Quick question for our dear vampire before i go to class Have you been able to catch up most of the thing you missed in 123 years? I mean, a lot of things happened, it must be a mess no? Thank you🖤
I apologise for taking so very long to respond, author also had a class and would not grant me use of her phone.
Unfortunately, I have heard of the horrors that occurred during the 123 years I was asleep, namely two wars in less than 50 years. How devatstating for your kind.
I am still trying my hardest to catch up and have managed to read my way to around the 1940s currently. This Captain America fellow seems interesting, I wonder how his blood would taste having been contaminated with a serum? The elegance of the ladies of the 40s also has me intrigued. I wonder what else humanity got up to while I wasn’t here.
Thank you for your question, darling. I hope you paid attention and worked hard in your class 🧛🏻♂️🖤 knowledge is power, after all.

Dear Count, I must admit I am quite curious about how you were turned. Was it some primordial being like nosferatu, or did it just occur? If this is the case, surely this answers the question of whether there is a deity or not in the world. P.S. Sending much love and blood if you should so require 💚💚💚
Good morning, darling.
This is a very good question and I am surprised more people do not inquire as to this part of my life. I suspect my reply to this shall be lengthy, and author has asked me to advise you to take a seat with a beverage.
As you may have been informed by the late Dr. Van Helsing, my bloodline consisted very strongly of warriors and warlords who were mostly killed in battle. Had you read her notes that she constructed shortly before her departure, you would have noticed a large emphasis on my unwillingness to succumb to the finity of life. Call it cowardly if you will.
During one such battle, my resistance to partake in such a risk of such death captivated a gentleman who promised me an eternity of life should I succumb to battle wounds. He came from the shadows and disappeared as quickly as he had appeared to bestow his promise to me.
As you may have already guessed, I was thusly cursed by the gentleman. It was then that I was taken to Transylvania in order to learn about my “condition”, shall we call it? I simply didn’t leave. So, to be more specific, it was much like a being such as Count Orlok in Nosferatu. Though, I did have no prior connection to him before I was turned. Vampires have existed for almost as long as humanity itself, and the very existence of our kind makes me believe there is no such deity. It is a comfort mortals invent in order to ease the fear of their certain doom.
I was, in short, turned by another vampire, who was most likely turned that way. However, I believe my utter disgust towards death itself made me into the best of the bunch 😉
Thank you for asking, my dear, I shall look forwards to further correspondence 🖤🧛🏻♂️

Hello Drac! I was wondering how did you feel when you were, well "dead"? I mean how was your near death experience? Have you ever fallen in love before? Sorry I have too many question just a big fan of yours... 😳
Why hello there, beautiful.
Now, that is a very good question. My near death experience was interesting to say the least. Imagine that you are floating in a body of water, completely able to breath - all of your senses are rendered almost useless and you can make sense of very little. In a way, I was still conscious, but not much. Luckily, it was not like our dearest Lucy Westenra. I was not trapped inside my body, thank goodness. My entire being was taken to what I suspect was a purgatory while my physical self recovered.
Have I ever fallen in love before? You will have to be more specific. When I was a human, there was this one sweet maiden whom I was very fond of, it was very close to that affection. As my current self, only when I met [First]. I will say that with 100% confidence. But do not disclose this information to her, she will use it to her advantage. She unfortunately believes my adoration used to project onto Sister Agatha, however that is simply untrue.
Thank you, my dearest friend for asking such a wonderful abundance of questions. And I must assure you that I am also a fan of yours 😉🧛♂️

Count Dracula, What does your blood taste like? Have you fed it to someone before? Not asking in a sexual way, honestly curious. Sincerely, Festering Queen
Good evening, your majesty (if I may, of course, address you as such).
I have never been so curious as to taste my own blood, though I suppose it would taste just the same as anyone else’s. I also have never thought to feed it to someone - unless you consider Dr. Van Helsing drinking my blood sample.
It is something that I will most definitely think about, now.
Thank you for asking 🖤🧛🏻♂️

If that is the case, we are Transylvania-bound. But, my, oh, my aren’t you just a hopeless romantic? I assure you, you shall not leave my side. It will be ensured and enforced more with more vigour than any law in any land. You belong to me now 😉🧛🏻♂️
I must also confess in this correspondence that I adamantly adore the nickname. If only I had one for you...

Hello Count Dracula! Huge fan here of you and your lovely author (Or is it mun? I can't remember what it's called) and after lurking on your page for a while I finally have a question that I hope haven't been answered already or seen as boring. After debunking a few vampire lore with the help of Zoe have you explored anything else? Like drinking holy water or crossing over a running stream? What about garlic? I'm not a fan of it myself but what do you think? Hope to hear from you soon! Love,Brit
Hello my dearest Brit.
Your question is most definitely not a boring as you already said. Debunking vampire lore was definitely something I got up to with Zoe. Holy water - or anything holy for that fact - simply does not bode well for a vampire. I suppose it has something to do with the unholiness of such a being. We tried it on skin first, Zoe did not want to accidentally kill me. It burnt the flesh in an instant, so we stay away from it.
Water was able to be debunked. I’m guessing an old vampire just had a phobia of the water, which lead to the creation of such lore. I can assure you that crossing over a body of water will not prevent me from getting to you anymore.
Garlic was another debunked lore by Van Helsing. Apparently the lore originated in Egypt where is was meant to have healing powers and ward of supernatural evils (such as yours truly), and it grew from there, interestingly enough in Romania. It seems that the herb just has a bad smell (my thoughts on it, anyhow).
If you are interested, we also conducted research into mirrors. It seems that they are much more difficult to understand than once thought.
Thank you for asking, darling 🖤🧛🏻♂️ come talk again soon

