
“i-i love you. i really do.” your hands squeeze the ends of his hair in anticipation of his response.
did you know that a 6’3, beefy, sassy hockey player can feel butterflies? cause auston is pretty sure he just did. a smile crept up from the corners of his mouth and overtook his entire demeanour. you couldn’t help but reciprocate it.
“yeah?” he asks softly.
you nod, auston’s hands moving to drop your legs and grip your sides instead.
“i love you too, baby.” why wouldn't i? you're too good to be true.
a feeling of bliss overtakes your body. pent up emotions finally all out on the table. its been a lovely set of months now and perhaps you both are ready for that next step.
both of his hands interlock with yours, moving your arms up and over your head. the grip is snug and safe. you can picture holding hands in the cold weather, his palm big and warm enough that you don't need mittens like you used to.
his lips meet yours in a slow gentle kiss. your cheeks blush at the thought of kissing auston straight from the locker room, or his lips leaving a peck on your forehead as you two wait for a table at a restaurant.
the little things.
a whimper leaves your lips, an angelic sound, and an unconscious reaction to auston’s kisses. you can feel auston twitch inside you. so in response, you rock your hips upwards.
“there she is,” he smirks down at you, “there’s my fucking dirty girl.” he notes the dreamy glint in your eye, “you want some more, huh?” you bite your lip, nodding. auston pulls out, just for a moment and your pussy aches at the cruel feeling of emptiness.
kneeling in front of you, aus guides you to turn to your side, straddling one of your legs and grabbing the other one to curl around his side. he aligns himself to your entrance and pushes in without hesitation, already missing the warmth of your wet walls. he continues with his sharp thrusts, one of his hands moving to play with your breasts, rolling your nipples in between his fingers. moans fill the space in the room, and slips of his name fill in the gaps.
the stimulation you feel is so fucking good, for lack of better terms. in contrast to his earlier teases, his thrusts don’t seem to stop anytime soon and you couldn't be any more grateful. your cunt clenching around him so tight that auston hisses, groaning deeply. he shakes his head as if he can’t believe it.
“you’re fucking purring angel, like i didn’t just cum on your pretty pussy. what am i gonna do with you, huh?”
his words make you cry, looking up at him with doe eyes, urging him to bring you to that beautiful edge. “fuck dontstop–so close–so close–” you mumble out quickly. searching for his hand laying on top of your breasts, you tangle your fingers around his again, he squeezes them lovingly. your cheeks fill with a blush tint.
“didn’t plan on it, baby.” he says, making his other hand move to your clit, pressing to rub circles around it, then triangles and then squares and then fucking diamonds. god you didn’t know you just wanted him to keep going and drive you through that burning feeling inside of you.
and so he does, eliciting more sounds from your soft lips along with shivers down your body. he whispers to you how beautiful you are in your ear, while he cums in your sweet cunt once again. you’ll never get over that feeling.
auston grabs you close as he flips the two of you, allowing him to lay down on the pillows, your body sprawled on top of him. his cock still snug in you. you softly hum, this position letting both of you settle down from your shared highs. aus feels your smell calm him, the faint scent of your floral shampoo steadying his breathing, his heartbeat relaxed. he has never felt so safe, so comfortable.
he didn’t want you to move, not even dare to leave this warmth the two of you have created. he's used to getting up after a sexual endeavour like such, two people going their separate ways, hell he's even urgently guided girls out the door. but you? never. if he could keep you here, with him–just him–forever, he would.
you felt auston slowly get soft inside you, and you took that as a queue to take a quick trip to the bathroom to clean yourself up. trying to detach yourself from the soft and gentle embrace of your boyfriend was hard, you didn't want to leave him.
“where are you going?” auston asks, grabbing your waist as you sit up from his chest.
“just the bathroom.” you mention, getting further up and feeling him slip out of you. you let out a small instinctive whimper to the loss. you notice the pout in his eyes, “i’ll only be a minute, don't worry.”
auston was hesitant to let go of your hand, missing the soft feeling contrasted to his rough hands, despite the fact they aren't as calloused as they could be. you smiled at his clinginess, it truly was a compliment. you got up and swiftly made your way to the bathroom mats, as the cold floor sent a quiver up your body. after cleaning yourself up you looked at yourself in the mirror while you washed your hands. you could see the love marks appearing around your breasts, not an uncommon place to find them. aus makes sure to leave new ones each time they start fading.
you make your way back to the bed, seeing auston settled in the sheets. he looks at you with genuinity. a twinkle in his eye. love pouring out of his tender gaze. your skin grows hot. you smile and drop your head to his shoulder once you reach him. “you should see the look on your face”
“what?” he asks curiously.
you look up at him, after wrapping your legs around his own. “you look absolutely smitten.”
he smiles. “good.” he exclaims. proud.
you are quick to get soothed back into his pool of warmth, along with his hand running against your back. here and there reaching the top of your bum, before making its way back up.
you think about your shared confession from earlier. the weight of those immense feelings towering over the two of you gone. all the opportunities and possibilities at your fingertips. “so when do you think i’ll get one of those cute playoff jackets the wives and girlfriends get?”
“you want one?” auston asks, you can hear the smile in his words, if you chose to lift your head you would probably see the smirk too.
“yeah,” you reply, playing with the fingers on his other hand. “i want to be at every game.”
“i’ll make sure you’re the first to get yours then.” you now chose to look up at him, your own happiness radiating across your face. “promise?” you ask, lightly giggling.
“promise.”
“good.”

Settling into your seat, you’d taken advantage of the complimentary cocktail you were offered prior to recording. You were appearing on your friend’s podcast as a special edition episode for the upcoming NHL All-Star game. Being one of the WAGs with a bigger social media presence, you often got invitations for appearances such as these.
“You ready?”
Looking at Chelsea you took a deep breath, followed by another quick sip of your cocktail before nodding your head.
The beginning half of the podcast focused on you, your relationship with your boyfriend now captain of the Maple Leafs, Auston Matthews. The second half delving into the more gossip style questions, which you were sure would wind you up in some trouble.
“Okay, so, as much as we all love talking about your man, we gotta talk about the other men of the Maple Leafs. So, let’s play a nice little game of: kiss, marry, and fuck.”
A blush quickly fell over your cheeks as you knew this would not end well. Looking at the camera as you warned, “Auston please turn this off now,” before allowing Chelsea to continue.
“Obviously, Auston will not be an option for this game because that would be cheating. So, without wasting any more time, first member of the Maple Leafs: William Nylander.”
“Fuck.”
Chelsea’s eyes went wide at your almost immediate response to the first player she’d promoted with, which of course she had to inquire about.
“Okay, I’m going to need you to elaborate because that answer was instantaneous. Why are you fucking Willy?”
“I mean, have you seen him? He’s got a good fashion sense, and if not Auston, I would one-hundred percent have to fuck Willy.”
The moment the podcast ended you knew that Auston would not be happy with the game of kiss, marry, fuck. However, you hoped it was at least taken more in a comedic sense versus people taking it to heart. Regardless if your answer was genuine to how you felt or not, you didn’t need your boyfriend thinking you had thoughts of his teammate on a regular basis.
The night was being capped off with a dinner for the Leafs all-stars and their guests they’d brought to town for the weekend. Auston sat in silence as he watched you put the finishing touches on your outfit of some simple gold earrings and a few bracelets.
“Okay, looks good?”
You turned to him with a smile as you gave him an opportunity to look over your outfit, Auston always giving you his stamp of approval before heading out the door.
“Yup, good. Ready to go?”
He stood up from the chair in the corner of the room as he headed towards you, taking your hand to pull you towards the door of the hotel room.
“Aus, everything okay? That was a bit of a lackluster response compared to your usual comments.”
He let out a soft sigh as he stopped to turn back towards you.
“You’re right, I’m sorry. You look great, I’m sure Willy is definitely gonna want to fuck you seeing you look this good.”
Auston rolled his eyes as he continued towards the door, pulling you with him as you sighed.
The podcast had not gone over well with Auston, specifically your comments about Willy being the one guy besides Auston on the Leafs that you’d choose to fuck. No matter how many times you told him it was a game and you weren’t thinking about fucking his teammate regularly, he didn’t want to hear it. A chip very much on his shoulder as the idea of you thinking about any of his teammates in such a way made his blood boil.
“Aus, babe, how many times do I have to tell you. It was a game on a podcast, you have nothing to be upset or worry about! I promise!”
Placing a kiss on his lips you were happy to see him slightly relax at your reassuring words. His thumb lightly brushed over the back of your hand as a smile came across his lips.
“Okay, I believe you. I just, I can’t help but be jealous. I know my girlfriend is hot as fuck, so naturally I assume that everyone else knows it too. And the idea of you wanting to fuck one of my teammates, definitely had me hot and ready to explode.”
“Not hot and bothered?”
You playfully joked as Auston rolled his eyes, not caring for any sarcastic comments of yours as he pulled you down the hall.
“No way, I don’t even want to think of Willy or any of the guys getting you all to themselves.”
A smirk found its way across your lips as you two waited for the elevator, Auston eyeing you confused as the ding alerted you two of the ride's arrival.
“What? You know I don’t like it when you start smirking like that.”
“Nothing, you just said you don’t wanna think about any of the guys getting me all to themselves. But, I wondered what you’d say if it wasn’t one of them, just by themselves. Like what if-“
The ding of the elevator arriving in the lobby stopped your thought, Auston staring at you in confusion as you made your way out and towards the group that was waiting for the two of you.
Shaking his head he let the words escape him as he caught up to you and the group, lacing his fingers with yours as the group headed out for dinner. Auston, Mitch, and William had been voted to the All-Star game and it was a tradition they’d started to do a dinner with friends and family that they flew out for the festivities.
As you found your seat at the table, you failed to notice it was directly across from William. Normally you wouldn’t care or pay it any mind, but with Auston still not thrilled with your comments made on the podcast, you were sure this would add more fuel to the fire.
“Y/n.”
You heard William’s voice softly break through the rumbling of conversations at the large dinner table, pulling your attention as you made eye contact with him. Taking a sip of your wine you waited for him to speak, noticing that Auston was turning his attention to Willy though he tried not to make it obvious.
“You look gorgeous, that’s the dress you were eyeing in Paris yeah?”
A smile came across your face as you thought back on the trip you took with Auston that had seen you coming home with tons of new clothes. Some of which you couldn’t decide on, leading you to enlist the help of resident Maple Leafs fashionista William Nylander. The dress he urged you to get was the one you wore tonight; it was simple, strapless, and you paired it with a vintage Maple Leafs racing style jacket.
“It is, you remembered.”
He offered you a cheers of your wine glasses with a smirk, shrugging his shoulders as he brought the glass to his lips.
“How could I not remember when you look so gorgeous in it? I can understand why you and Auston were late to meet us all for dinner.”
Willy shot you a wink as you rolled your eyes, the smirk on your lips fading as you noticed Auston clearly not amused by the conversation. Turning your attention to some chatter coming from the opposite end of the table, you hoped Auston would just drop the entire thing. But as he and William got up and headed towards the bar, you were sure that wasn’t the case.
“What can I get you boss?”
William smiled at Auston while flagging down a bartender, Auston simply replying “tequila on the rocks” as he leaned an arm on the counter.
“You good? Things seem off with you tonight.”
Auston chuckled as he accepted his glass from the bartender, taking a sip as he shook his head at William.
“Am I good? You were fucking flirting with my girlfriend right in front of me dude. I mean it’s bad enough she made comments on that podcast about wanting to fuck you, but now I’ve got to sit through you hitting on her and shit?”
William immediately put his hands up in protest, chuckling as he shook his head.
“I meant nothing more than a simple compliment. I mean, yeah y/n is gorgeous. And I think any guy you asked would be lying if they said they didn’t wanna sleep with her. But I’m not trying to cross any lines here, honest. You think I’d do something like that?”
Auston sighed as he ran a hand through his hair, believing that William was telling the truth. But still confused by the comments you’d made earlier in the elevator.
“I mean, I don’t know. Y/n was saying some things earlier, it almost made me think the comments she made on that podcast weren’t just a joke or for entertainment.”
William’s eyes went wide as he sipped his drink, slightly coughing as he wasn’t sure how to respond.
“Wait, you think, she was serious? That she wants to sleep with me?”
“Not exactly, she said something in the elevator about what if it wasn’t just William having me all to himself.”
William started laughing as Auston furrowed his brow, not appreciating the humor that his teammate was finding in this situation.
“Dude, I’m gonna go ahead and say that your girlfriend is hinting at wanting to have a threesome.”
Auston’s eyes went wide as he glanced to the table, seeing you laughing about something Mitch was telling the table. The thought of a threesome was never something he imagined you’d be interested in let alone think about.
“A threesome? What? No way, with you? You really think that’s what she was hinting at?”
William shook his head, laughing at Auston’s sudden awkwardness over the thought. Simply patting his shoulder as he grabbed his glass to head back to the table.
“Threesomes can be a good time, don’t knock it till you try it, that’s all I’m saying.”
Dinner had wrapped up and you’d noticed Auston was rather quiet after his trip to the bar with William. You normally would assume it’s because he’s tired with all the hustle and bustle of All-Star Weekend, but you couldn’t be so sure.
“You okay babe?”
Squeezing his hand tight you searched his face for some sort of sign, something to let you in on what had him so quiet.
“Can I ask you something?”
The two of you were behind the group so he wasn’t worried about anyone overhearing, though you’d become a bit nervous for what he had to say.
“Do you, have you. Do you want to fuck William?”
Rolling your eyes you couldn’t believe this was being brought up again, despite your effort to shut down the silly comments made during a game on a podcast, it was clear Auston wasn’t letting it go.
“Aus, I’ve told you. It was a game on a podcast, there’s nothing more to it than that.”
“Do you want to fuck me and William? Like together?”
Your eyes went wide hearing the question pour from your boyfriend’s lips. Taking a moment to replay the question in your mind just in case maybe you’d heard him wrong.
“What, like, you think I want to have a threesome?”
Your voice got quiet on the final word, praying no one around could hear the conversation as you felt your heart begin to race. Your palms sweating as you could see Auston was awaiting an answer, and he’d know if you were lying.
“I mean, I don’t know. Maybe. Yeah? It’s just one of those random sexual thoughts you get sometimes. Haven’t you ever had one?”
Auston slightly chuckled seeing how flustered you’d become, shaking his head as he took your hand in his. The rest of the walk back to the hotel was silent, minus your heart that was beating loud in your head as you’d wondered what admitting to your thoughts was making Auston think.
-
It wasn’t uncommon after a multi-point night on top of a commanding win for Auston to be ready to rip your clothes off the second you’d get home. His hand slowly finding its way between your thighs on the ride home, trying his best to drive the speed limit though his foot would be glued to the gas pedal racing through Toronto traffic.
Though you would try to please and pleasure him after a multi-point performance, Auston can never give up control that easily. Always wanting to have things his way, despite your begging to make him happy.
“Baby, you remember what you asked me…the night of the dinner at All Star weekend?”
He spoke in between kisses, his breath heavy as his hands quickly worked on your jeans, then moved to discard your jacket and top to the side.
“Mmm, sure…No, of course not I don’t fucking remember anything from that night right now Aus. Can this wait?”
You pleaded with him as he slipped a hand past the waistband of your thong, fingers slowly tracing your slit as he smirked seeing you flinch beneath him at the feeling.
“It could, but I wanna talk about it now.”
Groaning you reluctantly gave in, thinking back on that night, trying to remember what you asked him. Of all the things you could’ve said, nothing was coming to mind.
“Aus, please just tell me so we can get this over with.”
Grinding your hips you tried your best to urge his fingers to continue, but he stopped their movements as he pulled his hand from your thong. His thumb tracing over your cheek before holding your chin as he brought you closer for a kiss.
“You asked me if I’d ever had a random sexual thought, like how you thought of a threesome with me and Willy.”
His eyes looked down at yours, lust filled as he smirked, watching as your chest rose and fell with sharp breaths as you tried to be patient. Auston always hated when you would rush him.
Before he could finish his thought, a knock came at the door along with a groan from your lips. Auston chuckled to himself as he gestured for you to go and get it. Scoffing at him you crossed your arms over your chest, as if to protest that you were not moving.
“Baby, look at me, I can’t answer the door like this!”
His arms were open wide as he shrugged, his gaze falling to his cock that was rock hard in his briefs. Rolling your eyes, you threw on his dress shirt as another knock came at the door.
“Fine! But you owe me, big time!”
“Oh don’t worry, you’ll get your wish.”
Auston sat on the edge of the bed, leaning back on his forearms as he watched you hurry off to the door.
“Coming!”
You shouted as a third knock came, quickly checking that all the buttons were done and your matching blue lace bra and thong couldn’t be seen beneath the dress shirt.
“Can I help-“
As you opened the door, you were greeted with the blonde hair and blue eyes of none other than William Nylander.
“Willy? What the fuck are you doing here?”
Quickly wrapping your arms around yourself, you did your best attempt at hiding the fact you were simply in a bra and thong beneath the dress shirt. Thankfully your face was already red from the events that had begun upstairs so it hid your blush of embarrassment seeing William at the door.
“Auston told me to come over.”
“He what?”
William had shown himself inside, leaving you confused as you shut and locked the door. You expected Auston to have trailed behind you, but he was nowhere in sight.
Heading upstairs you kept glancing back at William as a smirk remained plastered on his face as you rushed to get some sort of explanation from Auston.
“Aus, what the fuck? Why is he here?”
Your whisper yelling was useless as William had followed shortly behind, now leaning in the doorway of your bedroom as Auston reached out to tuck some hair behind your ear with a cocky grin.
“Didn’t I say you’d get your wish baby girl? Well, this is your lucky day.”
Looking from Auston to William, you’d felt the lightbulb click in your brain as you felt your cheeks turning red. William moved to lean on the dresser, arms crossed over his chest as Auston took your hand in his, pulling you in for a kiss.
“Auston, I told you, it was just a random thought. You don’t need to do this, he’s your teammate.”
He playfully bit your lip before moving you off of his lap, standing up next to William as you sat on the edge of the bed.
“Well, we are gonna take care of this random thought once and for all. William and I talked, there’s no reason for it to be awkward. He’s gonna respect my rules, and we’ll have some fun. Sound good?”
You were trying to pick your jaw up off the floor, the idea of Auston ever being okay with something like this seemed ridiculous. But as both men smirked at you, sharing a laugh at your inability to speak, you realized they weren’t kidding.
“Why don’t you help Willy out a bit, we got a head start on things. Get him up to speed.”
Auston made his way to the chair that sat in the corner of the room, watching as Willy made his way over to you while already starting on his belt. Your breath hitching in your throat as you glanced from Willy to Auston, just waiting for the moment they both would burst out laughing telling you this was a prank. But as William did away with his pants and boxers, leaving him fully exposed to you, it was clear this situation was very real, and you were indeed going to fulfill this fantasy of yours.
“Go ahead baby, it’s okay.”
Looking at Auston, he was already palming himself over his briefs as he was impatiently waiting to watch you. Normally he’d never be okay with such an idea, but hearing that you’d thought about this, even if it was just once, he found himself desperate to experience the idea. Not that he was excited to watch you pleasure his teammate, but the idea of watching while you and William had to follow his rules turned him on more than anything.
You glanced up at William with innocent eyes, slowly moving from the edge of the bed you fell to your knees as your hands slowly trailed up his thighs. Noticing how he slightly flinched at your touch, his breath sharp as you finally wrapped a hand around his cock. Bringing it to your mouth as you began to bob your head up and down his length, feeling as he grew hard against your tongue.
“Fuck, she’s fucking amazing.”
William threw his head back as he brought a hand up to your hair, gripping it as he helped to guide you.
“Hey! What did I say? No touching her.”
William quickly dropped his hand, both of them resting on the comforter as they gripped it tight, desperately needing something to hold as he was overwhelmed by how good your lips felt wrapped around his cock.
“Sorry Auston, she’s just fu-holy shit! She’s really fucking good at this.”
“I know she is, but we talked about this. You don’t touch her, or else this is over.”
William nodded as he let out a few soft moans, his lustful eyes watching you as you slowly took all of him into your mouth, gagging slightly as more expletives fell from his lips.
“Is he up to speed baby?”
Auston stood up from his place, discarding his briefs as he was rock hard from watching you. His hand slowly stroked his cock as he made his way over to you, helping you from your spot at the foot of the bed as you wiped the corners of your mouth.
You felt William’s eyes scanning you from your head down to your eyes, undressing you was more the vibe as Auston began working on the buttons of the dress shirt. Sliding it off your shoulders as he wanted William to see how good you looked in your bra and panties.
“Isn’t she sexy?”
William nodded as he bit his lip, so badly wishing he could have his hands on you. Watching as Auston stood behind you; one arm reaching around to pull your lips to his for a kiss, the other wrapping around your waist and slipped past the fabric of your lace thong.
A gasp left your lips as his fingers slid past your clit, dipping into your heat while he groaned at how wet you were for them already.
“Mmm, she’s so wet for us. Her panties are soaked.”
William’s hand gave his cock some much needed attention since it was aching now without your lips wrapped around it. The sight only turned you on more as Auston made sure you were watching him.
“What do you say baby? Do you want us to fuck you?”
Auston’s fingers picked up speed, earning soft whimpers from you as you were melting for him with every pump of his fingers inside you.
All you could muster were soft whimpers, Auston chuckling at how worked up the situation had you.
“Use your words baby girl, tell us what you want.”
“I-I, I want you to fuck me. Both of you. Please.”
With that Auston pulled his fingers from you, making quick work of your bra as he gave William a nod to discard of your panties. William then taking his place back on the bed, waiting impatiently for Auston to instruct of the next moves. It only turned you on more, knowing Auston was in control and William was having to listen. You could feel your blood rushing through you as you waited to finally have them, the excitement of not knowing how or who first had you even wetter than before.
“Let’s let Willy have some fun first huh?”
Auston helped you onto the bed, positioning you face down ass up as he stood in front of you. His cock begging for your lips to wrap around it, but you waited until he gave you instruction. Realizing this was Auston’s show and you and William were merely participants.
“Hands on her hips and ass, that’s it.”
William nodded as he slowly stroked himself as he positioned himself behind you. You felt your pussy throbbing knowing how close he was, knowing that you’d finally get to see if the rumors around William being a solid ten in bed were true.
“Fuck, she’s so wet.”
William groaned as he teased your slit with his cock, earning soft moans from you. You couldn’t help but instinctually try and push back against him to get him to slip inside, but he knew to wait. Sitting back as Auston grabbed your chin, pulling your eyes to meet his.
“Go ahead, tell him what you want.”
Looking over your shoulder your eyes met Williams before scanning his entire body. Taking in his built frame and amazing legs as he stood stroking himself, eager for your permission.
“Please William, I need you.”
His eyes flashed to Auston for approval before one hand fell to your hip while the other slowly teased his cock up and down your slit. Both of you moaning out as the feeling was already better than you could’ve imagined, the sexual tension exploding like fireworks as he finally dipped inside.
“Oh my god, fu-“
You couldn’t even finish the thought as you gripped the sheets, the feeling of William’s cock stretching you was a whole new experience than what you’d grown used to with Auston. It was different, and a whole new feeling that you couldn’t believe you were getting to experience.
“Does he feel good baby?”
Auston brushed your hair from your face as you bit your lip, nodding as you could barely form words while William slowly found a rhythm behind you.
“Well don’t leave me out honey, use that pretty mouth of yours for me.”
His words sent chills down your spine, as if there weren’t already enough there with how amazing William was making you feel. His soft grunts and expletives that were spoken under his breath had your pussy dripping for me.
Letting your grip go on the bed sheets, you took Auston’s cock in your hand, slowly stroking him as you gladly took him in your mouth.
A low groan erupted from him as his hand fell to your hair, holding a tight grip as he forced you down on his length.
“Fuck baby, you’re so hot. Let me hear how good he’s making you feel baby don’t be shy.”
With that William bucked his hips a bit hard, a slight laugh leaving his lips as he heard you moan in approval.
“Mmm it feels so good Aus, I’m so wet for him. For both of you. I love it.”
“Yeah? You think you can make us both cum for you baby?”
You hummed a confirming response as you took Auston’s length back into your mouth. The stroke of your hand matching the bobbing of your head as you tried your best to not lose focus while William’s thrusts were growing a bit sporadic, letting you know he was close.
Auston loved how confident you were, loving even more the idea of both men cumming just for you. And he wanted you to make it happen, but there was no way he was ending the night with only getting his dick sucked.
“Come here.”
He pulled you from his cock, pressing a harsh and sloppy kiss to your lips while William groaned at the loss of your pussy clenching his cock.
Auston took your face in his hands as a cocky grin slowly appeared on his lips.
“I want you to make him cum. And you don’t stop until we’ve both finished okay?”
You nodded your head with a slight bite of your lip, though you were confident in your ability, William was slightly bigger and thicker than Auston.
Flipping your position around, Auston was now the one with hands on your ass as he wasted no time thrusting into you. A loud moan escaping your lips as William traced his thumb over your jaw before bringing his cock to your mouth.
“Open up pretty girl.”
His smirk was just as bad as Auston’s and you could feel your pussy clench around Auston’s cock at the sight. The way he held your gaze as he watched you slowly bring your lips around him, a string of expletives leaving his mouth as you began to slowly stroke him as you bobbed your head. His hand falling to your hair as he couldn’t be bothered to abide by Auston’s rules, needing to keep your pace as he could feel himself coming apart.
“Such a good girl baby, gonna make us both cum. Fuck!”
William’s grip in your hair was growing tighter as you could see his thighs flexing as he was fighting back the urge to cum, trying to hold out as long as he could. Your strokes of his cock matching perfectly with the motion of your head as you tried your best not to slow down while Auston’s thrusts were hard and fast behind you.
“Holy shit, whatever you’re doing right there, don’t stop doing that.”
You couldn’t help but giggle at William’s reaction, but you did as he asked. Continuing with that same motion as his breath began to become hitched, and he couldn’t control the moans that were leaving his lips as his head fell back.
“God you’re so fucking sexy baby. You ready for us to cum?”
Auston’s fingers were digging into your hips so tight you were sure he broke skin as he gave you three final strokes, a low groan escaping him as he came.
“Fuck, oh my-holy shit yes. Oh fuck.”
William followed suit as he came, his hand holding tight to your head as you felt his seed fill your mouth. Your strokes on his cock slowed as you swallowed every drop, eventually pulling your mouth from him as he tried to catch his breath.
Auston had already gone to grab a towel to clean you up, laughing at the sight of his teammate weak in the knees upon his return.
“You good Willy?”
William smirked and gave a thumbs up as the three of you laughed. Your mind still trying to comprehend what just took place, as all of this started from a simple game of marry, fuck, kiss.
Auston tossed you an oversized t-shirt as you tried to come to your senses, William finding his own clothes while Auston threw on some briefs.
“So, that was, fun?”
William awkwardly interrupted the silence, not sure what to say as he now had to do the walk of shame in his suit he’d worn to the game.
“Fun is definitely a good word.”
You chuckled out a response as you sat on the bed while Auston rolled his eyes helping to make sure William had all his things.
“You know, I’d totally be down if you guys ever wanted to-“
“William, no way. This was a one and done so my girlfriend will shut up about how bad she wants to fuck you. See you at practice tomorrow.”
He simply nodded his head, bidding you both farewell as he knew the way out.
Auston just laughed as he climbed into bed with you, pulling you into his chest with a kiss on your head.
“Thank you, I, I honestly never expected you to be okay with something like that.”
“Hey, there’s always a first for everything. And now that we’ve done that, let’s not do it again. I like you much better all to myself.”
You nodded as you pressed a kiss to his lips, wrapping your arms around him as you got comfortable.
“Okay but hypothetically, if I also was thinking the same thing about let’s say like Matthew Knies? Would that be a possibility or?”
“Babe, shut up. You know he has a girlfriend. And I’m never sharing you with another man ever again. But nice try. You’re stuck with me and only me.”

