The girls were smiling big as they walked out of the jewelry store after checking the time to see that you would be landing at the airport in two hours from your trip to Virginia to visit your aunt and uncle. You had been going through a hard time with working while grieving your grandma's passing, the girls knew how much your grandma meant to you and seeing you completely numb and depressed over the past two weeks despite their support and trying to help you through each day as they became a blur of working and being at home after her funeral leading to you taking a break from work to visit your aunt and uncle for a few weeks while the girls trained and decided to surprise you by not only getting you some of your favorite things such as bath bombs, ferro roches, incense, and face masks but also found and took your grandma's ruby jewelry to a jewelry store to get it polished. They knew the story behind you having the gem since your grandma collected them and always called you her shining ruby, Billie saw a beautiful pink chain while at the shop and knew that they had to put the gem on the chain so you could wear it rather than keeping it in your pocket or a drawer so that you wouldn't risk losing it and they felt over the moon when they went to the store and saw the shiny red gem on the light pink chain before it was put in a purple pouch before they were off to the airport as you landed and grabbed your luggage feeling refreshed for the first time in four weeks and the girls couldn't help the joy that washed over them seeing you smile and squeal when you hugged them before all of you had lunch at a sandwich shop and went home. All your favorite things were spread on the bed which melted your heart but you weren't ready for what would be next, you were putty laying on the bed after using a face mask and taking a warm bubble bath with a bath bomb as the scent of rain water flows throughout the room looking up at billie while she ran her hands through your hair when Athena holds the necklace over you as the ruby reflected in the sunlight, tears formed in your eyes seeing it around your neck in the mirror while looking at the picture of your grandma you had tucked in the corner with the ruby in her hands feeling peace that you had a piece of her that you could carry with you.
