Grey's 21x04

42 minutes with a whole lot of nothing. I already hardly care about most characters left on this show anymore (which is almost as bad as getting annoyed by them), but they also keep coming with none-storylines we've seen over and over again. Ben starting over for the third time (didn't need him back in the first place, but if so anyway I'd much rather seen him as the gasman again), Teddy and Owen never having time for each other blahblahblah (remember when Teddy was just a kickass heart surgeon?), Link and Jo and babies - as if the first two haven't made them boring enough already. Levi's new boo is charming (married or not), but the whole thing is just a set-up to have Levi sail into the sunset. And I can really do without Simone and Lucas in general (oh and Lexie is not his aunt; only Mer is, and just by marriage).

But that one little moment when Jules went to sit with Mika's sister to hold her hand really got me. So there's that.

Random Grey's Anatomy Opinions (Part Three)

Even without the issue of them being step-siblings, Jackson and Maggie's romance was really awful because they were both just complete dicks to each other during the relationship and long after it ended.

I was disappointed when Link and Amelia broke up because they were really wholesome and adorable, but ultimately, I found it rewarding because Amelia's best relationship was with Kai.

Meredith naming her third kid Ellis was a stupid writing decision because while her mother may have been a complicated woman who had mental health issues, she was also the woman who constantly broke down Meredith and was so verbally and emotionally abusive to her.

Amelia's friendship with Richard was a really interesting one because they were both mentors to each other at various points.

Derek was often overly critical of people, but he was 100% right to be angry at Meredith for deliberately tampering with the clinical trial and endangering Zola's adoption.

The Post-It Note wedding was fun and I wish the show had done more unique wedding things with their other couples (I know they did the Bar wedding and the ferry boat wedding, but I mean something more unique than locations).

The Webber Method was always a bad idea, and Bailey was the only one who recognized it, showcasing how she was a good chief (despite what some fans may say).

Cristina not getting a Catherine Fox award, but Meredith getting one is still irritating to me because she was the best doctor out of her entire class.

Despite being the oldest characters, Richard and Catherine were oftentimes the most immature characters.

I liked Schmitt a decent amount, but his relationship with Nico was just not that compelling because they had drama after drama with very, very, very brief moments of happiness.