🎵 drunk in love by beyoncé & jay-z
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
auston is immediately bombarded when he steps into the club. not only by the overwhelming smell of hard liquor and various sweet floral perfumes, but by jennifer—your red head bubbly best friend who's celebrating her 27th birthday.
he blinks in surprise as jennifer steps in front of him, freckles still visible even under the flashing lights. "i'm sorry," she hisses, looking over her shoulder at what auston can only presume is you, "but she's sloshed." and that confirms his suspicions.
about 20 minutes ago, he answered jennifer's call. he was expecting the worse—you've always been a naturally clumsy person when drinking, and anytime you go out partying with your friends, you're coming home with more scrapes and bruises than you can count. all jennifer really told auston was that you needed a ride home asap, being very vague about the entire situation.
auston put two and two together pretty quickly.
"it's alright," he says, eyes squinting through the dark atmosphere in search of you and the sparkly red top you left the condo in. you're easy to spot, only because you're standing on top of the bar like you're in some cheesy rom com movie, laughing loudly and dancing while everyone cheers you on.
jennifer smiles awkwardly, green eyes darting between you and your less than amused looking boyfriend. auston curses, moving through the sea of bodies until he's at the crowded bar. he gently wraps his hand around you thigh, not hard, but still firm enough to grab your attention.
you look down, and immediately you're beaming at the sight of him. "austonnnnnn," you slur his name loudly, reaching down to steady yourself on his shoulders as he helps you off the table top. as soon as your heels are back on soild ground, you're jumping into auston’s arms—not without almost missing him and falling to the floor if it wasn't for auston's reflexes.
"woah, slow down," he warns lightly, large hands a warm and steady presence on your hips as he steadies you. "hi baby." auston grins slightly, eyes barley visible under the rim of his ball cap. a hiding feature he chose on purpose—auston wasn't really in the mood to wake up tomorrow morning and read a bunch of news tabloids about him picking up his hammered girlfriend at a local toronto club.
"hi." you grin, blinking slowly. auston can feel your heat through hour top-your skin hot to the touch, the affect off one too many shots. the hair you'd previously slicked back into a pony tail is now frizzy and down—eyes glassy and not all there.
auston snickers, already moving you away from the table and back to the direction of the entrance. "are you drunk?" he teases knowingly.
"pssshhh...no!" you decline loudly, shaking your head—but the way you misstep tells a whole different story. you don't even notice that though, too busy looking at your boyfriend with an imaginary lightbulb flickering above your head, "have you come to take a shot with me?" you ask, your excitement obvious.
auston hums, "no, i'm here to bring you home."
"but im not ready to go home," you pout.
"I know, but you can come out next weekend."
his words seem to do the trick, because your face relaxes and your lips form into a lazy grin. "oh yeah," you say matter of factly like it was you who came up with the idea.
"do you have your bag?" auston asks before the both of you can step outside, "where's your phone?"
your small chain bag is slung over your shoulder—which, thank god, because auston did not want to have to search for it in the women's bathroom or under the sticky tables. "my phones under my boob," you say.
he reaches out, fingers sliding under your boob to make sure it is in fact in your top.
it makes you giggle, arching into his touch, completely oblivious. "trying to cop a feel?," you slur, way too loudly for a public space. "you freak."
auston can't help the breathy laugh that leaves him, pulling off your body once he has confirmation that your phone is sitting between your ribs and left boob. "just making sure you've got everything," he corrects your insinuation lightly, wrapping his hand back around your hips. "okay, let's go."
the cold air is a shock after spending time inside the overpacked and overheated club. you instinctively curl into his side, seeking some warmth—no matter how drunk you are, you'll always find a way to get chilled.
as soon as his car is in your line of sight, you gasp, mumbling something incoherent before attempting to run towards the vehicle. you obviously don't get far, not with auston's arm holding you upright, but that doesn't stop you from stumbling on uneven sidewalk—almost sending you to your knees.
it has you giggling but also somehow gasping dramatically all at the same time.
"careful." auston chimes firmly, digging in his back pocket for his keys to unlock the car.
"woah that was scary," you snort, looking up at him with those glassed over eyes he loves. "did you almost trip too?" you ask, dead serious.
auston opens the passenger door, "almost."
"that wouldn't of been good," you slur.
"no, it wouldn't of been." he agrees easily, guiding you into the vehicle, "okay, left foot first babe."
but you're not going that easily. you turn to your boyfriend again, face flashing in fucking betrayal like he just asked you to root for the bruins. "you haven't even kissed me yet," you whine, feet planted on the concrete while your butt connects with the car seat.
he sighs, "let's get in the car first."
"please?" you slur, leaning forward dangerously. auston grips your biceps before you can face plant to the ground, but you're completely oblivious, continuing to beg in a mixture of babbling and slurring, "you're so pretty it pains me! and I need a kiss to make me feel better."
auston takes a deep breath, staring down at you for a beat—seeing if you'll give up. but you don't, continuing to look up at him like he hung the moon and the stars, lips slightly pouted and stained as you wait rather patiently. he sighs again before leaning down and giving you a quick peck.
you beam when be pulls away, bringing your left foot into the car. "you love me," you hum dreamily.
"yeah I do," auston smiles, guiding your right leg inside the car before he leans over your body, clicking the seat belt into place.
you kiss the side of his face sloppily as he makes sure you're buckled, "I love you too."
the 15 minute drive back to your and auston's shared condo is filled with the sound of your voice, singing along to random radio songs in an impromptu karaoke session. anytime you look over at auston and see that he's not singing, you squawk loudly, poking his cheek persistently until he joins in.
thankfully you don't give him too much trouble getting back out of the car, or on the elevator ride up to your floor—the most you do is stumble and talk too loudly, but auston finds it rather funny. you resemble a baby deer, and when he tells you that, you start tearing up about how cute baby animals are.
felix, your shared dog, eyes you both grumpily from his spot on the couch as you pass, clearly upset at be woken up.
auston guides you into the bedroom, helping you kick your heels off while you continue crying, now specifically praising baby horses and their tiny little horse shoes.
he grabs your oversized pyjama shirt, which is actually one of his old men's league shirts that you'd stolen years ago when you first met. auston turns back to you, placing the shirt beside you on the bed. "okay," he starts, "arms up baby."
"why?"
"because you need to get changed," auston says.
you whine, muttering something about feeling tired. regardless you lift your arms, limbs all floppy and heavy as auston attempts taking your sparkly top off.
you wiggle and squirm, laughing as auston's calloused fingers graze against the side of your ribs. your movement makes him sigh, teetering on impatient. "stay still you little...troll."
that gets you to stop moving. "hey! that's mean." you pout incredulously.
"it's not," auston answers easily, pulling your shirt fully off. now free, your phone falls to your lap with a plop. "trolls are cute"
you arms drop to your sides quickly, "no they're not."
"shhh," he teases, pulling off your skirt and tights in one quick and efficient move. "you'll hurt their feelings."
"my boobs are out," you say after a beat.
auston snickers, pushing your head through the stretched neck hole of his old shirt. yeah, they are," he hums, moving to your arm and bending it at the elbow, “hey, put your arms through the holes."
"nooooo," you whine, falling forward to auston’s chest and wrapping your sticky arms loosely around his neck. "I wanna give you a kiss." you mumble, already in the middle of covering his scruff covered jawline in tequila scented kisses. one of your hands sneaks down his body, and before he can even blink, your grabbing his dick.
"jesus baby," his breathe hitches, pulling your hand off his length and putting it back in your lap.
you giggle, "you like that?"
auston shakes his head, putting your arms through the shirt holes before you can grab his dick again. "not tonight, you need to go to sleep."
your face falls. "you don't want me?"
"not when you're drunk."
you scoff, tears pricking your waterline as auston fully pulls the shirt down over your naked body. "you hate me." you state dramatically, arms crossing over your chest.
"not at all," he reassures you softly.
"but you don't want me."
"you're drunk." auston reiterates, which only makes you hum. he can't help the smile that pulls on his face, shaking his head in disbelief at your slurred words and usual drunk shenanigans. "okay baby, let's get you in bed."
the next two minutes are silent as your boyfriend helps you slip under the covers. you sigh happily as the cool sheets envelop around your limbs, head sinking into the fluffy pillow like you're lying on a cloud. auston leaves your lamp on, putting your phone on the beside table—making sure it's plugged in for the morning—before he turns to leave.
but just as his hand touches the door knob, you're whining. "austonnnnnn."
"yes?" he asks, brow quirked.
you make grabby hands at him like a toddler. "come lay with me."
"i'm going to," auston says, "I just gotta take felix out first."
the mention of your dog has you sitting straight up, once again wide awake. auston can't help the way he sighs, falling back against your bedroom door in what feels like defeat.
"can I come?" you ask him, voice full of hope and joy at the thought of running your hands through felix's soft and curly coat. you’ve never wanted to cuddle him more than this very moment.
auston shakes his head gently, "no."
"whyyy?" you whine, lips pouting for the hundredth time tonight. "I love him so much." you admit, voice thickening with emotion as you blink at your boyfriend through the warmly lit bedroom.
he walks back towards you, softly pushing your hair off your face. "I know you do," auston mumbles, thumb stroking your brow bone. "but you're not wearing pants and it's cold outside."
you frown deepens, a single shiny tear falling from your eye and tracing down the round of your cheek. "but," you pause, sniffling gently, "felix will think I don't love him if I don't come."
auston shakes his head, "that's not true." but you only cry more, shrinking in on yourself as sobs wrack through your body. auston coos, pressing a firm kiss to your forehead and then another to your cheek.
even drunk, you don't play about your love for felix.
"how about when I get back I bring him in here for the night?" auston proposes sweetly.
your head lifts, and the sight of your watery eyes have auston pouting. "really?"
"yeah."
and he fully intends on keeping his promise, but 30 minutes later—once the dog has done his business and trotted around the condos front grass—auston opens the bedroom door, only to find you sound asleep.

The Starting Lineup - Auston Matthews
Tumblr media
So this is just a little thing because I saw an Auston interview where he said he wants to be a coach for his future little girl’s team… and my mind immediately went there. 🥺 My hormones can’t handle it.
Big, tough Auston Matthews holding his tiny baby girl for the first time? Dreaming about coaching her future team? Being the softest, most loving dad?? Yeah. I had to write this! Enjoy the fluff.:)
—-
The hospital room was quiet, the soft hum of the machines the only sound besides the steady rhythm of your breath. You lay in the bed, exhausted yet filled with a warmth you’d never experienced before. And there, cradled gently in your husband’s arms, was the tiny miracle you’d both waited for—the beautiful little girl you’d been dreaming of.
Clara.
Auston sat in a chair beside your bed, his huge, strong frame looking almost comical as he held her in his arms. The contrast between him—a thick, powerful hockey player—and the tiny, delicate baby against his chest was striking. Clara looked so small, her little hands curled into fists, her face scrunched up in sleep, safe and warm against her daddy’s bare skin.
"She’s so tiny," Auston whispered, his voice full of awe. He looked down at her with so much tenderness it nearly took your breath away. "I can’t believe she’s ours."
Your heart swelled as you watched him, this man who had always been so strong, so confident, now completely captivated by the tiny person in his arms.
"You’re doing great," you said softly, reaching out to brush a strand of dark hair from his forehead. "She’s already got you wrapped around her little finger."
Auston let out a soft chuckle, but he didn’t even try to deny it. "Yeah… yeah, she does." His voice was thick with emotion.
Then, a new kind of determination sparked in his eyes. "You know," he started, still gazing down at Clara, "I think we need to start a Leafs girls' team."
You raised an eyebrow, amused. "Oh? And let me guess—you’re going to be the coach?"
Auston smirked. "Damn right, I am. I’ll make sure Clara has a spot on the roster. We’ll start training as soon as she can walk. Maybe even sooner."
You laughed softly, shaking your head. "You are so serious about this, aren’t you?"
Auston looked up at you then, his expression nothing but love and certainty. "Of course, I am. She’s a Matthews. She’s meant to be a Maple Leaf."
You grinned, leaning back against the pillows. "So let me get this straight. You’re going to create a whole Leafs girls' program just so Clara can play for Toronto someday?"
He nodded like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Exactly. Think about it—Clara Matthews, future Leafs star. I’ll coach her when she’s little, get her skating, teach her everything I know. And then, when she makes it to the pros, I’ll be right there, front row, cheering her on."
You reached out and gently poked at his bicep. "You’re so dramatic."
Auston grinned, shifting Clara slightly so she could rest even closer against him. "Maybe. But I’m serious. I want to be the best dad for her. I want to be there for every moment, every milestone. And if she wants to play hockey, I’ll make sure she has every opportunity." He paused, his voice turning softer. "I just want her to have everything."
Your heart melted right then and there. This was the same Auston who poured everything he had into the game he loved—the same Auston who led his team, took every hit, and fought for every win. But here, holding Clara, he was softer than you had ever seen him.
"You already give her everything," you whispered, reaching for his free hand and squeezing it gently. "She doesn’t need to be a hockey player for that. She just needs you."
Auston’s gaze locked with yours, his expression filled with love so deep it made your breath hitch. "She has me," he promised, squeezing your hand back. "She has both of us. Always."
You smiled, warmth spreading through your chest. "Well, if she does end up playing hockey, she’s going to have the most intense coach ever."
Auston chuckled, looking back down at Clara, who had started making the tiniest sleepy noises. "That’s right. No skipping practice, no slacking. Gotta be tough out there, baby girl."
You rolled your eyes. "She’s literally a few hours old, Auston. Give her a break."
He grinned, pressing the softest kiss to Clara’s forehead. "Fine. But as soon as she can walk, we’re getting her on skates."
You sighed dramatically but couldn’t stop the laughter bubbling in your chest. "You’re impossible."
Auston looked up at you again, his expression turning serious. "No, I’m just really, really thankful." His voice was full of sincerity. "For you. For her. For this family we made."
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes, and you leaned over to kiss his temple. "I love you, Auston."
He smiled, his gaze full of love. "I love you more."
You sighed happily, watching as Auston cradled Clara against his chest, completely lost in the moment. His fingers traced gentle circles on her tiny back, his touch so soft it made your heart ache.
"You know…" Auston started, his voice quiet but laced with something mischievous. "I think she needs a little brother. Or maybe a sister. A whole little team, actually."
Your head snapped toward him, eyes wide. "Excuse me? Matthews, I just gave birth hours ago, and you’re already planning a starting lineup?"
Auston grinned, completely unbothered. "I mean… yeah," he admitted shamelessly, brushing his fingers against Clara’s chubby cheek. "Imagine it—Clara leading the offense, little Auston Jr. holding down the blue line, maybe another one in net—"
"Auston!" you gasped, swatting at his arm. "Are you insane? I’m 31, Matty. I can’t just pop out a whole hockey roster. I’m old."
He laughed, shaking his head as he leaned down to press another kiss to Clara’s soft skin. "First of all, you’re not old. You’re just older. And second of all…" He looked up at you with a teasing smirk. "You’d make a perfect MILF."
You groaned, but the warmth in your chest betrayed you. "You are terrible."
Auston chuckled, still staring at Clara like she held the entire world in her tiny hands. "I’m just saying… we make reallycute kids. It’d be a shame to stop at one."
You rolled your eyes, but you couldn’t stop the fond smile creeping onto your lips. "Let’s just get through this one first, Coach Matthews—then maybe we’ll revisit the topic next year."
Auston smirked. "Fine. But I am drafting for Team Matthews soon, just so you know."
You exhaled a tired but love-filled sigh, sinking back into the pillows. "Unbelievable."
Auston just grinned, holding Clara even closer. "Nah. Just really grateful."
And as much as you teased him, as much as you couldn’t help but laugh at his over-the-top ideas, the truth settled deep in your chest.
In that moment, watching your husband—this massive, strong hockey player—hold your daughter like she was the most fragile thing in the world, you realized something.
Auston Matthews might be known for his power on the ice, but the way he was with Clara? Soft, loving, completely in awe of this tiny human you’d made together.
It was the most perfect thing you'd ever seen, and you knew, no matter how many kids, no matter the chaos ahead, that this—right here—was everything you could ever need.
You leaned back into your pillows, your heart fuller than you thought possible. "You really are perfect, Matty," you whispered.
He glanced up at you, his eyes full of love, and for a moment, it was just the three of you. You, him, and your little girl.
And you couldn’t help but feel like the luckiest person alive.

Could you write something about an overprotective Auston and pregnant reader?! I wanna give him as many kids as possible uhh
I wanna give him as many kids as I can, too! 😩😩
Tumblr media
It was a rainy day in Toronto.
You had an appointment downtown with your OB-GYN to address some reoccurring contractions and hopefully soothe the fears that had accompanied them. Auston had been the driving force for the appointment, and no matter how much you reassured him that things were okay, he needed to be sure. He had been so wonderful through your pregnancy, but sometimes you did wish that he was a little...less worrisome.
"Ready, mami?" Auston asked, once you finally came downstairs. He was sitting on the edge of the sectional, patiently waiting for you to meet him. "You look beautiful."
"Oh, I don't feel too beautiful," you laughed, clinging to the stair rail with dear life, taking one step at a time. "I feel like a fat cow."
Auston hopped up, and quickly cleared the distance between himself and the base of the stairs. You'd be on the last step, eye-to-eye with him when he got to you. The look on his face let you know real quick he wasn't too happy with your comment about yourself.
"You are beautiful," he reassured strongly, blocking your way off the stairs.
You knew what time it was, and unfortunately how much you had wasted getting ready. You didn't have time for his self-love lesson. "Auston, we have to go."
"Mhm, I know we do." He said, lowly. His hands rested on your hips, preventing you from stepping forward.
"Auston," you whined, getting slightly aggravated.
"Please be kind to yourself, sweetheart."
You breathed out, giving him a nod, once your emotions settled some, "I'm sorry. It's just been a rough morning."
He finally moved aside, putting his arm around you once you stepped down onto the floor. Knowing you had places to be, appointment times that had to be kept, Auston gently guided you towards the connecting door to the garage. There were two steps down into the garage, and luckily Auston had taken to going ahead of you which was a good thing, because as you stepped down, you'd get tangled up in the long hem of your dress, and miss your footing and slip off the top-most step. He was able to catch you easily, but letting you go was another story.
"Are you alright?" Auston asked frantically, holding you tightly against his chest.
Unlike Auston, you found yourself laughing. Of all things to happen this morning, slipping down two stairs hadn't been on your to-do list, and especially not after being so careful on the staircase in the house.
"Why are you laughing?" He pressed, not seeing the humor in anything at the moment. "This isn't funny."
"If I don't laugh, I'm gonna cry. I'm okay, I promise."
He'd slowly lighten his hold on you, but would tip your chin upwards to look at your face before you pulled away. "Are you sure?"
"Yes, baby, I promise. I'm fine." You gave him a soft kiss before convincing him enough to let you go. He'd watch you as you shuffled around his car and got in before he did the same.
Once inside, Auston still continued to look over at you while the garage door retracted. His puppy-dog eyes looked so pitiful in the darkened interior of his car. You'd take his hand as he backed out onto the street. The entire drive to your appointment was spent in relative silence. You knew he was concerned but wanted to believe you that when you said you were fine, that it was the truth. He was taking things way more to heart than you were, and you were the pregnant one!
- - -
"It just seems like you need more rest and to drink more water. You're not at risk for a premature birth, which is good, but it's still a good thing that you came in," your doctor concluded, wrapping up your appointment. "Braxton Hicks contractions can have a lot of first-time mothers panicking, but they're just a normal part of pregnancy. Since you said they can be quite annoying, you can always try a warm bath, or going for a walk if laying down doesn't alleviate your symptoms. If they were true labour contractions, they'd be more regular, and you said your contractions are quite sporadic and aren't close together. They'll also get stronger, walking will make them worse, and they would obviously last for much longer with a growing intensity in pain, if they were indicating you were going into labour. So, I'm confident that you're just experiencing the Braxton Hicks type. Nothing to worry about. Now, if you start noticing a shift to more of labour-like contractions, I would urge you to get to the hospital right away. But from what I can see, you're right on track with everything. Is there anything else you have questions about?"
"No, I think that pretty much does it, thank you. Nice having peace of mind about this now," you confessed, giving Auston a look of "are-you-happy-now" to end the appointment with. He'd give you a slight side-eye, giving the hand he had been holding a soft squeeze to acknowledge your point. You knew he meant well about all of his doting, but sometimes you just wished that he would let you breathe a little, especially when you were being truthful about how you were feeling in the moment.
"Oh, I just remembered something. I looked it up on Google, but you know how that can be. Cooked sushi? I'm okay to have that, aren't I?"
"Yeah, I would say so, yes. Just stay away from fish high in mercury, if you can. Make sure wherever you're going is conscientious about cross-contamination, so you don't come in contact with anything raw. But yes, cooked or veggie options, I have no problem with."
Auston laughed, "I think someone's dropping a hint about lunch."
"It would seem that way," your physician added as you looked at Auston with a smile. "Well, I think you're good to go, Y|N. I'll see you again in three weeks, but if something new comes up, call, and we'll get you in."
You'd say your final thank you to your doctor and Auston would later help you off the exam table. His hands would come to rest on either side of your belly, his lips against your forehead.
"Glad everything is okay," he whispered. "But I told you that you needed to rest more, mami."
"But I have stuff to do, and you're gone so much. Sometimes I can't help it."
"I'm about to fly my mom out to stay with you," Auston joked. "I get nervous with you being home alone so much, and it's going to get worse with the playoffs coming up."
"Let's not think about that right now, papi. I'm hungry and I don't want to start crying over something stupid."
With a smile and an understanding nod, Auston would put his arm around your waist and walk you out of the clinic. There would be time for such conversations later.
- - -
Asking your doctor about sushi had been a good question to have. Lunch had been amazing, and you didn't realize just how hungry you had been, and you nearly had to waddle out of the restaurant. It had rained the whole time the two of you had been inside, but thankfully it had stopped before it was time to leave. The city always smelled so nice after the rain, especially after such heavy ones like this one had been.
As the two of you walked along, just up ahead, was a group of teenage boys who were quick to zero in on who was about to cross their paths. You were too busy window shopping the luxury storefronts to notice them start rushing towards Auston and yourself.
"Whoa! Auston Matthews!
"Hey! Hey can we get a picture?"
"Oh man, no way! Can you sign something for me?"
"You were so great the other night! My and I were there!"
They swarmed you both so quickly, that Auston's first reaction was to carefully push you behind him, just in case the boys got to shoving. He didn't want you to get knocked around or worse. With you hands resting against his back, you'd smile, listening to him interact with the young Leafs fans.
"Ha, hold on boys," he chuckled, "I'll getcha, one at a time though."
"Are you ready for the playfoffs?"
"I think so. We better be, they're right around the corner."
"Will you guys make it out of the first round this year?"
Auston shook his head, feeling roasted by another of the teens, "That's always a start, yeah. I think we're pretty solid this season."
"Your goalies could be better, though."
"It's not always the goalie's fault. Our boys do a fine job," he pressed. "It's a team effort, you know."
"Are you hiding someone behind you?" Asked one of the smaller boys who was still waiting his turn for Auston's attention.
"I might be, but she's too old for you," Auston teased as you gave him the slightest pinch to his back.
"My sister thinks she's going to marry you. She never shuts up about it!"
Auston couldn't do anything but continue to laugh, signing everything he could as fast as he could, but then the selfies started. You had no choice but to step away from them, and Auston kept his eye on you like a hawk. He'd get through the photos quick enough, finally shaking the boys who were now recounting how excited they were to meet Auston as they were walking away.
"Are you alright?" He asked once you made it back to his side, only having been a few steps away.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine! Nothing happened, baby."
He frowned, hand gripping your waist firmly. "I didn't know what to do when they ran up. I panicked, and just needed you behind me. I'm sorry if that startled you or anything. They don't always know personal space."
"Auston, I'm okay. I appreciate you caring enough to do what you did, though," you reassured him, leaning your head against him. "It's always nice to hide behind you."
He laughed, "Oh, is that so?"
"Mhm, who wouldn't want to hide behind a big teddy bear like you?"
Auston was smiling from ear-to-ear before he pressed a kiss against your head. "You're too sweet, mami. I'd do anything to keep you safe."
"I know you would, papi. But seriously, thank you for always keeping an eye on me. I know sometimes I need the extra help."
"You never need to thank me for that. I do it like it's my only job on this planet. "

“You need to stop staring.” You can’t help the way you jump at the words, glaring at the man behind you before turning back towards the rink.
“I’m not staring.” You huff, flicking some hair away from your face. “I’m assessing.” The large man steps forwards leaning against the barricade besides you, his eyes trailing over your face before following your gaze to the player on the ice.
“Assessing for what?” Auston asks, his gaze watching his teammate curiously, before moving back towards you. Your frown was deepening as you watched the Swedish player move through the drills on the ice. “Is he okay?”
Something was wrong.
What were you seeing that he couldn’t?
“That is for me to know and for you to probably never find out.” You sigh as you push off the wall, turning towards the large man. “What’re you doing out here anyway, don’t you have an interview to do?” Auston shrugs as he turns away from the ice to look at you.
“Is he injured?” He questions and this time you shrug in return.
“It’s none of your business, Auston.” You begin holding up a hand before he begins to complain, “It’s a suspicion, nothing more and once it concerns you, you’ll be the first to know.” You finish, smiling as your player makes his way to the boards, unstrapping his helmet as he skates.
“How was that, doc?” William asks, a large grin planted on his face as he nods a quick hello to his teammate.
“Subpar.” You respond, William’s smile dropping slightly. “You seem to be favouring your left leg, I need to do a physical on you at some stage this afternoon if you manage to catch a free moment.” You continue, looking between the two players before letting out a relaxed grin.
“I’m sure it’s nothing, Willy. But we can’t have you out there if you can’t play your best.” William nods slowly, trying to return your smile but you can see the worries running through his head quicker then he can keep up.
He’s hiding something from you and you are determined to find out what it is.
“Meet me in the treatment room after you shower, we'll go over my concerns then.” You say dismissing William back to the locker room before turning to Auston, glancing up at him with a sigh.
“You need to go do your media, Auston” He opens his mouth to say something but you shake your head before you trudge down the tunnel after William.
Working for the Toronto Maple Leafs had been nothing short of a dream for the three years you had been with the team - with one of the senior trainers leaving after last season you had been approached to step in as a full time trainer and senior member of staff - your role changing drastically and sometimes left you in the firing line when an unpopular decision had to be made.
“He’s getting pulled isn’t he?” Auston’s voice sounds from the door of your office. William had left your office over an hour ago his eyes watering as you gave him the bad news. You had spent the hour in silence typing up the email recommendation to the coaching staff.
“I can’t tell you anything, Auston.” You say quietly, “You know how this works.” Auston nods, taking a few steps into the room before closing the door behind him.
“Is it bad?”
“Auston, please.” You respond, rubbing your fingers against your forehead, a long sigh escaping you as you slowly nod your head. “It’s bad enough that he needs to focus on rehab right now.” You say, before adding “everyone’s gonna hate me for this.” This wasn’t your first time pulling one of the core four on the team - last time the boys had been more lenient as you were one of the junior staff members and the decision had your previous supervisor taking most of the heat - this time you were on your own.
“I could never hate you.” He says softly, his chest squeezing as he watches the tiredness smooth over your expression.
“Thanks.” You say with a bitter laugh, closing your laptop as you reach for your bag under the desk.
“They’ll give the team an update tomorrow.”
Auston stands with you, his hand reaching out to pull open the door waving for you to exit first. “I’m serious doc.” He says, “I’ve got your back.”
Twenty four hours later you watch from the doorway as the coaches deliver the news to the team - the coaches waiting till after practice to announce that William would be pulled for the foreseeable future - Auston’s eyes flick to yours every now and then as the coaches refuse to divulge too deeply into the details.
“What do you mean he’s getting pulled?” Mitch asks softly, yanking at the straps of his padding, pulling the equipment off slowly, “He seemed completely fine.” The volume is the locker room raises as the team all share their opinions of agreement.
The coach takes a moment to let the group voice their frustration before speaking.  “Our trainers are some of the best in the world.” Sheldon begins, “They have everyone's best interest at heart - she made the call to pull Willy as it was perceived that he was trying to conceal an injury and in the long run would be doing more damage. Willy agreed it was the best thing to do with hopes that with his full focus on recovery it will make him available for the playoffs.” Sheldon's words seem to quiet the group.
Auston hands pause on the laces of his skates as he glances over to you again, seeing your head fall, your hand pushing the loose hairs out of your face, as you whisper something under your breath before lifting your head again. “Anyway, let’s wish William all the best in his recovery and hope to see him back on the ice soon.” Sheldon finishes before dismissing the group, shouting out a quick morning practice time for tomorrow morning before exiting the locker room.
The locker room is quiet after the coach leaves, Auston risking one more glance towards you, his heart jumping in his chest as he sees your eyes already locked on him with a sad smile on your face. Auston glances away quickly engaging in the ongoing conversation besides him to try and ignore you and your gaze on the side of his face.
He still notices when you turn slowly and decides to leave the room.
+
+
“Fuck.” Sheldon swears under his breath as the end of game horn rings - the crowd of red roaring in victory as the home team groups together on the ice, patting each other on the heads. The sea of blue fans beginning to exit the stands all sending glares of anger towards your team slowly skating their way to the bench - hoping to make a quick exit.
The game had been an intense one - the team had been so close to pulling through but continued to miss their shots, the fire power significantly decreased since you pulled one of their top scorers. You keep your head down low as you follow the last player down the tunnel, everyone making their way into the locker room - “Doc, we need to talk for a moment.” Your steps freeze as you glance ahead to the maple leafs coach waiting to the side of the locker room - his arms folded against his chest.
“Sure, thing.” You say, plastering a smile on your face as you step away from the group - one of the players pausing by the door of the locker room, his hand making quick work of his helmet as he glances between you and his coach.
“You have something to say, Matthews?” Auston glances at his coach, his mouth opening slightly before closing again, his gaze trailing over to you, your head moving side to side in the smallest movement he barely catches it.
“It’s okay.” He can see you mouth the words, your head motioning for him to enter the room behind him before turning back towards his coach.
“Don’t be too hard on her.” He says quietly into the hallway not waiting for you or Sheldon to respond before trudging into the locker room.
“We both know that your decision to pull Nylander is one that can’t be reversed until you sign off on his physical.” Sheldon begins - the leafs had implemented a new protocol on the return of players from the injury reserve, the doctor who made the decision to pull the player had to be the one to sign them off on returning to avoid players and coaches undermining the doctors decision.
You nod your head slowly - your smile faltering as you catch on to what the coach is hinting at. “You want me to sign him off early?” Your question almost comes out of your mouth as a scoff - your eyebrows raised as your smile officially switches to a frown. “You want me to break protocol for this?” You reiterate, your own arms crossing against your chest as you stare down the coach.
“No, of course not.” Sheldon’s words come out with a nervous laugh - his gaze flicking over the hallways as he takes a step forwards - his voice lowers as he speaks again. “We only have one more game before the playoffs - we need our team back at full potential.”
You nod taking in his words, giving him a second to continue, “You understand, don’t you? You know what this would mean to the team - to be able to begin the playoffs as a force to be reckoned with… we can’t do that without our core four.” You shake your head as you take a step away from the desperate coach.
“No can do, Sheldon.” Your words are firm as you glance to the players beginning to hover at the door of the locker room. “I’m not going to risk him injuring himself permanently for the sake of playing a game.” You know your words are making the coach angry - his rage simmering as a red tint rises up his neck. “I care about our players, and I’d hope you’d share the same sentiment, coach.” The words hiss out of you as you glare at the man, not wasting anymore time in making your way into the medical bay besides the locker room - closing the door tightly behind you.
You miss the way the rest of the team let out whistles of shock as their coach lets out a huff of displeasure.
You miss the way Auston watches you walk away, a slight grin on his face before his coach dismisses him to finish pulling off his gear.
+
+
The team was two hours behind schedule - most of the staff already seated on the plane waiting for the players to join them so everyone could make the three hour flight back home. Slowly the players made their way onto the plane - each taking up their normal seats, most of the time the players would sit amongst each other while the staff would find their own seats towards the back of the plane - Sheldon considered it another of his many ways for the team to get closer together.
“Auston, you gonna join us for some black jack?” Mitch’s voice carries through the airplane - his hands already shuffling a deck of cards, two of his team mates looking up at the newest arrival in anticipation.
Auston hesitates looking between the empty seat next to you - and his best friend waiting for him to take the seat across from him. “I think I’m gonna miss out this time.” Auston says slowly walking further down the aisle - Mitch looking at his friend in disbelief. “I’m just super tired.” Auston adds as he shoves his bag in the overhead locker before dropping into the seat beside you - your eyes shooting over to him in confusion - your hand lifting to pull one of your AirPods out of your ear.
“What are you doing?” You sneer under your breath - not missing the way some of his teammates glare over at you. “You need to move - staff and players don’t sit together, Auston.” Your hands shove at him lightly, but Auston makes himself comfortable in the seat beside you, a soft smile on his face as he ignores your pleading, clicking the seat belt at his hips and settling into the seat.
“This is ridiculous.” You huff, giving up on trying to move the large man, pressing play on the iPad screen in front of you, one AirPod still in your ear as the movie continues. “What’re you watching?” Auston asks as the flight attendants move down the plane checking everyone is buckled in and comfortable.
You let out a long yawn as you shoot him a glare, “None of your business.” If your words were meant to stop Auston from interacting with you, they seemed to be doing quite the opposite.
“You’re tired?” He questions as you let out another yawn, slapping a hand over your mouth to cover the movement, “You can rest your head on me.” He says softly, lowering his left shoulder, patting against the hard muscle with a grin, “I don’t mind.” He adds quickly, lowering his shoulder a little bit more.
“Auston, I don’t think that’s a good idea.”
“It’s probably not.” He agrees, his right hand reaching over to shuffle your iPad into the middle of your seats, before reaching over his body to gently pull your head down onto his shoulder, his left hand, grabbing for yours - your fingers lacing together as he sits your joined hands comfortably in your lap.
“But that’s never really stopped me before.”
Your breath gets caught in your chest as you think of all the ways people must be whispering about your position - not daring to lift your head off Auston’s shoulder to look around at the people around you - not daring to lift your head from the comfortable fabric of Auston’s fleece jumper.
“Rest, doc.” He whispers softly, his hand squeezing yours, as he watches the movie on the screen, pulling the spare AirPod out of its case to shove in his ear.
You’re not sure when you fall asleep but you wake to Auston’s hand squeezing yours, his head laying softly on top of yours, a jacket thrown over your torso, the movie credits playing on the screen of your iPad.
“We’ve arrived.” The flight attendant says quietly, her gaze flicking over you and the man beside you with a knowing grin - leaving as you thank her, detaching your hand from Auston’s, the man letting out a soft groan, his hand reaching out to take yours again.
“We’re here.” You whisper to him, slipping his jacket off of you to place back into his lap, gathering all your stuff before shoving it into your backpack - gently reaching to pull the remaining AirPod out of Auston’s ear, sliding it back into the case. “Auston?” You say softly as you shake his shoulder lightly.
He sits up slowly, stretching his arms above his head as he glances over at you, your bag already slung over your shoulder as you wait for him to move so you can exit the plane.
“Same time tomorrow?” He asks, undoing the belt in his lap, and stepping out into the aisle. You shake your head as you pass him, not able to stop the spreading grin on your face.

Your head falls forwards as the end of game horn sounds for the last time in the regular season - the leafs lost again - the final game of their season they lost and they lost by two. Even though they were still guaranteed a position in the playoffs it never felt good to start the first round on a loss.
Not to mention the news hitting the team yesterday that they would be up against Boston in the first round - the two teams notorious for having very intense games.
No one says anything as the team makes their way back to the locker room - everyone stripping off their gear with heavy heads, most wanting nothing more than to get on the plane and head back home, you included. You can’t ignore the way people glare at you as you enter the room, some players whispering to each other under their breath in frustration.
Some of the team still makes friendly conversation or sends you tight smiles as you help them unwrap their tape - or roll out their tight muscles, but most say nothing. Your final patient never makes his way into your medical bay - the other doctors packing up as you wait for the tall brunette to pop his head into the room, but nothing, not even a glimpse of the large player.
“We’re going to take this stuff out to the crew, are you alright to pack up the rest?” One of your colleagues asks as he passes by you -  a few cases in his hands.
“Yeah, I’ll be good to go in just a moment.” You say softly, letting out a quiet sigh as you turn to pack up your equipment, turning as you head a soft knock on the door.
“Do you still have time to help me get this tape off?” His voice is quieter than usual - the player you were waiting for standing by the open door - his skin red from where he had tried to rip the strapping tape off on his own. You nod quickly, taking in his sad eyes - the skin around them redder than usual.
“I tried to get it off myself, but you’re clearly too good at your job.” Auston says a bitter chuckle coming out as he takes a seat on the table in front of you - your hands digging through your bags for the adhesive removal spray.
“Why didn’t you come ask for help sooner?” You ask quietly, as you behind to spray the remover on the remaining tape wincing at the rash spreading across his skin where the tape was already removed. “You could’ve gotten someone else to remove it.” You add quickly the thought that maybe he was trying to avoid you running through your head quickly.
“Why would I do that?” His question confuses you, your eyebrows furrowing but you continue pulling off the tape. “You think I’m avoiding you?”
“Aren’t you?” You ask bitterly, remembering the looks of the others on the team, the ones that clearly blame you for the loss. “Everyone else hates me right now, so it’s not like I blame you.” Auston just watches as you pull your bottom lip between your teeth, your chin wobbling as you try to suck in the overwhelming disappointment that’s been growing in yourself. He watches as you focus all your attention on pulling off the tape, keeping your attention on his sore skin as you rub soothing cream over the rash that he gave to himself.
“I could never hate you.” He says softly as you twist the lid back onto the cream, standing from his spot on your bench, his hands raising to your face, lifting your head to tilt up towards him. “I told you when you first made the decision - I could never hate you, no matter what anyone else thinks - not even what you think, do you understand?” Your chin trembles as his thumb strokes against your cheeks softly, your head nodding in confirmation, his hands staying just under your jaw as he lets out a soft sigh.
“Then why are you sad? Why didn’t you come to me to help?” Your question stalls Auston’s ministrations on your skin, his thumbs stopping in their motions as he stares down at you, his jaw clenching as he tries to find his words.
“I’m just disappointed.”
“Disappointed?”
“In myself.” He confirms before adding, “In the team, we let one person's absence throw us off the ball - we do this every god damn year.” His forehead drops to yours, his hands slipping away from your face, sliding over your shoulder before grazing down your arms, his fingers reaching out to lace with yours. “I thought we were going to do better this year… I thought I would do better.”
The sound of footsteps in the locker room makes the two of you jump, your hands slipping out of his as you quickly throw the rest of your equipment into their cases, turning back to Auston with a soft smile. “You should finish getting change for the flight.” Auston nods, frowning as he glances out into the locker room seeing the other doctors hovering by the door.
“You’ll wait for me?” He asks quickly, your head nodding before you can even register what he asked, his body slipping through the door before you can take back your agreement.
But you do as requested, handing off your cases to the other doctors promising them you’d meet them on the plane, making excuses about Auston wanting to talk about a treatment plan for his shoulder - they both nod understandingly moving quickly to get the last of the equipment to the trucks to take to the airport.
Auston’s surprised to see you still standing outside the locker room when he exits - his bag thrown over his shoulder, a large white hoodie thrown over your uniform as you turn towards him. The two of you walk to the bus in silence, neither knowing why you had stayed.
Neither of you know why you still stayed as you sit next to each other on the bus.
As you fall into your seats besides each other on the plane.
Auston’s surprised again as you take hold of his hand once the flight takes off - your gaze focused on the window as the plane levels out - your headphones over your ears as you pretend your thumb isn’t rubbing gentle circles on the back of his hand.
“What is going on with you two?” Auston’s head shoots up from the video playing on his phone, Mitch leaning over the back of the chair in front of him, his eyes lingering on the joined hands sitting in your lap. If you head Mitch you pretend not to, your chin in your hand as you keep watching the black sky pass by.
“None of your business.” Auston replies, praying to whoever will listen that you don’t pay attention to Mitch’s interrogations, praying that you don’t take your hand out of his. “Mitch drop it.” Auston sneers as his friend's gaze drops to your joined hands again, Auston squeezing yours as he feels your fingers loosen on his. “Please.” Auston adds, Mitch’s eyebrows raising in surprise as he throws his hands up in surrender.
The rest of the flight passes in silence, most of his teammates busy with their own unwinding processes, a lot of the staff sleeping for as much of the flight as possible.
Neither of you two sleep.
Neither of you acknowledge the other until the plane stops on the runway - the players and staff quickly making their way off the plane, stretching their limbs as they go.
“Do you have a ride home?” Auston asks, his chest tightening as you finally pull your hands out of his, the warmth of your skin lingering in his palm. You shake your head softly, pulling out your phone and flashing the Uber app on your screen. “Come home with me.” Auston says wincing as the words hit him as soon as he says them.
“Not like that - I mean I wouldn’t be against it but… I just…”
“What do you mean then, Auston?” You interrupt, your face soft as you wait for him to respond, giving him the time to collect himself.
“I don’t want to be alone.” He admits quietly, “I’d really like to spend some more time with you.” You don’t say anything, glancing down at the open app on your phone before glancing back up at him - handing your unlocked phone over, the arrival address waiting.
“No way in hell you’re paying for the ride.” He hisses, pushing your phone back towards you as he pulls his own phone out of his pocket, reaching overhead to pull his backpack out of the locker, his hand reaching out for yours as he drags your off the plane behind him - the two of you bypassing the rest of the staff, Auston sneaking to grab your two suitcases before rushing you off the runway and into the airport an Uber waiting out the front.
Auston sits comfortably in the silence, his hand warm between the two of you - his heart beating so fast he’s glad you know how to do CPR cause he might need it if you do anything else.
Auston thanks the driver as he pulls up outside his building - pulling the bags from the trunk - your small duffle stacked on top of his suitcase - the bags dragged behind him as he also drags you behind him and into the empty lobby.
“This place is really fancy.” You say as he scans his house fob - the elevator automatically selecting the floor for his condo. Auston doesn’t say anything, pretty sure he’d throw up if he attempted to get words out.
“Are you okay?” You question as the elevator dings - the doors opening to the front door of his condo - the only condo on this floor.
“Mhm.” He answers, swallowing his nerves as he shoves his key into the lock, opening the door as quickly as possible pulling you quickly into his empty apartment.
“No Felix?” You question as you glance around, an empty crate sitting in the living room with no sign of the dog.
“He’s at Mitch’s - Felix loves visiting Zeus when we go on roadies.” Auston finally speaks, his hand dropping yours for just a moment to set up your bags by the front door, pulling his large puffer off his shoulders and throwing it over a coat rack by the front door.
“Make yourself at home.” Auston says as he strides into the kitchen grabbing two bottles of water from the fridge, his gaze shooting over to your body relaxing into the cushions of his oversized couch.
“Where the hell did you get this thing?” You question as he hands you your bottle of water, slumping into the seat beside you, a grin on his face as he watches you settle in further.
“I don’t know, my sister bought it.” He says quickly, your eyes squeezed shut as he reaches for a blanket draped over the back of the couch, throwing it over your lap.
“Well I need the link.” You comment on bliss twisting the lid off the water as you take a sip.
“It was almost ten thousand.” Auston’s hand moves to pat your back as the water gets stuck in your throat - coughs racking your body as you pat your chest.
“Never-mind then.”
“You can use mine whenever you want.” Auston says and you scoff, falling back against the couch as you drop the evil water besides you on the couch. “I’m not kidding.” He adds.
Auston doesn’t know what makes him change his position.
He’s not sure why he lies down on the couch, his head gently landing in your lap.
He’s not sure what to do when he feels your fingers thread in his hair, running softly through his messy locks - the water from his shower still making the ends of his hair wet and tangled.
Auston’s not sure when you both fall asleep - his phone making him squint as he checks the time - the four am flashing as he throws the device to the other side of the couch.
He drags himself off the couch slowly, careful not to wake you as he slides his arms under your body, lifting you gently with a soft grunt as he scuttles down the hallway - his room only lit by the lights of the other high building through his window, his body freezing as you let out a soft whine as he drops you onto his mattress dragging his duvet down the bed to throw over your body.
He doesn’t know what makes him round the bed, sliding onto the mattress behind you, pulling the blanket over his body as well, his mind running so fast as you turn on the mattress, your hands reaching out to tangle in the fabric of his shirt, your body shuffling in the cold sheets to move closer to him.
“Don’t make things awkward, Auston.” You huff, as one of your hands releases his shirt, grabbing his frozen arm to drape over your waist, a happy hum leaving you as he pulls you tighter against him, his chin resting against the top of your head. “We’re going to have to talk about this in the morning.” You say.
“I know.” He responds.
Neither of you know when you fall back asleep.
But neither of you complain as you wake up bundled together in the large king bed.

I´m done waiting for you - Auston Matthews
Tumblr media
summary: you and Auston had an arrangement for years, but when feelings get involved it is time to make a decision
pairing: Auston Matthews x female!reader
word count: 4.4k
warnings: angst, cursing
authors notes:
I´m so happy the Mitch imagine I posted last week got such a positive reception because it really was one of my favorite things I´ve written so thank you so much!
-------------------------------------------------------
You reclined your deckchair further to take in even more of the sun in the heat of the Arizonian summer. These were your last days here before you would go back to the colder temperatures in Canada.
You dreaded the return home.
The return home also meant that he would inevitably leave you again. You knew it was your fault for always coming back, you knew you should have said no when he asked you to join him at his house for his last two weeks of summer before he had to go back to Toronto for training camp.
This was the third time you were doing this in as many summers. After being shut out of his life for most of the season, the occasional booty calls aside, he always came crawling back and you let him. All while continuing to feel incredibly guilty as soon as you were out of his eyesight.
----------------
Yours and Auston´s relationship did not start off like that. You met him a few years ago in a bar in Toronto. The two of you clicking immediately. You didn’t think you would see him again after your one-night-stand. He was busy with his season; you were busy with work. More than a hookup was not in the cards for either of you. But you kept meeting him.
First there was the small café near your apartment where you ran into him. Neither of you acknowledging the other more than a quick nod as you ordered and drank your coffee on one of the tables while he rushed out as soon as he got his.
The second time you ran into him at the grocery store. This was the first time you realized that the two of you must live in close proximity. You didn’t recognize the area when you were at his house, but it was dark when you arrived, and dark when you snuck out in the morning. That time again, nothing but a quick nod passing between the two of you. Acknowledgement of a shared history but never enough to speak to each other.
The third time you ran into him was outside of your gym. His eyes locked to yours as you stepped outside of the building as he drove past and stopped at a red light. His eyes locking with yours for a brief second before they started to roam over your body. You wore your favorite pair of leggings to work out in, a sweater covering the matching sports bra. His eyes lingered on your legs a little too long before the car behind be honked for him to start driving.
The next time you saw him was after one of his games. At this point he had messaged you on Instagram and you had been chatting every day since. Both of you making it clear that a relationship was not in your cards but both agreeing that you should give into your mutual attraction.
Meet me after my game. Was the message he sent this morning, alongside a link to a ticket on Ticketmaster. That night he took you home with him and you gave into your desires.
From that point on your hookups became a regular thing.
Occasionally he sent over a ticket, you went to the game and went home with him after. A few times he invited you to dinner first but most times he sent a text late in the evening asking if you were up. You always stayed the night but left as soon as the both of you were awake.
You were content with this arrangement for a while. Both of you got parts of a relationship without the emotional baggage and the real commitment.
He invited you to spend some time at his house in Arizona for the first time the second year your arrangement was going on. At that point he already had slowed down in contacting you at all throughout the season but as soon as they exited the playoffs, once again in a very heartbreaking way, the messages frequented again.
That year you thought that it was just the pressure of the season weighting on him that made him keep up less contact. You also reminded yourself that you were not in a relationship and that you had no right to his time like a girlfriend would have.
The same thing happened the year after and the year after. He would treat you to a vacation in his home. One time he took one week of the three you were spending with him and took you to the Bahamas. You knew it was out of guilt, maybe for ignoring you almost all year or maybe for stringing you along, but you weren’t complaining, you always came back to him anyways.
But that time you were done. Ever since coming back from your trip that summer you started to slowly distance yourself. During your two weeks stay the final nail in the coffin. You were falling for him. You tried everything to prevent it from happening, successfully managing it to not let happen for the past three years, but the longer you were with him that summer, the more you imagined what it would be like to be his girlfriend.
How it would be for him to come home to you after a game, to have breakfast, lunch and dinner together every day he was there. To be able to kiss him outside of the bedroom. To just have his love and affection in a way you craved to be loved.
It started by you replying less and less to his requests of coming over after games, which wasn’t hard since the invitations became even less that year. Auston was on for a career year, you knew he had little nerve for distractions. The occasional message could be turned away by a “I´m on nightshift” or a “I´m spending time with my girlfriends”.
Unfortunately, towards the end of the year you started to cave again. You went through a rough patch at work and craved just some sort of human connection. Sex with a frustrated athlete on a goal drought who just wants to let off some steam took exactly that edge off.
That went on for two months but when the playoffs came around, he once again disappeared from your life and your heart was broken all over again.
Trying to recount how many times you regretted breaking your distance and coming back to him, how many times you called yourself stupid for falling back in his claws time and time again. You weren’t sure if he knew that he was playing with you or if he was just accepting that he was getting what he was getting for years now. Sex with no strings attached.
Of course, he came back during the summer and of course you were dumb enough to accept. These summers were easy. You forgot about life in Canada as soon as you stepped off the plane in the desert and into his car.
It was almost like you were in a relationship during that time. A glimpse into what you could have with him, but he didn’t want with you.
Your time came to an end faster than usual, you didn’t know why or how, but days flew by. The dinners, the sex, the lazy days by the pool followed by lounging on the outdoor couch together watching the sunset while his hand was wrapped in your hair or around your waist leaning down occasionally to place kisses on your face.
The nights spent together in bed where you did nothing but cuddle. It was like he was a different man when he´s not in Toronto. You knew the weight of expectation loomed above his head during the season but for the first time it transferred into the off-season. He had just been named captain of the team which piled on top of what was already on his shoulders.
Now, on your last day in paradise you were still unsure what to do. You knew you could not go another year the same way it had been going. Your feelings for him grew stronger with every day that passed. As you relaxed you thought back this morning, he was standing in the kitchen, shorts hung low on his hips, his muscled chest on display making breakfast for the two of you. He looked incredible. And once again you let your mind wander to what could be.
“What got you thinking his hard.” His deep voice rattled you, ripping you away from the delusional daydream. Slowly you placed your sunglasses on your head and observed him. “Nothing.” It looked like the short answer confused him. His hand brushing through his hair as if he was nervous. “What´s up with you?” You questioned in return. Something was off with him, but you could not quite pinpoint what it was.
“I have no idea. Probably nerves of going back to Toronto.” Nervousness was not something you had ever experienced with him. He was the ever calm, cool and collected man, to superstar who wasn’t afraid of the limelight.
There must be something more behind it, but you would not press, you weren’t his girlfriend, just a summer and once every other month kind of fling.
“Are we going to dinner tonight?” a long sigh left your mouth. “I´m not in the mood, I will probably just pack the rest of my things and go to bed early. I will sleep in the guest room, so I don’t wake you.” You felt your heartbeat fasten when you spoke the words. This was the first time you were outright rejecting to spend time with him. A first step into finally letting go. “Bullshit.” His exclamation so loud it almost made you jump. “What´s up with you?” He pressed again.
“Nothing, Auston. Just dreading to go back to work I guess.” He took another step towards you but stopped before you were in his reach. “You are not sleeping in the guest room on your last day, and you´re not getting to the airport by yourself either. That’s not up for discussion so don’t try to argue. What even put that in your head?” Your shoulders started shaking with laughter.
Not the kind of laughter that was coming after a good joke but the sarcastic kind that just deferred your actual reaction. “You know you can´t tell me what to do, right?” Was what you settled on. “Where is this coming from?” Confusion was written all over his face.
“I don’t know, Auston. Maybe I´m just tired of being strung along by you. And I know I have no right to make such accusations but I´m tired of being your fling for once a month and two weeks in the summer. I want something real. I can´t do this anymore, not when there is someone out there who can give me all the things you won´t and I can´t find him because I´m too hung up on you.” Your voice got quieter with every sentence you said.
A million questions were written on his face. His eyebrows shot up, his lips parting as if words had failed him. When he didn’t respond for a bit, just starring at you, processing, you got up, grabbed your towel and made your way inside. He didn’t follow.
Unsure as to why you went off on him now, you took a shower in the guest bathroom which turned out to be more difficult than expected since all your things were in his en-suite. You didn’t come out for the rest of the afternoon. He didn’t come to check on you.
Your hands trembled and you heart beat incredibly fast, when you entered the living room when you got hungry in the late hours of the evening. Unsure as to what he did while you locked yourself into the guestroom you approached carefully.
Felix tapped over to you, and you gave the dog some head scratches before continuing into the kitchen. Auston was in there stirring something in a pot. He didn’t acknowledge you right away only doing so, when you opened the fridge to get a bottle of water. His eyes roamed over your face; uncertainty spread across his.
The two of you didn’t speak a word through dinner but he wordlessly handed you a plate when he saw you sitting at the table mindlessly scrolling through your phone. “Why didn’t you tell me earlier?” He spoke into the uncomfortable silence. Both of you had finished eating, just sitting there, starring at your phones. “What use would that have been? You made your intention with this arrangement clear when we started.” You ran your hands through your head.
“That was four years ago.” He crossed his arms on the table and leaned forward to look you directly into the eyes. A loud sigh left your throat. “Don’t you think I know that? Why do you think I kept putting you off at the beginning of the year? I tried to protect myself from even more heartbreak, but it didn’t work because here I am.” He opened his mouth but closed it again when you got up, the chair scatting on the floor because of the force.
“I´m tired, Auston. Of this situation and of this day. I will go to bed and leave tomorrow morning, you don’t even have to get up, I humiliated myself enough.”
-------------------------
When your door opened in the middle of the night you weren’t surprised. But what you didn’t expect was the soft paw scratches on the floor before the door closed again. Felix jumped onto the bed and laid down next to you. The dog sensing that you were upset about something, when he pushed his soft head against your cheek. Tears started to spill over the rims of your eyes as you brushed over his soft fur.
“I´ll miss you so much.” You whispered. It wasn’t just meant for Felix but also for the man you would leave behind tomorrow morning. This adventure you were on for the past four years wasn’t supposed to end like this. Not with a sudden confession but here you were.
------------------------
The next morning you got up an hour earlier than necessary just to get out of the house as soon as you could. You couldn’t bear to spend one more minute here. Felix watched you as you scrambled together the rest of your things you quietly got from Auston´s bedroom when he was in the shower last night. The Uber was already ordered so it was time to say goodbye to a place you spent many summers in. You grew to call this house almost a second home. You gave Felix a few more pets, the dog almost looking sad, like he knew what was happening.
What you didn’t expect was Auston waiting for you in the hallway. He wore black sweats and a drew hoodie, bags under his eyes almost like he hadn’t slept all night. You just stared at him. “Let me drive you.” He almost whispered. You weren’t sure why he was acting the way he was acting. He should’ve known from the beginning that this would end eventually. “I already called an Uber.” You answered in an equally quiet voice. He ran a hand over his face.
“Or you could just stay.” He mumbled then. You froze. “What?” You exclaimed louder than you had expected. “Please, stay.” He repeated. His hand reached out to grab yours. When you didn’t reply he tightened his grip on it. “Please, baby.” The term of endearment making you feel warm in your chest, but you weren’t sure of the sincerity of whatever this is. You could curse yourself out for almost falling for his tricks again.
“Don’t make this harder than it has to be. You don’t have to make up some fake feelings just to get me to stay.” Your voice was loud, emotions spilling over. “I can´t do this anymore.” You followed up more quietly.
Tears started to once again spill over. You tried your hardest to not let him see them, but it didn’t work. When you looked up into his face the look of heartbreak almost shattered your heart.
“What are you doing, Auston? Are you trying to save something that had to come to an end eventually anyways?” He swallowed hard.
“You never let me explain anything to you yesterday, well more like I didn’t say anything because my head was filled with so many things I wanted to say but didn’t know how to put into the appropriate way to say them.”
You braced yourself for impact. He was going to tell you that he tried to feel the same way for you but that he only found platonic feelings. “I think I´m falling for you too.” It was like the world stood still at that moment. This was the least of all the answers you expected.
When you didn’t say anything for a few seconds he grabbed your hand again. “I know I never did anything to even remotely give you the feeling that I had, I rather pushed you away throughout the season because I could bear seeing you, knowing I could not have you because you don’t feel the same for me.”
You were stunned by his sudden confession, unsure too. Was this just because he wanted to keep you or was he being honest?
You hated yourself for questioning him, but you lived the past four years, you knew he know he just had to find the right words to get you to stay.
“You´re too late, I don’t even know if what you are saying is real or if you´re just saying that to keep me around. You need to let me go, Auston.” Your head dipped in disappointment. It was hard for you to admit that.
His confession was all that you ever wanted to hear from him, but you needed that break. A clean break to find someone with clear intentions. “Don’t do this.” He plead. “I´m sorry. You had four years to figure it out and you only ever told me when I was on the brink of leaving you. I need to protect myself.”
A honk from outside made you snap out of it. “That´s the Uber.” You grabbed your suitcase and bag from the floor of his hallway and looked back into the house for one last time. “Thank you for everything, Auston. I hope you find someone who makes you happy and I hope you thrive as captain.” You placed a subtle kiss on his cheek before you gave Felix one last pet and walked out of his house. This time forever.
----------------------------
Weeks passed without you hearing a single thing from him. You continued to live your life without the text messages, the dinners, the games and the late-night calls. You missed him at first, but the longer you were away the easier it got to let go of the feelings.
Occasionally, you checked in on the Leafs. They were doing okay to start the season. People on social media were debating whether the captain had an injury because he was not playing on the level he was playing at last year. You shook your head laughing at that because it would have been hard to replicate the incredible season, he had prior.
During the second week of November, he was placed on injured reserve. You only knew because one of your co-workers was incredibly upset about it. Something in you wanted to check in on him, just to see if there was anything you could do to help. But you remembered that you left, this time for good and for good reason.
A bouquet of flowers arrived at your door a day later.
Your birthday.
You were confused when you opened the door but suspected that one of your girlfriends sent you flowers as a present.
Your heart stopped for a second when you opened the card that was sent with it. Almost dropping the whole bouquet right there on your living room floor. It wasn’t one of your girlfriends.
Happy Birthday. I miss you. A.
Tears prickled at the corner of your eyes. You were supposed to forget about him. You had told yourself for weeks that he was lying to you. That he didn’t have actual feelings for you. That he just said what he said to keep you along. But maybe you kept telling yourself that just to ease the pain that came with leaving him and not knowing if he was sincere in his confession.
This told you he might have been. Of course, he could’ve done all that just to have you in his bed again, but he waited months. He sent something for your birthday which showed you that he still cared.
Just as you grabbed your phone, debating between texting him about the flowers and just ignoring him, keeping the distance you created, a message from him popped up.
Auston: I hope you got my present. I meant what I said. I miss you. I´ve waited long enough to try and get over how things between us ended, but I can´t. Please meet me and let´s talk about this in person. A.
You weren’t sure what to reply. On the one hand you wanted to talk to him and clear the air. On the other hand, you weren’t sure if you wanted this and risk to get hurt again. His intentions sounded sincere though. Your heart skipping a beat, racing a million miles an hour at the potential of actually having what you always wanted.
You: what are you thinking?
Auston: come over to my place? I´ll order your favorite for your birthday and we talk. 7?
You took a deep breath before you answered with trembling hands.
You: okay.
---------------------
A few hours later you were at his doorstep. You had knocked just a few seconds ago. Your hands were trembling, you kept thinking about how this was a bad idea.
Paw scratches from the other side of the door had you snap out of your head. A second later an all too familiar doodle was jumping up on you. “Hey, sweetheart.” You greeted the overly excited dog.
Tears already started to well up in your eyes. You missed Felix so much.
When you looked up your eyes were met with his dark ones. They softened slightly when he looked at you and his dog. “Come in.” He said before pulling you into a quick hug.
You melted into his embrace, having missed his tall frame and his strong arms wrapped around you. “Happy birthday.” He whispered into your ear, and it sent a shiver down your spine. “Thank you.” You whispered back.
The familiar hallway was dimly lit like you remembered, walking up the stairs you were to meet with his all too familiar living room in which so many memories hung heavy on the situation.
Some holiday decorations were already up, it was cozy because the fireplace, even though it was fake, engulfed the room with warmth and a soft glow. “Do you want something to drink before we sit down?” You shook your head.
Regardless he took two glasses of water and brought them with him to the couch. While you waited for him you were playing with your hands. Kneading them and slightly picking at your nails.
He sat down as close as possible without making you feel uncomfortable. “Why am I here, Auston?” You questioned with a hint of insecurity in your tone.
“I miss you; Felix misses you and I´m not just saying that because I didn’t sleep with anyone since you left. After you did, I had a long think about it. We both know we were basically a couple whenever you were with me, no matter if it was here of in Arizona.”
When you didn’t say anything for a few seconds he grabbed your hands and continued. “I know I never did anything to even remotely give you the feeling that I had actually fallen for you, for years I kept coming back because I was happy to have you in this way rather than not having you at all. I should have said something sooner. I shouldn’t have given you the felling that I was stringing you along for sex or whatever because I promise you I didn’t. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to subject you to the hockey lifestyle. You deserve someone who can always give you full attention and someone who is not gone all the time, but I cannot let you have what we have with another guy. I know this is selfish and I shouldn’t tell you this after weeks of not speaking to you, but I can´t keep pretending I don’t want you, in every way.”
You were stunned to silence by his confession. This was not what you expected when you showed up at his house. Yes, he told you he was falling for you, but you didn’t think it was this deep. You would rather suspect him lying to keep you in his bed than to actually wanting a relationship with you but here you were.
“Auston…” you mumbled not really knowing what to say. “Please tell me I´m not too late this time. Do you want to be my girlfriend? For real this time?”
His question made your heartbeat faster than it had ever beaten before. He wanted you to be his girlfriend. Give you everything that you had dreamed about for the last four years.
The doubts you had in your head were slowly creeping away. He sounded so sincere, his eyes pleading, telling you, that he was telling the truth.
“Okay.” you said so quietly that you weren’t sure if he had even heard it. “Okay?” He repeated louder. “Yeah, okay.” A second later you were swept into his arms, and he placed the most emotion filled kiss on your lips.
A kiss of new beginnings between two people who were too dumb to speak their mind and deprived another of something good for years. It was a kiss filled with promises of a future together that came with uncertainty, but you were sure that the two of you would get through it together.

First Family Snow Day
Tumblr media
Auston Matthews x reader 。・:*˚:✧。
Word count: 1408
Hockey Masterlist
It was one of those perfect winter mornings in Toronto. The kind where the snowflakes fell gently from the sky, coating the ground with a soft, white blanket. Inside your cozy home, the fire crackled in the hearth, the warmth contrasting beautifully with the chill outside. You were sipping your coffee, glancing at your daughter Chloe as she giggled from her playpen, shaking a rattle in her little hands.
Auston was in the kitchen, prepping breakfast. His usual morning routine was filled with an odd mix of focus and absent-mindedness. You loved it.
“Hey, babe,” you called out to him, eyes flicking to Chloe as she started to crawl toward you.
“Mhm?” Auston answered, stirring something in the pan. He was still in his sweatpants, hair messy as usual, but you found it endearing.
You set down your mug and walked over to Chloe, scooping her up in your arms as she made little baby noises, her chubby cheeks flushed with excitement. “What do you think about taking Chloe out in the snow for the first time?” you suggested, a smile tugging at your lips.
Auston froze, his spatula halting mid-air. “Wait… what?”
You chuckled at his wide-eyed expression. “I mean, she’s never played in the snow before. And it’s a perfect day for it—look how much is falling! We can bundle her up in her snowsuit and go make snow angels or something.”
“Uh… I don’t know.” Auston’s tone was cautious, his brow furrowing slightly. “She’s still so little, what if she gets cold? Or worse, what if she eats the snow?”
You laughed at the image of Chloe scooping up a handful of snow and sticking it in her mouth. “She’s not going to eat the snow, Auston.”
He let out a nervous laugh. “But what if she does?”
“You’re such a worrywart,” you teased, but you could see the genuine concern in his eyes. Auston was, in every sense of the word, a protective father. And you loved him for it. “She’ll be fine. I’ll make sure she’s warm, and we’ll be outside for like… twenty minutes, tops. It’ll be cute. Trust me.”
Auston glanced at Chloe, who was now trying to grab at his pant leg, her tiny hands reaching up to him. “I don’t know. I’m just not sure she’s ready for the snow… or the cold. It’s pretty cold out there.”
You laughed again and pulled him into a playful hug from behind, resting your chin on his shoulder. “You’re such a softie. She’s tougher than you think. Besides, I know how much you love snow. I’m sure you’ll have just as much fun as she will.”
He sighed, running a hand through his messy hair, and glanced out the window. He looked back at you with a defeated look. “Fine. I’ll do it. But I’m staying with her the whole time. No way I’m letting her out of my sight.”
“Deal,” you agreed, laughing as you let go of him. “You’ll have a blast. I promise.”
Auston stood by the door, holding a bundled-up Chloe in his arms like she was a fragile porcelain doll. The snowsuit you’d found for her was absurdly puffy, making her look like a tiny marshmallow. Auston’s jacket was zipped up to his chin, and he wore a face that screamed “I have no idea what I’m doing.”
You giggled at the sight of him, already in full protective dad mode. “You look like you’re about to go play goalie, not take Chloe out in the snow.”
“Hey, I’m just being careful,” he muttered, his eyes scanning the front yard. “It’s really cold out here.”
You slipped your boots on and grabbed your own coat. “It’s not that bad. You should feel it when we’re actually out on the rink. This is nothing.”
You opened the door and a gust of cold air hit your face, but you didn’t mind. Chloe blinked at the world outside with wide, curious eyes. Auston took one careful step onto the porch, shifting Chloe slightly as if she might fall apart at any second.
You laughed, walking past him. “Come on, Auston, you’re acting like you’ve never been outside in the snow before.”
He followed you hesitantly, keeping Chloe close. “I’ve been outside in the snow. But she hasn’t. And she’s my baby. I need to protect her.”
You bent down and scooped up some snow, forming a tiny snowball in your hand. “Watch this.” With a quick motion, you tossed the snowball gently at Auston’s chest, hitting him with a soft “thud.”
“Hey!” he grinned, clearly more relaxed. “That was supposed to be for Chloe!”
You giggled. “She’s not old enough to throw snowballs yet, but I’m sure she’ll be able to defend herself soon enough.”
Auston laughed, the tension lifting off his shoulders. He lowered Chloe carefully to the ground, keeping one hand on her at all times. Chloe let out a surprised giggle, her tiny hands reaching out to touch the snow for the first time.
“Oh my God, she’s so cute,” Auston said softly, his eyes filled with warmth.
You couldn’t help but agree. Chloe, in her puffy snowsuit, was the epitome of adorable as she bent down and clumsily touched the snow, her little face scrunching up as she felt the cold for the first time.
She looked at both of you like she was waiting for some sort of approval, and then, out of nowhere, she let out a big squeal of laughter.
Auston’s face lit up, and you watched as he knelt down beside her, guiding her hand to make a tiny snowball. “Here, Chlo, you just do this…” he said, showing her how to pack the snow.
You caught the moment on your phone, the soft snowflakes drifting down around them as Auston patiently demonstrated the art of snowball-making to a one-year-old. “She’s going to be a hockey player for sure,” you teased, your heart swelling at the sight of them.
Auston shot you a look. “Not if she decides to play in the NHL and do ballet. She’s going to be multi-talented.”
You laughed. “That’s a lot of pressure for a one-year-old.”
“Well, I’m just saying,” Auston smirked, standing up and brushing the snow off his pants, “she’s got my genes. She’s going to be amazing.”
“Your genes?” you snorted. “Right. The genes that had you tripping over your own feet at eight years old?”
Auston glared at you, a playful smile tugging at his lips. “I was learning. I wasn’t tripping. I was… testing gravity.”
“Uh-huh. Sure,” you teased. “I’m sure gravity wasn’t testing you right back.”
Auston laughed, but his focus quickly shifted back to Chloe, who had, of course, tried to eat the snow.
“No, no, sweetie,” he said gently, pulling the snow out of her mouth with a wince. “Yucky. You don’t eat that.”
You chuckled. “See? You were worried about that.”
“I knew it was going to happen,” Auston replied, shaking his head as Chloe giggled, clearly amused by her father’s frantic concern.
After a few more moments of playing in the snow, Chloe started to shiver slightly, and you quickly scooped her up, heading back inside. Auston followed you, his expression still a little worried.
“Do you think she’s okay?” he asked, reaching to take Chloe from your arms as you kicked off your boots.
“She’s fine, Auston. She had a blast out there. We’re going to warm her up with some hot chocolate.”
“Hot chocolate, huh?” he grinned. “I’ll admit, that sounds pretty good right now.”
You put Chloe down on the couch and wrapped her in a cozy blanket. “I’ve got marshmallows, too. The real treat.”
“Now we’re talking.” Auston plopped down next to you, pulling Chloe into his lap and kissing the top of her head. “Maybe snow days aren’t so bad after all.”
You smiled, watching him and Chloe together, the snow still falling softly outside. “Yeah, maybe not. But you’re still the softest dad I know.”
He looked over at you with a raised eyebrow. “Hey, I’m tough. I just care about my baby.”
“I know, Auston,” you grinned. “And she’s lucky to have you.”
And as you sat there with your little family, sipping your hot chocolate and watching the snowfall, you couldn’t help but feel like you were living the sweetest moments of your life.

“You haven’t even touched your food. What’s going on?” With Auston Mathews ☁️🙈
Drabble Challenge
"You haven't even touched your food. What's going on?"
The thing about stress was that some people overate and some ate nothing at all, you fell into the latter category. Honestly you're not even sure what triggered the overwhelming feeling of uneasiness in your stomach. All you knew was that the chicken parm in front of you did not look appetizing and whatever story Auston was trying to tell you, you had no idea what it was about.
It took all of about three minutes since sitting down and looking across the table from you for Auston to know something was bothering you. But he knew that you liked to collect your thoughts before you came to him, so he was trying to give you time to process whatever was bothering you. But as he continued to watch you not even attempt to cut the chicken in order to eat he sighed deeply, ultimately debating if he should say something now or wait.
The decision to speak up was made when you noticed he had finsihed his meal and you tried to start to clean dinner up.
"Sit down." his words were a command but his voice sounded as if they were testing if they had any real power.
Sighing deeply just craving your bed after a long day you sighed out his name, "Auston."
"No. I said sit down." his voice leaving no room for debate you sat down. Glancing slightly up at him, but deciding that the dirt under your fingernails were more interesting. Auston realized that you weren't gonna grant him with eye contact he tried not to sigh too deeply as he got up and made his way around the table to you. He bent down, resting on the balls of his feet, one of his hands resting on the top of the table for support the other clasping your hand gently.
"baby?" his voice soft and gentle but questioning still.
"hmmm." Felix could feel the tension in the room building and got up form his bed to walk under the table bumping his nose against your leg, showing that even he noticed something was off.
"baby you haven't touched your food. And then you try to clean up when you notice I'm done. What's going on baby?" His voice still soft enough despite being alone in the apartment if someone was sitting next to you they probably wouldn't of heard his words.
Finally turning your head, your met with his big concerned brown eyes. He notices that your eyes are rimmed with what looks like tears trying to spill. "I don't know. It just doesn't look good." you admit shyly.
"Have you eaten today baby?" his voice still soft, you could tell he was nervous but not judgmental.
"no. too stressed." squeezing his hand as you admit that you didn't take too good care of yourself today.
"alright. being stressed and changing your appetite is pretty normal love especially for you. But you have to eat something. I'm gonna voice you to eat that's not healthy. Even if it's junk food what do you wanna eat?"
"Tim Hortons." but your voice cracks as if your asking for permission for him to drive.
"alright baby let's go." A smile breaking out on both of your faces for the first time that night.

Tumblr media
YOU FORCED A SMILE AS Auston pulled you closer into his chest, looking out to the camera's lens, your stomach twisting in anxiety at the sight.
The Leaf's had won the game by a startling 8 points, the whole stadium practically jumping with excitement. You practically feel the excitement from the fans as it reverberated through the air. The roar of the crowd was deafening, blending with the pulsating music and flashing lights of the stadium.
You tried to match Auston's enthusiasm, but underneath the forced smile, a whirlwind of emotions churned within you. Being thrust into the spotlight alongside Auston Matthews, the star player of the Toronto Maple Leafs, was both exhilarating and overwhelming.
As his girlfriend, you were no stranger to the attention that came with dating a professional athlete, but it was harder than people thought. You were just a trophy wife to the fans, his high-school sweetheart ─ to them, you were just Auston's girlfriend, no substance or individuality of your own. People assumed they knew everything about you simply because of your association with him, but the truth was far more complex.
You glanced up Auston, his eyes shining with triumph as he waved to the cheering crowd. Despite the victory, his expression was tinged with something else, something you couldn't quite decipher. Was it relief? Satisfaction? Or perhaps a hint of exhaustion from the intense game?
Lost in your thoughts, you barely noticed the cameras flashing around you, capturing every moment of celebration. But amidst the chaos, Auston's hand found yours, grounding you slightly.
As the crowd's cheers gradually subsided, Auston leaned in close, his voice barely audible over the residual hum of excitement. "Relax,"
You couldn't help but furrow your eyebrows at his words as you swallowed, averting your gaze from your boyfriend. That was all he could manage to say?
You just bit your lip, continuing to smile for the cameras before it was eventually time to leave for the afterparty. The car ride was silent like usual, barely exchanging any small talk before you eventually reached the club they were going to.
Auston opened your door and you wrapped your arm around his as you walked into the club, not even bothering to get in line ─ you were quickly ushered past the velvet ropes by the bouncers, who recognized Auston immediately. The pulsing music and dimly lit ambiance of the club enveloped you as you made your way to the VIP section, surrounded by a sea of faces, each one eager for a glimpse of the hockey star in their midst.
You plastered on a smile, nodding politely at the occasional well-wisher who approached, but inside, your mind was elsewhere. Eventually, Auston left you to go greet some of his friends as you sat at the bar, twirling your straw in your fingers.
That's how it always went ─ pose for the cameras, plaster on a fake smile and then when all the cameras were turned off, Auston's attention was elsewhere. It happened so often, you didn't even manage to be hurt by it anymore, that feeling had faded away long ago.
Sometimes you wonder where it all went wrong, or even if it was wrong.
You'd been with Auston since you were both fifteen years old, you remember the exact moment it had happened. Auston had harboured a crush on you since middle school and he'd been trying to prove himself worthy of you since then, Auston had always loved a challenge, and you were certainly that.
It was fun, and exciting and new all at the same time. When he eventually asked you out, he'd wore you down (but he knew you enjoyed his persistence), you'd accepted the offer with a smirk.
As time went on, your relationship with Auston became a whirlwind of highs and lows, victories and defeats, but always with him at the center of your world. You'd finished your school in Toronto, where he eventually got drafted. You supported him through his hockey career, celebrating every goal, every win, and comforting him through every loss and he did the same with your academic pursuits.
However, it felt different now. As the honeymoon phase had ended slowly, the excitement and the high slowly simmered down into nothing. You both still cared for each other deeply, of that there was no doubt, but it was as if you had grown comfortable, maybe too comfortable.
You found yourself longing for the passion and unpredictability that had defined the early days of your relationship, but it was nowhere to be found. You began to wonder if you had wasted all your youth on a dying relationship, if maybe it wasn't meant to be like everyone had always told you. And yet, the mere thought of breaking up with Auston was almost inconceivable.
After all, you and Auston were the high school sweethearts of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Your relationship was celebrated by fans and media alike, held up as a shining example of young love in the spotlight. The pressure to maintain that image, to live up to the expectations placed upon you, weighed heavily on your shoulders.
You knew if you walked away, you would be crucified ─ you had already been labeled as a gold digger to some, and and leaving Auston would only fuel those rumors further. The thought of and the thought of adding "heartbreaker" to the list of labels attached to your name was almost too much to bear. The scrutiny and judgment from fans, media, and even friends and family would be relentless.
The pressure to maintain the facade of a perfect relationship, even as cracks began to form beneath the surface, felt suffocating. You couldn't help but feel trapped, suffocated by the expectations placed upon you by the public, by the media, and even by Auston himself. He relied on you to be his rock, his constant source of support in a world that often felt chaotic and overwhelming.
How could you possibly abandon him now, when he needed you more than ever?
However, there was one thing ─ or more specifically, person ─ who kept you sane in your world of pressure and expectations.
"Are you good?"
His voice snapped you from your thoughts, your gaze shifting to his blue eyes. His lips were curved into an amused smile and soon, your expression mirrored as he took a seat next to you.
"Hey, Matty." The nickname fell off your tongue so perfectly, so sweetly, you almost tasted it. His gaze lingered on your face as he chuckled, ushering the bartender toward him.
"Hey yourself," Matthew replied, his voice warm and familiar. The tension that had been weighing on your shoulders seemed to ease in his presence, replaced by a sense of ease.
As Matthew ordered a drink from the bartender, you couldn't help but steal a glance at him. His easy smile, his relaxed demeanor ─ everything about him felt like a breath of fresh air in the suffocating world.
"Did you like watching the game?" He asked, his tone amused as you let out a groan. He knew how you felt about hockey, and he never missed an opportunity to tease you about it.
"You know me too well," you replied with a laugh, shaking your head. "I think I'll leave the hockey to you and Auston."
"It'll grow on ya," he responded as he took a sip of his drink. It'd been almost a decade, you're sure it won't grow on you now.
However, it was slightly more bearable now that you had someone other than Auston to cheer for. "Maybe,"
"Hey, wanna go get some actual food? There's a pretty good cafe down the street, I'm craving some waffles." Matthew's voice came out soft as he glanced toward you, a sweet smile playing on his lips.
"Waffles? It's almost one in the morning, you sure they're still open?" You responded, an amused tone in your voice.
Matthew shrugged, his smile widening. "Only one way to find out, right? And even if they're closed, we can always find somewhere else to grab a bite."
You nodded as you quickly downed your drink, feeling the burning sensation go down your throat easily. You put down Auston's card on the table before you followed Matthew out of the bar and into the cool night air. The streets were quiet, the noise of the city faded into the background as the two of you walked side by side.
As you made your way towards the cafe, you couldn't help but steal glances at Matthew out of the corner of your eye. There was something about him, something that made you feel alive in a way you hadn't felt in a long time.
Matthew's hand subtly moved to your hip, pulling you closer to his chest as you felt your breath hitched. You looked up at the younger brunette with a smile, only to met with a cocky smirk. You just scoffed as you shook your head, a nervous laugh leaving your lips.
He squeezed your hip, sending a shiver down your spine as his touch ignited a warmth within you. Despite the coolness of the night air, you felt a heat spreading through your body, fueled by the electricity of his touch.
As you walked together, the distance between you seemed to shrink with each step, until you were practically pressed against each other, the warmth of his body seeping into yours.
Matthew's smirk only widened at your reaction, his eyes twinkling with mischief as he leaned in closer, his breath ghosting over your ear.
"Can't resist me, huh?" he teased, his voice low and husky.
You rolled your eyes playfully, but couldn't suppress the flutter of excitement that danced in your chest at his proximity. "Oh please," you retorted, trying to sound nonchalant despite the rapid beating of your heart.
"How would Auston feel about you gettin' all cozy with me, huh?"
The mention of your boyfriend made you snap your eyes open, sending him a glare. You let out a laugh at his audacity, shaking your head. But as you glanced up at Matthew, his gaze unwavering despite your glare, you couldn't help but feel a sense of recklessness stirring within you.
Maybe it was the late hour, or the adrenaline coursing through your veins, but the idea of breaking free from the constraints of your public image was undeniably tempting.
"Maybe Auston needs a little reminder that he's not the only one who can keep me on my toes," you quipped, a mischievous smile playing on your lips.
Matthew's smirk widened at your words, a flicker of something unreadable passing through his eyes.
"I think I can handle that," he replied, his voice low and husky. You laughed as he kept his gaze on you, his blue eyes never leaving yours. "He'd beat my ass, you know? For getting all close with his girl."
"Do you care?" The question rolled off your tongue with a hint of defiance.
With a shrug of his shoulders, he met your gaze head-on. "Not really," he admitted, his voice steady despite the intensity of the moment. "I mean, he's not all that."
"Oh come on," you laughed as he shrugged again, laughter leaving his lips as well. "Really?"
"Oh absolutely, I can take him." Matthew shrugged as if it was really nothing, as if Auston wasn't the damn captain of his team.
You felt your stomach twist in something you hadn't felt in a while as you bit your lips, the thought of someone fighting for you was very thrilling. Auston never really bothered ─ he always knew he had you in his pocket, forever (in his mind, really) and he'd only gotten relatively jealousy in the early days of your relationship. You were sure that the mere thought of you leaving him had never even crossed him mind, it was as if you were branded by him.
As you walked alongside Matthew, his casual demeanor and confidence in the face of Auston's status as the team captain sent a thrill coursing through you. It was a stark contrast to the complacency you had grown accustomed to in your relationship with Auston ─ the sense that he took you for granted, secure in the knowledge that you would always be by his side, not even realizing he's losing you with each passing moment.
And as the two of you arrived at the cafe, the scent of waffles and coffee enveloping you in a warm embrace, you couldn't help but feel grateful for the unexpected turn the night had taken.
──
Auston's cock drove into you roughly as he pushed your head further into the counter, echoing moans leaving with each deep thrust. Your eyes were shut as his head fell back in pleasure, the feeling your tight cunt bringing him pure bliss.
However, your mind was anywhere but on him. As you shut your eyes, you kept visualizing Matthew's dark features ─ his dark blue eyes, his chiseled jaw and the way he gripped you closely, the way Auston used to. You felt guilty but you couldn't help it, you truly couldn't.
"Oh, fuck." Auston's voice ran out but you quickly drowned it out, letting out your own moans.
You kept imagining it; Matthew's hand instead of his, his cock driving into you instead of his, and especially his sweet and reassuring voice instead of Auston's silence. And instead of you being bent over the edge of your kitchen counter, you were facing his pretty face as he fucked you.
"Oh my god," you didn't even know what you muttering at this point. "Fuck, please, please make me cum," your whines made Auston push your head further into the counter, his thrusts becoming deeper as he panted above you.
The image kept repeating in your mind; Matthew's sweaty face above yours as he fucked into you, his thrusts more meaningful but just as deep.
A few more deep thrusts and you were cumming, hard ─ you were sure that this was the best orgasm you'd had in a while, maybe even ever (that was probably the high talking). Before you could scream Matthew's name, your hand covered your mouth. You were crying out in pure pleasure, not a thought in your pretty little head except for Matthew and his cock.
You weren't sure when Auston had came in you because the next thing you know, his large chest is collapsing on top of your back. His beard scratched your neck as he pulled you out of your fantasy, your stomach twisting in a familiar sense of annoyance. Auston kept pressing prickly kisses on your shoulders and neck as you sighed, pushing up to the counter so he could get off.
Auston pulled out slowly as you winced, feeling the cum drip down your legs as you started thinking straight again. He turned you around for a sloppy, quick kiss before he pulled away with a smile, his hand cupping yours.
"Was it that good, baby?" Auston laughed as he took in your disheveled appearance. "I haven't heard you scream like that in a while, I missed it."
"Yeah," you let out breathlessly as you subtly shifted out of his embrace. "I feel sticky, I'm gonna go shower."
"Great, I'm gonna head to the gym. You makin' dinner?" He called out as you began walking away, that sense of annoyance still in your veins. "I miss your cooking, you know."
"If you were here more often, maybe you wouldn't miss it so much." You didn't mean for your voice to come out so bitter but it did, and it of course didn't go past Auston. "I'll make dinner," you quickly added you turned to meet Auston's irritated expression.
"I thought I fucked all the bitchiness out of you," he spoke with a hint of annoyance, his brows furrowing as he regarded you with frustration.
You bristled at his comment, the resentment simmering beneath the surface threatening to boil over.
"I'm sorry," you replied, your voice tinged with exhaustion. "I guess I'm just tired of feeling like I'm always the one waiting around for you."
Auston's expression softened slightly at your words, a flicker of guilt crossing his features. "I know I haven't been around as much as I should," he admitted, his voice tinged with remorse. "But you know how important hockey is to me."
But what about me? Aren't I supposed to be important, too? "I know. It's okay, I'll make dinner."
"Great, baby. We'll talk when I get home, I love you," Auston's voice came out soft, his words a mixture of reassurance and affection.
But as he leaned in to press a quick kiss to your forehead, you couldn't shake the nagging feeling of dissatisfaction that lingered in the pit of your stomach. You watched as he left the apartment, your legs still shaky from your previous activities that now left you hollow.
After your hot shower, your mind kept lingering to Matthew. His beautiful face and his scent sent you into insanity, almost. With trembling hands, you reached for your towel, wrapping it around your body as you tried to push aside the rush of emotions threatening to overwhelm you.
But no matter how hard you tried to distract yourself, the image of Matthew's smile and the warmth of his touch seemed to haunt you, drawing you in like a moth to a flame.
As you stood in front of the mirror, your reflection stared back at you, a silent witness to the turmoil raging within. You couldn't deny the pull you felt towards Matthew, the way he made you feel alive in a way you hadn't felt in years.
But the thought of betraying Auston, of breaking the vows you had made to him all those years ago, filled you with a sense of guilt and shame. You had built a life together, a life that seemed so perfect on the surface, and the idea of tearing it apart was almost inconceivable.
But was it, really inceivable? Was it really that bad? Was it really so terrible to want something more, something that fulfilled you in a way that Auston never could?
And as you thought about Matthew, about the way he made you feel alive and seen in a way Auston never had, you couldn't help but wonder if maybe, just maybe, there was something more out there for you.
The thought of Matthew made you feel hot again, feeling the familiar sense of desire in the pit of your stomach. You let out a sigh as you fell back on your bed, your head falling back as you shut your eyes and began imagining him. The doubt slowly dissipated to the back of your mind as your hand began sliding down your thighs, down to your folds and to your sore cunt.
You knew your fingers could never fulfil you like Matthew's could've, not to mention his cock. Your head fell back as you reenacted what you thought he would do to you right here, your legs beginning to shake.
"Yes, Matty," you whimpered as you felt tears began to form in the wrinkles of your eyes. "Fuck, fuck, fuck, please."
You could never get enough of Matthew and his beauty, it wasn't just in his physical appearance, though that was undeniable. It was in the way he made you feel alive, the way his presence sparked a fire within you that had long been dormant.
You couldn't get enough of him, couldn't quench the thirst that burned within you for his touch, his affection, his love. He was like a drug, addictive and all-consuming, and no matter how hard you tried to resist, you found yourself craving him more and more with each passing day.
Your fingers began moving deeper and quicker, as you kept drawing closer to the edge faster at the mere thought of Matthew. "Matty, please. Fuck, please," your whines were loud, they echoed through the walls of your room as your back arched.
"I'm cumming, I'm cumming, fuck," you cried out as you came for the second time that night to only the mere thought of Matthew touching you. This was a new-time record, no one has ever made you cum this hard and you managed to do it with just a thought.
Your chest rose and fell with each breath that you took, trying to regain your consciousness. And the more you began to think about the mess that you inherently had created, the less you cared about the outcome. You couldn't spend the rest of your life with someone who you no longer truly loved, the way you did with Matthew.
The thought of continuing on in a loveless marriage, trapped in a cycle of routine and obligation, filled you with a sense of sorrow and anxiety. You wanted to choose yourself, for once in your entire life, you wanted to be selfish.
You wanted him, all of him. His presence, his touch, his love ─ it was like a lifeline in a sea of uncertainty, a beacon of hope in the darkness that surrounded you. And as you lay there, lost in your thoughts, a sense of determination coursed through your veins.
You chose him, no matter how terrible they'd treat you.

featuring: auston matthews x female reader
genre: fluff, suggested smut
summary: Auston has just been named the newest captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs, and while you worry about pulling off a surprise dinner, Auston has his own surprise in store for you
Watching from the front row with Auston’s family, you tried your best to not get emotional. Partially because of not wanting to ruin your makeup, but the other half of you knowing Auston would surely laugh at you for it.
Auston had just been named the newest captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs, which was such an amazing accomplishment for him still so young in his career. John Tavares shook his hand as he presented Auston with the jersey, the two of them posing together before Auston did a few solo shots.
You smiled at him as you clapped along with the crowd, his eyes finding yours as he shot you a wink. His smile was bright as he held the jersey proudly. The news was not something he’d necessarily expected, but he was so honored to accept.
He’d come home from meetings earlier in the week, to which you assumed were standard team business. But as he greeted you in the kitchen asking to sit you down, you had grown nervous that he was delivering some bad news.
-
“Hey baby, smells good.”
Auston kissed your lips as you were preparing lunch. Wrapping his arms around your waist as he rested his head on your shoulder. Watching your hands as they were busy chopping up some veggies for the dish you were making.
“Is it too much to ask you to pause for a quick second? I’ve gotta talk to you.”
You’d dropped the knife almost immediately, his tone of voice catching you off guard as you grew nervous fast. Turning in the grip of his arms to face him you wiped your hands with a towel.
“Is everything okay?”
He softly smiled as he took your hand, leading you to the couch as he sat you down before taking a seat on the coffee table in front of you. His hands held tight to yours as he looked at the floor.
“Auston, baby, hurry up I’m freaking out inside! And lunch is gonna burn!”
He chuckled as he brought your hands to his lips, kissing them both before he finally opened his mouth to speak.
“So, as you know I had several meetings recently with the team, and it’s nothing bad. It’s actually pretty amazing, honestly. And today, they let me know that they are looking to take the organization in a new direction this season. That new direction is gonna start with me.”
Despite him telling you this was good news, it hadn’t yet sounded like anything good. It started to sound like somehow Auston was being traded with the way he chose to phrase this.
“You’re looking at the newest captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs.”
Your jaw fell to the floor as you stared at him, his smile grew from ear to ear as he watched your reaction. The tears subconsciously welled in your eyes as you were overcome with emotion, wanting to scream and run around the house. But also just wanting to hug him tight and never let him go.
“Auston, stop. You’re serious?”
He nodded his head laughing at your disbelief, “yes, hand to god baby.”
“Babe! I’m so proud of you!”
Jumping up from the couch you wrapped your arms around him as he stood up, lifting you off your feet as he hugged you. Your legs wrapping around his waist as you peppered his face with kisses. Auston just laughed at your reaction, carrying you back towards the kitchen as he saw a pot of water boiling on the stove.
“Auston this is amazing! Oh my gosh, we have to celebrate!”
He set you down as he tended to the boiling pot, stirring the water that was tasked with cooking some rice before he turned down the flame.
“Well, not yet. It hasn’t been announced yet. So we have to wait until next week to do any celebrating after the official reveal and announcement by the Leafs.”
You playfully groaned with a roll of your eyes as you wrapped your arms around him, hugging him tight as you were so in awe of him.
“Fine, I guess I’ll wait a week to let everyone know how amazing you are and how proud I am of you. I love you baby, and I’m seriously so fucking proud of you!”
-
Now the day was finally here to celebrate.
As Auston came down from the stage, the press conference now over, he stopped to hug each of his friends and family in the front row. Leaving you for last as he walked up with the biggest smile on his face.
“I told you no crying allowed today, you’re such a softie baby.”
He wrapped his arms around you as he chuckled, his teasing just making you smile as you couldn’t help your emotions. He kissed your lips before taking your hand in his as he continued through the room to greet and thank other familiar faces for coming.
Auston had kept you by his side for the remainder of the post-press conference festivities, his arm wrapped around your waist as his thumb traced circles over the fabric of your dress. You found it hard not to be in awe of him. To know all of these people were there to support him, to support this new chapter of the organization that was starting with him. To know they believed in a future with him as captain, it made you so proud to call him your boyfriend and get to the by his side throughout this new journey.
“You look stunning tonight baby.”
Auston pulled you in for a kiss as the two of you waited for the elevator, the press conference finally coming to an end after much media attention and thank you’s were expressed to the guests.
“And you look so handsome, Mr. Captain.”
You jokingly teased the nickname, still feeling like it wasn’t real as Auston simply rolled his eyes with a smile. Knowing that were surely going to enjoy that nickname a little too much, but he’d get over it.
The two of you took the elevator down to the parking garage, climbing into Auston’s car as he quickly replied to a couple texts before starting it up.
“Where to for dinner babe?”
You hadn’t told Auston but you planned a surprise celebratory dinner at one of his favorite restaurants for his family and closest friends. The secret was not an easy one to keep as he could usually sniff out a surprise from a mile away, and you were worried he had possibly found out from a teammate to ruin it.
“I actually arranged dinner for us tonight, as a little surprise for you.”
Auston looked at you with a smirk before backing out of his parking spot, it wasn’t that he didn’t like you making plans, he just loved being the one to spoil and take care of you so it never ceased to shock him when you did the same for him.
“Really? You arranged dinner? That’s a nice surprise, where to?”
You’d plugged the directions into his GPS for the restaurant, growing nervous that maybe he’d found out from someone about the surprise. Trying not to give Auston any sign that you were nervous as you sat in the passenger seat as his hand rested on your thigh, the only thing keeping you calm.
“Wow, I forgot how beautiful this place is. We haven’t been here in awhile, I’m excited.”
He leaned over giving you a kiss before you exited the vehicle for valet, Auston taking your hand in his as he led you up the small set of stairs to the restaurant. The hostess greeted you as you gave her the name of your reservation, soon following behind as she led you to the private back room.
You could feel your hand beginning to sweat in Auston’s grip, knowing that it wasn’t the end of the world if the surprise flopped, but you wanted to do this special for him.
Pulling him close to you as you approached the doors to the secluded dining room, you took a deep breath, anticipation slowly building to see his reaction to the room of people.
“Here you two are, right in here!”
The hostess beamed with a smile as you two turned the corner, the small group of friends and family instantly cheering as you came into their view. Auston immediately rolling his eyes with a smile, completely caught off guard by the surprise as he looked at you laughing.
“You did this? Baby, you’re amazing. Oh my gosh.”
He pulled you in for a kiss, wrapping his arms around you to be sure and let you feel how appreciative he was for the surprise. His hands cupping your face as he kissed you once more.
“Thank you baby, this is so special. I love you.”
“I love you too, Aus.”
Auston moved to mingle with the group which included his family, a handful of his teammates that were at his press conference, and a few close friends both from the league and from back home.
You took a seat next to Auston’s mom as you finally felt you could relax, a glass of wine immediately in hand as she offered you cheers in congratulations.
“You did it! Now you can relax and enjoy the night.”
A sigh leaving your lips as you nodded in agreement. So thankful that you’d managed to pull off the surprise, despite it being something small and intimate. You watched as Auston greeted his friends that flew into town, a big smile on his face as they all congratulated him on his captaincy. The only word to describe how you felt in the moment was proud, and you wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in the world than by his side.
“Everyone, if I could just take a second of your time before we wrap up the night.”
Auston stood at the front of the room as he gathered the attention of the group, smiling as some of his teammates were chanting for him to make a speech. To which he just playfully shook his head.
“I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for coming tonight, this means so much to me and it was such a pleasant surprise. I’m really excited for this new journey, and honored to be given this opportunity to be captain and I hope I can make the city proud, the fans proud, but also each of you proud so thank you. Lastly, y/n.”
Auston wasn’t an emotional person, but as he looked at you, you swore you saw him getting choked up or teary eyed.
“I don’t know how you pulled this off, mostly because I’m the biggest snoop and always ruin surprises. But this is incredible, and it means so much to me. You have been my rock for so many years, and to know I get to have you by my side as I navigate this new journey, I know that no matter what happens, I’ll be great as long as I’ve got you. So thank you babe, I love you.”
Auston raised a glass to you and the room as everyone reciprocated, all talking a drink together before a final cheer of the room erupted and everyone gathered their things to head out.
You and Auston had stayed to see all of the guests out before leaving, making sure to thank everyone individually once again. Finally heading home after what felt like the longest day, but one you would never forget.
You’d been quiet on the drive, Auston knowing it was a mixture of wine drunk and being tired, so he didn’t bother you much. His hand resting on your thigh as his thumb traced circles over the fabric, a smile on his face as you eventually laced your fingers with this.
“I’m so proud of you baby.”
He chuckled at your somewhat slowed speech from the wine, pulling your hand to his lips as he kissed the back of it. Before resting it on his thigh for the remainder of the drive.
“Thank you, for that, and for tonight. It was amazing, you’re amazing. Tonight was definitely nothing short of amazing.”
The fingernails of your free hand traced up and down his forearm as he pulled into the driveway of your shared home. Parking the car in the driveway before heading over to your door to help you out, but he’d soon realize the wine had certainly kicked your ass tonight.
“Aus, I cannot get out of this car. My heels won’t let me.”
He shook his head as he reached for your hands, helping you out of the car with a chuckle, the reaching back in to grab your bag that was sitting on the floor.
“Seems like someone calmed their nerves with a little red wine tonight huh?”
Pouting your face at him playfully you let out a sigh, doing your best to get yourself into the house on your own as a protest to his joking. Though only making it two steps before stumbling and needing Auston to steady you.
“Gosh baby, falling for me all over again?”
He playfully winked as he helped you regain your composure, laughing as you rolled your eyes at his awful joke.
“Auston Taylour Matthews I swear to-Ah!”
Without warning he scooped you off your feet, earning a slightly shocked yelp from you. A chuckle of embarrassment followed as he carried you inside, taking you into the kitchen where he set you onto the island as he began to work at figuring out the straps on your heels.
“Aus you’re never gonna get them off, just let me.”
“Hush, if I can figure out a bra strap one handed I can get a strap off on a heel.”
You rolled your eyes laughing at his choice of words, watching as he miraculously got the heels off in record time. Tossing them to the side, then resting his hands on either side of your hips as he smiled down at you.
“You were saying?”
He playfully pecked your lips as your fingers played with the chains that were peeking out from under his dress shirt.
“To be honest, you don’t always figure out the bra straps, you’ve definitely just ripped a few bras off of me from time to time.”
Auston rolled his eyes as he discarded his suit jacket, tossing it into the back of the couch before rejoining you in the kitchen.
“Semantics!”
His fingers played with the fabric of your dress at your hips as he placed kisses along your exposed collar bone. His demeanor becomes a bit more timid before you as he wraps his arms around your waist, pulling you into his chest.
Your hands now resting at the back of his neck, fingers playing with his hair as you both just sat in this moment, enjoying the first real opportunity to just be with one another after such a long day.
“Baby?”
“Hmm?”
As you hummed your response, Auston pulled himself from you as he let out a sigh. The look on his face makes you nervous despite your wine buzz that has overtaken you. His expression was one you couldn’t exactly read as he took your hands in his, the anticipation causing your heart to race.
“Aus, what is it? You’re making me nervous!”
You giggled to hopefully calm his nerves, to which he apologized, not trying to scare you. With another sigh, he took your hands in his as he smiled at you.
“I’m just so incredibly thankful for you. For this night, and every night I get with you. Today was such a long day, of course exciting, but also tiring. And to be able to come home and spend moments like this with you, it’s the best thing in the world.”
You wanted to blame the wine for the tears you felt forming, but knew that would be a lie, your emotions always so easy to elicit when it came to Auston.
“Auston, thank you baby. That means so much to me, I’m so thankful to get to do this with you and be by your side.”
He nodded at you as his own tears were now in his eyes, catching you off guard as he was rarely one to cry. Your hands immediately went to his face to wipe his tears, making him laugh as he could barely get any words out.
“I’m okay, I just. I’ve realized over these last few weeks, that you truly are the best thing that’s ever happened to me. You are by my side through the best times, but more importantly the worst times and the toughest times. And in this new chapter, being captain, I have no idea what that will bring for me. But I know that I can’t do any of it without you by my side.”
You were hanging on every last word as he spoke, trying not to ugly cry at the kitchen island as you knew he’d surely poke fun at you for it, but the moment was certainly getting the best of you.
As Auston paused, he opened up the drawer at the counter behind him, taking a deep breath before he turned back to face you. Your eyes immediately searched for what he’d pulled from the drawer.
“Y/n, baby, I know now that you’re my person. I’ve known from the day I met you that you were it for me. You have made me a better man, and I want to continue to be that man for you now and forever. I’m ready to start a new journey with you, to make a promise to love and cherish you forever, to start a family and grow old with you. So, y/n—“
Auston’s arm moved from behind his back to reveal a small black box, with the most amazing ring you’d ever seen. A gasp leaving your lips as you were now certainly ugly crying, but you didn’t care. The emotions overtaking you as you were too stunned to speak.
“Will you marry me?”
Without any hesitation you nodded your head, nervous that if you went to speak you’d say the wrong thing or no words would come out. Auston jokingly confirming with you that you did in fact want to say yes, you simply couldn’t form the words.
He slid the ring on your finger as you could barely hold still, shaking at the sight of the symbol that represented everything he’d just spoken but also so much more.
You immediately pulled him in for a kiss, never wanting to let him go. To stay in this exact moment forever and ever, feeling so in love and on top of the world.
“Oh my god, Auston I can’t believe this!”
You shrieked as you threw your arms around his neck, Auston picking you from the counter as he spun you around. Peopering your face with kisses as he carried you down the hall and towards the staircase to head upstairs.
As he laid you down in bed, you couldn’t stop staring at the ring, earning a sarcastic groan from him as he began to discard his dress shirt. Soon climbing into bed as he hovered over you, peppering your face with kisses before moving down to your neck. His eyes looking up to see you still stealing glances at the ring while you tried to enjoy the moment with Auston.
“Babe, if you can’t stop starting I’m gonna take it away.”
You quickly averted your gaze from your hand, pulling his face up to yours in a kiss that was at first soft and apologetic but soon turned deep and passionate as Auston’s hands snaked up your dress and explored each and every one of your curves. A hand stopping to cup your cheek as he took control of the kiss, his tongue fighting yours for dominance to which you obliged. Smirking against his lips as he slowly pulled away, but not without a playful nibble at your bottom lip.
“I love you Auston Matthews.”
“And I love you, Mrs. Auston Matthews.”

The buzz of laughter and chatter filled the air, blending with the soft strains of holiday music playing in the background. The Toronto Maple Leafs’ annual holiday party was in full swing, complete with an over-the-top Christmas tree, twinkling lights, and, of course, strategically placed mistletoe in nearly every doorway.
You stood near the kitchen bar, swirling a glass of champagne as your gaze flicked across the room. The team was in high spirits, their usual competitive energy swapped for relaxed camaraderie. But your focus wasn’t on the crowd—it was on Auston Matthews. The team’s captain. The host of tonight’s festivities.
He was hard to miss, his tall frame leaning casually against the counter, his dark eyes scanning the room. Every time his gaze lingered on you, your heart skipped a beat. For weeks, an unspoken tension had simmered between you. Lingering glances, light brushes of hands, and playful banter left your cheeks flushed long after he’d walked away. But neither of you had taken that next step.
Tonight though, he looked particularly irresistible in a dark green sweater that clung to his broad shoulders, his usual confident smirk softened by the glow of the Christmas lights.
And as if sensing your thoughts, Auston turned his head, his eyes locking onto yours. The corner of his mouth lifted into a knowing grin, and you felt a wave of heat rise to your cheeks as he decided to make his way in your direction.
“You’re staring,” his deep voice teased as he approached, his presence commanding your attention.
“Maybe I am,” you shot back, your tone light though your pulse quickened. “But don’t let it go to your head, Matthews.”
He chuckled, the sound low and warm, and leaned against the counter beside you. “Too late.”
But before you could respond, a shout erupted from across the room.
“Mistletoe alert!”
Your stomach flipped as you glanced up, and sure enough, a sprig of mistletoe dangled above your heads. A chorus of cheers and whistles erupted from the other players, all eyes on the two of you.
“Well,” Auston drawled, his voice taking on a playful edge as he stepped closer, “rules are rules.”
Your breath caught as Auston stepped into your space, his familiar scent—fresh, woodsy, with a hint of something deeper—enveloping you. His dark eyes sparkled with mischief, though there was something else simmering beneath the surface, something that made your pulse race.
“You could always back out,” you teased, your voice softer now but laced with a challenge.
His grin widened, and he tilted his head, his eyes tracing your face. “You think I’d let you get away with that?”
Before you could reply, his hands slid to your waist, steady but gentle, sending a jolt of electricity through you. The chatter of the room seemed to fade as he leaned in, his breath brushing your cheek before his lips pressed softly against yours.
The kiss started light, almost testing the waters, but the heat between you ignited instantly. His lips were warm and firm, moving against yours with a perfect blend of confidence and tenderness. Your hands found their way to his chest, feeling the solid muscle beneath the soft fabric of his sweater.
The cheers around you grew louder, a few catcalls and exaggerated applause breaking through the haze. You knew you should pull away, laugh it off as a playful holiday moment, but neither of you moved.
Instead, Auston deepened the kiss, his hands tightening slightly on your waist as if anchouring you in place. A quiet hum escaped your throat, and you felt him smile against your lips. When his tongue brushed teasingly against yours, a surge of heat pooled low in your belly, and you couldn’t stop your fingers from curling into the fabric of his sweater, pulling him closer.
“Get a room!” Max Domi shouted, snapping you both out of the moment.
Auston pulled back slightly, his forehead resting against yours as you both caught your breath. His cheeks were flushed, his lips parted and glistening, and he looked at you like you were the only person in the room.
“Maybe we should,” he murmured, low enough that only you could hear.
Your heart raced at the suggestion, but you managed a smirk, trying to regain some composure. “Big talk, Matthews. Are you going to make good on it?”
His grin returned, sharper this time, and his hand slid up your side, brushing the curve of your hip. “Oh, I plan to. Come on.”
Without giving you a chance to respond, Auston’s fingers laced through yours, tugging you toward the back of the house. You barely registered the playful jeers from the team as he guided you down a quiet hallway, the noise of the party fading with each step.
The moment you reached the door to his bedroom, Auston pushed it open with a firm hand, pulling you inside before closing it behind you. His lips were on yours again before you could catch your breath, his hands cupping your face as he backed you against the door.
This kiss wasn’t playful or teasing—it was hungry, all-consuming, as if he’d been holding back for weeks and finally let go. His body pressed against yours, solid and warm, and you couldn’t help the soft moan that escaped as his hands slid down to your thighs, lifting you effortlessly.
Your legs wrapped around his waist instinctively, and he carried you to the edge of the bed, lowering you onto the soft mattress without breaking the kiss. His hands roamed over your body, exploring with a mixture of reverence and urgency, while his lips trailed down your neck, leaving a path of heat in their wake.
“You have no idea how long I’ve wanted this,” he murmured against your skin, his voice rough and full of need.
You tilted your head back, giving him better access as your fingers tangled in his dark hair. “Then stop holding back,” you whispered, your voice breathless.
His answering grin was wicked, and the way his hands and lips worked over you left no doubt that he intended to do just that.
Auston’s lips hovered over yours again, brushing so lightly it was maddening. His breath was warm, teasing, as he paused just long enough to make you ache for him. His fingers traced the curve of your jaw, skimming down the column of your throat, his touch featherlight but purposeful, setting every nerve in your body alight.
“You drive me crazy,” he murmured, his voice low and gravelly, sending a shiver down your spine.
You caught his bottom lip between your teeth, tugging gently before releasing it. “Then do something about it.”
A growl rumbled in his chest, and in a flash, his lips were on yours, demanding and full of heat. He kissed you like he wanted to consume you, like he’d been holding back for far too long and couldn’t anymore. His hands gripped your hips, pulling you flush against him, and you gasped as you felt the hard evidence of his desire pressing into you.
“Auston,” you breathed, the sound barely audible but laced with need.
He seemed to snap at the way you said his name, his kisses becoming hungrier, rougher, as his hands roamed with purpose. One slid under your sweater, fingers spreading wide over your bare skin, the heat of his touch branding you.
“Do you have any idea what you do to me?” he asked, his lips moving to your jawline, then down the side of your neck. He nipped at the sensitive skin there, soothing it with his tongue, and you couldn’t stop the soft moan that escaped.
“Show me,” you challenged, your voice trembling but firm.
Auston pulled back just enough to meet your gaze, his dark eyes burning with intensity. He reached for the hem of your sweater, his fingers brushing against your skin as he pulled it up and over your head. The way his gaze darkened as it swept over your body made your cheeks flush, but the heat pooling low in your belly quickly overtook any hint of shyness.
“You’re fucking perfect,” he said, his voice reverent as his hands slid up your sides, thumbs brushing the curve of your waist.
You tugged at his sweater in response, eager to level the playing field. He chuckled, the sound low and teasing, but he obliged, pulling it off in one swift motion and tossing it to the floor. Your hands immediately roamed over his chest, tracing the hard lines of muscle and the smattering of dark hair that led down to the waistband of his trousers.
Auston’s mouth captured yours again, his kisses urgent as he lowered you onto the bed. His weight settled over you, grounding you, and you arched into him, your bodies aligning in a way that made you ache for more.
His lips left a trail of fire as they moved down your neck, across your collarbone, and lower still. He paused at the lace of your bra, his eyes flicking up to meet yours, seeking permission.
You nodded, your breath catching as his fingers deftly unhooked the clasp. He slid the straps down your arms, his eyes darkening further as he took you in.
“Mmm baby,” he murmured, his lips brushing over the curve of your breast before closing around your nipple, his tongue flicking teasingly.
Your back arched, a soft cry escaping your lips as he lavished attention on you, his hands caressing and kneading in time with his mouth. Every touch, every kiss sent a wave of heat coursing through your body, building an unbearable tension that demanded release.
“Auston, please,” you whispered, the need in your voice making his jaw tighten.
He trailed kisses down your stomach, his fingers hooking into the waistband of your skirt and tugging it down along with your underwear. The cool air brushed your skin, a sharp contrast to the heat radiating from his hands as they explored the newly exposed skin.
“You’re incredible,” he muttered, his lips brushing against your hip as his hands spread your thighs.
Your breath hitched as his mouth found your core, his tongue moving in slow, deliberate circles that made your head fall back against the pillow. His hands gripped your thighs, holding you steady as he worked, the tension inside you coiling tighter with every flick of his tongue, every gentle graze of his teeth.
“Oh my God, Auston,” you gasped, your fingers tangling in his hair, urging him closer.
He groaned against you, the vibration sending a fresh wave of heat through your body. His pace quickened, his tongue and lips working in perfect harmony to push you closer and closer to the edge.
“Come for me,” he murmured, his voice husky and commanding, and it was all you needed.
Your body tensed, and a wave of pure ecstasy crashed over you, leaving you trembling and breathless beneath him. Auston slowed his movements, guiding you through the high until you were left boneless and gasping for air.
He pressed a kiss to your inner thigh before crawling back up your body, his lips capturing yours in a kiss that was both tender and filled with promise.
“You good?” he asked, his voice low and warm, a hint of pride in his tone.
You smiled, your fingers trailing down his chest to the waistband of his pants. “Not done yet,” you replied, your voice teasing but full of intent.
Auston’s grin widened, and as you pushed his trousers down, he leaned in, his voice a low rumble in your ear.
“Good. Because I’m not nearly finished with you.”
Auston’s grin was wicked, his eyes heavy-lidded with desire as he kicked off his trousers and boxers in one smooth motion, revealing every inch of him. You couldn’t stop your eyes from wandering, your breath catching at the sight of him—broad, strong, and entirely ready for you.
He hovered over you, the heat of his body radiating as his lips met yours again, slow and deliberate, sending sparks through your entire being. His weight pressed you into the mattress, grounding you even as your head spun with anticipation.
“Still sure?” he asked softly, his voice thick with restraint, though his body betrayed how much he wanted you.
“Yes,” you breathed without hesitation, your nails dragging lightly over his back.
Auston groaned, capturing your lips in another searing kiss before reaching into the nightstand. He fumbled briefly before pulling out a foil packet, his eyes never leaving yours as he tore it open and rolled the condom on.
“Perfect,” he murmured again, leaning down to kiss you, slow and languid, as if savouring the moment before everything changed.
You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him closer, and he positioned himself at your entrance, pausing just long enough for his eyes to meet yours. The intensity in his gaze sent a shiver through you.
Then, with a slow, steady thrust, he pushed into you, filling you completely. You gasped at the stretch, your fingers digging into his shoulders as your body adjusted to him.
“God, you feel so good,” he muttered, his forehead dropping to yours as he started to move, his hips rocking in a rhythm that was both gentle and utterly consuming.
Every thrust was measured, deliberate, the pressure building with each roll of his hips. His mouth found yours again, his kisses messy and desperate as the pace between you began to quicken.
“Faster,” you pleaded, your voice trembling with need, and Auston obliged, his movements becoming more urgent. The sound of skin against skin filled the room, mingling with your shared breaths and soft moans.
“Mmm, you’re so fucking good for me,” he murmured against your neck, his lips and teeth grazing the sensitive skin there as his hands gripped your hips, holding you in place as he drove deeper.
Your nails raked down his back, and the sound he made—a deep, guttural groan—sent a fresh wave of heat pooling low in your belly. The tension inside you coiled tighter and tighter, each thrust pushing you closer to the edge.
“Auston, I’m so close,” you managed, your voice breaking as your body began to tremble.
His movements became relentless, his hands clenched the sheets beneath you, his lips capturing yours in a kiss that was all-consuming. “Let go for me,” he whispered, his voice rough, and it was all you needed.
Your release crashed over you, your body arching into his as waves of pleasure rolled through you, leaving you gasping and trembling beneath him. And Auston followed just seconds later, his hips stuttering as he buried himself deep inside you, a low, broken moan escaping his lips as he found his own release.
He collapsed onto his forearms, careful not to crush you, and the two of you lay there, your bodies tangled and slick with sweat, your breathing heavy but content.
After a moment, Auston pressed a tender kiss to your forehead, his hand brushing a strand of hair from your face. “You’re amazing,” he said softly, his voice filled with awe.
You smiled, your fingers trailing lightly over his cheek. “You’re not so bad yourself.”
He laughed, the sound warm and genuine, and as he rolled to his side, pulling you into his arms, you couldn’t help but think that this—Auston, you, and the way he held you like you were the most precious thing in the world—was exactly where you were meant to be.

Exactly the Way You Are
Auston Matthews had never been one to care what people thought of him. On the ice, he was ruthless, a powerhouse of skill and precision. Off the ice, he was a little different. A little softer, a little more particular about things like fashion, skincare, or the way he folded his sweaters. And it had never really bothered him before.
Until you.
Because suddenly, he found himself second-guessing. Suddenly, he caught himself hesitating before ordering sushi instead of a steak, before tossing on a designer coat instead of a flannel, before meticulously applying his moisturizer in the morning. Suddenly, he was hyper-aware of every single way he might not measure up to the men you had been with before.
For the first time in his life, a relationship wasn’t just about having fun—it was about you. It was about keeping you. And only two weeks in, he knew. He was in love with you, and he never wanted to let you go.
Which was why the thought of you realizing he might not be enough for you, scared the absolute hell out of him.
Because your exes? They were the kind of men who made Auston feel like he was playing pretend. A soldier, a farmer and a firefighter. Guys who could chop wood with their bare hands and fix an engine without breaking a sweat. Men who probably thought a ten-step skincare routine was some kind of witchcraft and would rather eat raw meat than admit they’d ever used lip balm.
So Auston tried. God, did he try.
He took you to steakhouses, even though he much preferred sushi. He wore rugged flannels—even though he hated how they felt, all stiff and itchy—and made a point of rolling up his sleeves when he was fixing things around the house (which, let’s be honest, usually meant watching a YouTube tutorial for an hour before calling a professional). He threw around words like “torque” and “horsepower,” even though he had no real clue what they meant.
But then, there were moments when he slipped—when the real Auston surfaced, whether he meant to or not. Like when you caught him meticulously folding his sweaters, using a technique he’d picked up from some high-end fashion influencer, just to keep his wool cardigan in pristine condition. Or when he helped you pick out the perfect moisturizer for Toronto’s brutal winter, because after just a month in the cold, your skin always felt like sandpaper. Or when he let out a frustrated sigh after a particularly bad game and you found him later in bed, a lavender sheet mask on his face and an expensive candle burning on the nightstand.
And tonight? Tonight was one of those nights.
You watched as he carefully plated the pasta he’d just made, placing each strand with precision before garnishing it with fresh basil. His brows were slightly furrowed, lips pressed together in concentration—he looked like an artist at work.
“You know,” you mused, leaning against the counter with a smirk, “you don’t have to pretend with me.”
Auston shot you a puzzled look. “Pretend what?”
“That you’re something you’re not.” You reached across the counter, letting your hand gently slide down his forearm. “That you’re this rugged, tough guy all the time. I mean, I love that you try so hard, but Aus…” You tilted your head, offering him a warm smile. “It’s actually really sexy that you care about this kind of stuff.”
His fingers froze over the plate. “What stuff?” He tried to play it off, like he had no idea what you were talking about.
“This.” You gestured to the food, the perfectly pressed shirt he wore, the way his skin practically glowed—thanks to whatever magic serum he used—and the accessories that matched effortlessly with his outfit, right down to the purple beanie perched on his head.
Even if Auston had toned down his fashion choices a bit, trying to seem more traditionally “manly” for you, he still looked perfectly put together. Stylish. And, honestly? Mouthwateringly sexy.
“You take care of yourself. You care about the details. And honestly? That’s peak masculinity to me.”
He let out a breath, running a hand through his hair. “But your exes—”
“They’re my exes for a reason,” you interrupted, stepping around the counter and wrapping your arms around his neck. “I want you, Matty. Believe it or not.”
You could feel the tension in his shoulders, the way he hesitated, like he was waiting for you to take it all back. Like he was still unsure whether the way he was was enough for you.
“I know you use a women’s deodorant just because you love the smell,” you said softly, your voice barely above a whisper. “And I know you put SPF on your face every morning, then secretly reapply it every few hours, thinking I don’t notice.” A small smile played on your lips. “I see you spending hours in the kitchen, making sure everything is perfect, just to do something nice for us. You try to hide those things, like they don’t fit into some idea of what a man is supposed to be.”
You leaned in, pressing your cheek against his chest. “But Matty, I love those things about you. I love that you care, that you pay attention, that you take care of yourself—and us. That’s not something to hide. That’s not less masculine.” Your voice softened, becoming a gentle reassurance. “That’s what makes you, you. And that’s exactly who I want.”
His arms circled your waist, but there was still a hint of hesitation in his touch. “Yeah, but… what if you wake up one day and realize you’d rather be with someone who can actually build you a bookshelf, instead of paying someone else to do it?”
You laughed softly, standing on your toes to plant a kiss on his cheek. “Baby, I’m not looking for a guy who can build a bookshelf—I need someone to build a life with me. And, ideally, someone who knows the difference between La Mer and drugstore moisturizer. Because if I ever get pregnant and can’t use retinol, at least one of us needs to keep my skincare game strong.”
He huffed out a laugh, pulling you closer. “You really don’t want me to start chopping wood in the backyard?”
You grinned, dragging your fingers through his hair. “I mean, you could, just for fun. But let’s be real—you’d spend more time making sure your flannel matched your beanie than actually chopping.”
“Wow.” He pulled back just enough to raise an eyebrow at you. “You’re really coming for me right now.”
“I’m just saying,” you teased, pressing a quick kiss to his lips, “I love you exactly the way you are. No flannel required.”
He exhaled, something in his expression softening. “Yeah?”
“Yeah,” you whispered, pulling him down for another soft kiss. “But for the record, if you ever do grow a full blown beard, I reserve the right to call you Lumberjack Papi.”
Auston groaned. “Oh my God, I hate you.”
“No, you don’t.” You smiled mischievously.
He shook his head with a playful grin before crashing his lips against yours, deeper this time, his hands sliding to your waist as he pulled you even closer. The kiss became more urgent, more desperate, as the world around you seemed to blur. The pasta sat forgotten on the counter, the only thing that mattered was the heat between you.
Later that night, you both found yourselves tangled in the sheets, his head resting against your chest, the warmth of his body pressing into yours like he belonged there. His slow, steady breathing was like a soft rhythm, a lullaby that pulled you into a calm, peaceful quiet. His arm was draped over you, fingers lightly curling into the fabric of your shirt, as if trying to keep you close. You lovingly ran your fingers through his hair, the soft curls brushing against your fingertips as his breath warmed your skin.
His golden tan glowed faintly under the dim light, the perfect contrast to the dark mess of his hair, and every now and then, the faintest shadow of a smile tugged at the corner of his lips. You felt his chest rise and fall with each breath, the steady beat of his heart a comforting presence against yours. His mustache—still that goofy, charming thing—brushed against your skin as he shifted slightly, mumbling something you couldn’t quite make out.
"You look so peaceful when you sleep," you murmured softly, pressing a gentle kiss to the top of his head, feeling his warmth sink deeper into you.
Auston hummed, a soft, contented noise that sounded like a mix between a sigh and a half-chuckle. His grip on you tightened just a little, pulling you in closer as his sleepy eyes flickered open, barely adjusting to the dark. His gaze was hazy, unfocused, the deep brown of his eyes soft and distant, as if he was still caught in the in-between of sleep and wakefulness.
"'S’cause of you," he mumbled in that thick, sleepy voice of his, barely more than a whisper. "Always you. Don’ ever wanna let you go, babe."
Your heart skipped a beat, a gentle ache blossoming in your chest. It wasn’t even intentional, the way he said it—his words muffled by sleep, heavy with the warmth of his affection, like a confession he didn’t even realize he was sharing.
"You’re not even awake right now," you teased gently, your fingers grazing over his jawline.
He huffed a little, a sleepy laugh escaping him, and his arms tightened around you instinctively, pulling you closer, like he wanted to make sure you were right there. His face nuzzled into your chest, his nose brushing against your skin, and he sighed deeply, like the world could melt away as long as he stayed wrapped up in you.
As you lay there, his warmth surrounding you, everything else felt so distant. There were no worries, no doubts—just the steady beat of his heart against yours. He was exactly what you needed—his quiet strength, the little ways he cared for you, the way he made you feel safe even in the simplest moments. It was those small, real things that mattered most.
In his arms, there was no pressure to be anything other than what you were. Just him—Auston. The guy who could make you laugh, who made you feel seen and heard, and most importantly, who made you feel loved.
And as you drifted off to sleep, tangled in him, you just knew. He was yours. Forever.

"You're welcome to stay the night, Y|N. I don't think the storm's going to pass anytime soon, but it's up to you."
You were sitting cross-legged on the sofa, scrolling through your phone at pictures that you had taken from tonight's game. You hadn't even taken into account the storm raging outside Auston's house until he had said something about it. Sure, you had heard the booming thunder, but it was comforting background noise, and you were also reviewing videos you had taken of Auston, so your mind was obviously elsewhere.
"What, sorry?"
Your expression made him smile, like he had caught you doing something you shouldn't have. "Whatcha doing over there?"
"Absolutely nothing! Definitely not cringing at the amount of space you're taking up in my gallery!"
"Oh, is that so?" His smirk was dangerous as he crossed the room to you, wasting no time pinning you against the sofa. "You wanna show me?"
You were laughing, feigning helplessness against him laying over you like he was. "Show you what?"
"Uh-huh, right!" Playfully, he tried to take your phone from you, but you pressed it against your chest. "Saving them for later, are we?"
You blushed, even though he wasn't right. It was the mere implication of what you were going to do with them that made you embarrassed. "Pfft! No!"
"Riiiight," he teased, pulling himself off of you, leaving you laying there, still giggling.
"What did you say though?" You asked, finally dragging yourself back to a seated position. "I honestly didn't hear you."
"I asked you if you wanted to stay because of the storm.”
You were slightly taken aback by what Auston had proposed. Not in a bad way, but that he didn't mind having you stay. "You don't care?"
"Of course not. I don't really want you out in this shit."
"Or you don't want to take me home in it?"
Auston gave you a side-eye before he cracked, "Hey now, I didn't say that!"
You'd wink as a reply, “I don't want to get out in either, so if you don't mind me staying, I wouldn't say no."
“You’re more than welcome to. Now, I don’t think any of my sweats would fit you,” he laughed. “But I’m sure I’ve a t-shirt you could wear.”
“Oh, okay, thanks.”
Auston gave you a soft smile after seeing you yawn, “You wanna go upstairs?”
“Yes, please.!”
Auston would wait until you got up to move, “Not I’m curious how you’d look in my pants. Let me clarify what I said earlier.”
You snorted, “That’s quite the thought! I could probably get both of my legs in one pant leg!”
“Heh, you probably could!”
- - -
Upstairs, you’d sit on the edge of his king-sized bed, legs swinging while he took an extended amount of time just looking for a t-shirt. You had no idea what was taking him so long, unless he was looking for one that wasn’t from a designer brand, to which you couldn’t blame him. Auston was the first guy you’d ever be with who cared so much for his appearance and how he styled himself. It was refreshing and fun to have someone who enjoyed fashion and things like that, though sometimes you felt like you always had to match his energy or else you felt frumpy and out of place.
“Here, I think this one should work.” He said as he handed you the purple shirt. “If you’re not warm enough I’ve long sleeves and hoodies.”
“I’m sure this is fine. Thanks!” After thanking him, you’d slip into his ensuite bathroom and change your clothes.
You had to keep yourself from laughing, seeing yourself in the large mirror. The hem of the shirt was at your knees, and the intended short sleeves were now past your elbows. The whole time you were folding your clothes, you were trying to muster the courage to go back into the bedroom. For whatever reason, you felt embarrassed by how you looked, even though it was just to sleep in -- this wasn’t clubwear. Eventually, you’d shuffle back into the bedroom, yearning for sleep. When you got back into the room, you’d find Auston not there. You weren’t sure where he had gone, so you just kind of stood there, rocking back and forth on your feet until he came back.
“My god, you’re adorable,” Auston said, wandering back in from his walk-in closet, which took you by surprise.
“Oh?”
“You look so little,” he laughed, stepping up to you. “It’s a cute look. I wouldn’t be upset if you ‘borrowed’ a few things of mine if you look that cute wearing them.”
“Ha, like borrowed without the intent of giving the back?!”
“Pretty much that, yeah,” his smirk flashed deviousness before it softened. “C’mon, I’ve kept you up long enough. Do you want to stay in here with me, or one of the guest rooms?”
You looked at Auston softly, “I’ll stay with you.”
He smiled upon hearing your quiet voice, “I’ll warn you: if I get you in my arms, I won’t let go until the morning.”

Your Throne Awaits (Kinktober)

Auston Matthews, a professional hockey player, woke up leisurely on a comfortable king-sized bed, his arm instinctively seeking out the form beside him. A smile tugged at his lips as he found you in his sleepy state, his longtime girlfriend, still asleep, your soft breaths mixing with the early morning silence. The sun streamed through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. He shifted closer to you, wrapping his arm around your waist and pulling closer to him. You slowly opened your eyes, feeling the warmth of Auston's body against yours. You smiled sleepily, turning towards him and snuggling into his embrace. "Good morning…" You murmured softly, your voice still thick with sleep. Your fingers traced lazy patterns along his bare chest, enjoying the feel of his skin under your touch. "Good morning, beautiful," Auston murmured, his deep voice filled with affection. He leaned down, capturing your lips in a slow, sensual kiss that sent shivers down your spine. His hand slid lower, caressing the curve of your hip before settling on the small of your back, pressing your bodies flush together. Auston pulled away slightly, his blue eyes darkening with desire as he gazed at you. "I could get used to waking up like this every day," he whispered, his thumb brushing over your lower lip teasingly.
You giggled, a playful sparkle in your eye as you returned his gaze. "Well, I hope so," You said with a mischievous grin, your hands wandering further south, tracing the lines of his toned abs. "Because I plan on keeping you around for a long time." You pushed yourself up onto your elbows, looking down at him with a sultry expression. Your hair fell around your shoulders in messy waves, adding to the allure of the moment. Auston let out a low chuckle, his hands moving to cup your face gently. "And I have no intention of leaving," he assured you, his voice a mix of sincerity and lust. He tilted your head back slightly, planting another heated kiss on your neck, right where it met your shoulder. His hands moved from your face to your breasts, palming them appreciatively as he began to knead your flesh, his thumbs circling over your nipples until they hardened under his touch. A soft moan escaped your lips as Auston's skilled hands worked their magic on your sensitive breasts. You arched your back, pushing your chest further into his grasp, craving more of his touch. Your own hands roamed over his muscular torso, exploring every inch of him as if you hadn't done so a thousand times before. You felt a familiar heat building between your thighs, a sign that you were ready for more than just tender morning kisses. With a seductive smile, you rolled onto your back, drawing Auston on top of you. "Show me what else you've got planned for today," you purred, your legs parting invitingly as you awaited his next move.
Auston grinned down at you, his eyes alight with desire as he positioned himself between your spread thighs. His hands traveled down your sides, skimming over your hips before gripping your thighs firmly. He leaned forward, his mouth descending upon one of your nipples, taking it into his mouth and sucking gently. His tongue swirled around the hard nub, sending jolts of pleasure straight to your core. One of his hands left your thigh to slide between your folds, finding your wetness without hesitation. His finger slipped inside you, curving upward to stroke that spot that made your entire body quiver with need. "I've got an idea on how to pamper my favorite girl." The sensation of Auston's finger inside you was enough to make your toes curl. You threw your head back, exposing the length of your neck, which you knew he loved to kiss. "Mmm… keep going," You breathed out, your voice laced with arousal. Your hands found their way to his hair, tangling in the strands as you held him close to your breast. You rocked your hips against his hand, encouraging him to delve deeper, to explore every inch of your inner walls. Auston added a second finger, scissoring them inside you as he pumped them in and out at a steady pace. His thumb found your clit, rubbing it in circular motions that had you seeing stars. He lavished attention on your nipple with his mouth, alternating between sucking and flicking it with his tongue. As he felt you getting closer to your climax, he withdrew his fingers, leaving you empty and aching for more. He rose up on his knees, positioning himself onto his back again before he tugged you close as he grinned up at you with a mischievous spark in his eyes.
You didn't hesitate, climbing onto Auston's body and straddling his face eagerly. You grasped his hair, guiding his mouth to your dripping center. As soon as his tongue touched you, you let out a loud moan, your hips rocking forward to meet his ministrations. Auston devoured you hungrily, his tongue probing deep inside you while his nose rubbed against your clit, sending shockwaves of pleasure through your body. You rode his face with abandon, lost in the ecstasy of his oral skills. Just when you thought you couldn't take anymore, Auston sucked hard on your clit. Auston gripped your ass tightly, holding you in place as he licked and suckled your sensitive nub. He could feel your thighs trembling, knowing you were close to your peak. He slipped two fingers back inside you, pumping vigorously as he continued his assault on your clit. The combination of sensations proved too much, and you shattered above him, your orgasm crashing over you in intense waves. Auston lapped at your essence, prolonging your pleasure until the last tremor subsided. "You're so fucking sexy when you come undone," he growled, "I need to taste you again." Your body was still shaking from your climax as you tried to catch your breath. But the look in Auston's eyes told you there was more to come. You lowered yourself back onto his face, spreading your legs wide as you allowed him full access to your throbbing pussy. His tongue delved into you once more, swirling and flicking with expert precision. You moaned loudly, each sound echoing off the walls of your bedroom. Your hands clenched into fists, your nails digging into the sheets beneath you. You could tell by the way Auston was devouring you that he wanted you just as badly as you wanted him.
Your hips started to grind against Auston's face, riding his tongue and fingers with a rhythm all your own. Each movement sent sparks of pleasure shooting through your body, making you even more desperate for release. You reached down, grabbing hold of his hair and guiding his movements, ensuring he hit every spot that drove you crazy. You were teetering on the edge once again, your whole body tensed in anticipation of your impending orgasm. "Auston!" You cried out his name, your voice laced with raw need. Auston doubled his efforts, sucking harder on your clit as he thrust his fingers deep inside you. He could feel your muscles clenching around him, signaling your impending climax. "Let go, baby," he urged, his breath hot against your sensitive flesh. "Come all over my face." With those words, you tumbled over the edge, your orgasm ripping through you with the force of a hurricane. You screamed Auston's name, your body convulsing as wave after wave of pleasure crashed over you. Auston lapped at your essence, drinking in every drop as he prolonged your ecstasy. Finally, he gentled his touch, licking you clean as you slowly came down from your high. He looked up at you with a satisfied smirk, his face glistening with your juices. "You're insatiable, you know that?" As the aftershocks of your orgasm faded away, you collapsed onto Auston's chest, panting heavily. You ran your fingers through his hair, brushing it back from his forehead. "And you love every minute of it," You replied with a satisfied giggle. You lifted your head to capture his lips in a passionate kiss, tasting yourself on his tongue. You pulled back slightly, grinning at him with a glint of mischief in your eyes. "Your turn now," You whispered, sliding down his body until you were kneeling between his legs.
After a few moments, he lifted his head, grinning up at you with satisfaction. "Morning sex is always the best," he teased, his voice husky with arousal. Auston watched you with hooded eyes as you settled between his legs, his cock standing at attention, begging for your touch. He bit his lower lip, anticipating the feeling of your mouth on him. "I'm all yours, baby," he said huskily, his voice thick with desire. He reached down, running his fingers through your hair, urging you closer to his aching member. "Well then, I guess we better not waste any more time." You leaned down, your warm breath ghosting over the sensitive tip before taking it into your mouth. The taste was intoxicating, and you savored it, letting your tongue swirl around the head before taking more of Auston into your mouth. Your hands moved to grip Auston’s hips, holding onto him as you began to move, setting a rhythm that had you both moaning in pleasure. Auston let out a low groan, his back arching off the bed as he felt the warmth of your mouth enveloping him. His fingers tightened in your hair, guiding you deeper, reveling in the sensation of being completely under your control. "Fuck, just like that…" he breathed out, his voice strained with need. His other hand trailed down to cup your ass, giving it a firm squeeze as he pulled you even closer to him. You continued to suck Auston's cock, your lips sliding along the shaft as your tongue swirled around the head. You could feel his heartbeat pounding in his cock, matching the rhythm of your own. Your hands gripped his hips tightly as you bobbed your head up and down, taking him deeper each time. You could hear Auston's ragged breathing and the soft sounds he made as you pleasured him.
Auston's moans grew louder, more urgent, as you worked him over with your talented mouth. His hips started to buck up to meet your movements, seeking more friction, and more pressure. "Oh god, baby… I'm getting close," he warned, his words punctuated by sharp intakes of breath. His fingers were now tangled in your hair, tugging gently but insistently, urging you to take him faster, harder. The room filled with the lewd sound of flesh meeting flesh and Auston's increasing desperation. Feeling Auston's growing urgency, you quickened your pace, sucking harder and faster. You took him deep your throat constricting around his throbbing length as you hollowed your cheeks. Your hands slid from his hips to cradle his balls, rolling them gently as you looked up at him through half-lidded eyes. "Come on, handsome," you murmured against his skin, your voice muffled by his girth. "Let me taste how much you want me." Auston's entire body tensed, his toes curling as he teetered on the edge of release. "Fuck…" he gasped, his voice breaking as he felt the familiar rush of orgasm building at the base of his spine. With a final, desperate tug of your hair, he surrendered to the sensations, his seed spilling hotly into your welcoming mouth. His cries echoed through the room, raw and unrestrained, as he rode out wave after wave of pleasure, riding the high of your skilled ministrations. You swallowed every drop of Auston's release, savoring the salty flavor and the primal satisfaction of bringing him such intense pleasure. As he slowly came down from his high, you released his spent cock from your mouth with a soft pop. You licked your lips, smacking them together in appreciation. "Mmm, delicious," you purred, looking up at him with a satisfied grin. You crawled up his body, pressing kisses along his chest and neck as you went. "How was that, babe?" you asked, nuzzling into the crook of his shoulder. "Did I make you feel good?"
Auston lay there panting, a dazed smile spreading across his face as he basked in the afterglow of your expert blowjob. "You're incredible," he whispered, his voice still shaky from the intensity of his climax. He pulled you up for a kiss, tasting himself on your lips, a thrill running through him at the thought. "But don't think this means I'm done with you yet," he teased, his hands roaming over your body, eager to return the favor and bring you to your own peak of pleasure.