I'm free for 10 minutes, so I'm going to ask a question again (even though I feel like I write a lot, sorry). Speaking of your past, when did you start wanting some company? And more precisely, when did you start getting your "brides" ? Thank you🖤
Don’t apologise, I enjoy our correspondence very much.
Honestly, it must’ve been around 50 years after I was turned. Before that time, I was simply content on feeding. Part of myself was ashamed at what I had become, but as many people who knew me as the human that I once was had died off, I started to get a little greedy, I must confess, at wanting a little company. It is in our deepest genetics to be sociable with one another, after all.
I started making my brides not too much longer after that. It felt fitting to try and procreate, simply so that I would have someone to spend the rest of eternity with. It seems that fate - or perhaps nature - would not allow such sacrilege. Vampires are unnatural and the human body is sacred thing.
You are most certainly welcome 🖤🖤🧛🏻♂️

Hey Draccyboi, what human quirk do you find the most intriguing/adorable? Could be in general or something specific 🖤 Much love, doll ;)
Hello there, doll (if I may have the permission to call you that, of course).
I find most human quirks simply adorable. One that I was very intrigued to find out about was that people will only have their televisions set to an even number for the volume. It seems many people find odd numbers offensive, which truly amuses me.
Also, it’s not necessarily a quirk, but I find it simply charming when people truly believe in suspicions, such as the old wives tale of the magpies (one for sorrow, two for joy). As if seeing a certain number of a species would have any bearing on your luck for the day! Very, very, intriguing.
Thank you so very much for the question, feel free to ask me as many more as you wish 🖤🧛🏻♂️🖤

Dear draccyboi, just one question for you : What was your first reaction when you first came back to life? Ya see I'm quite curious about your past life Thank you🖤
Why hello there, darling.
Now, this is a good question. When I first came back to life, it had been the night after I had died. Unfortunately , it is quite hazy, as I was very much driven by my bloodlust. Once I was fully satisfied, I must admit the most severe confusion overcame me. One does not expect to resurrect after death, and there were many changes. I hated the way I could no longer feel my heart beating, and that my lungs now possessed no purpose. It was just a tad frightening.
As you can tell, I’ve grown rather accustomed to it now.
Thank you for your wonderful question, and you are most welcome to continue to inquire into my past 🧛🏻♂️🖤

Hello Count! How does it feel like to finally be able to stay under the sun after centuries? Have you seen the sunrise yet?
Why hello, darling!
I must admit, first seeing the sun was euphoric. When you crave something for quite literally hundreds of years, attaining it is an indescribable feat. I love the way it feels against my skin, I feel almost human.
Unfortunately, I have yet to see sunrise or sunset, and my memories from my human days are all too distorted to truly remember the glory of those moments. I suppose I have been a little distracted as of lately to truly decide to appreciate a sunrise.
Thank you for your questions, I look forward to hearing from you again🧛🏻♂️🧛🏻♂️

Hello again lovely♥ Author... Chapter 29, especially the beautiful dream of Dracyboi, WOW.😍 This is a massive thank you because my week is stressfulaf. My only stress relievers are your fics, my dog, and the ukulele I want to ask, both you and Dracula how is your day? What does Dracula think of dogs?(MyDog'sAShihtzu). If given the chance would Dracula learn how to play the ukulele or any instrument? If Drac wants to learn I could teach him😊 Lovely talking to you again💛 Much love, Althea xx
Hello Althea! I’m glad to hear that you liked ch29💖💖💜💖 Also it literally melts my heart knowing my fics are helping you de-stress. My day’s been not too good, I’m afraid. I was super late and missed my first lecture so now I’ve got to wait 4 hours for my next one 😬 I went shopping and bought some new pyjamas, though! Also, I’m going to need pictures of your doggo. I will trade you pictures of my own pupper - he’s an English Springer Spaniel.
~^DraccyBoi^~
I certainly adore dogs! They are the best companion. And as for instruments, I can play a few, though I would like to learn a few more. The violin looks quite interesting ...

Hi, Count Dracula! My name is Ela and I’m currently under loads of stress and pressure to just catch up with school work as well as be extremely good at it. Sometimes, it just really drains you (no pun intended), you know? Since you’ve lived for so long, I wanted to ask how you manage to keep calm in situations that would normally make someone feel anxious or disappointed in themselves?
Hello there, Ela, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I would like to apologise for my delayed reply, though.
I hope that you are feeling much better today, darling, and if not I hope that my words will be able to help you find ease to your stress. Being so old comes with a lot of remedies to your stress. Some of my most used have been the following.
Deep breaths. Although it isn’t needed for me, it both physically and mentally relaxes your body. In for 3, hold for 3, out for 3, hold for 3 and repeat. You will need end up needed all of your focus on it and it will calm your racing heart.
If you are worrying late at night, you need to simply reassure yourself of one thing: it is too late to do anything now, calm down, and it can and will be fixed tomorrow. If you are anything like author (leaving your assignments to the last moment), make sure to keep yourself full, hydrated and well rested. Otherwise your brain simply will not cooperate with you.
Taking frequent breaks form things that stress you out help to firstly break it down in to manageable chunks, but also helps for you to get rid of the building stress. I often find myself taking small breaks with many tasks I complete.
Homework doesn’t need to be stressful. I know that there is a pressure of deadlines and not upsetting your teacher, and author has asked me to advise you to do it as quickly as you can. Whatever awaits on your social media can wait. And don’t worry if you don’t understand it! Only do what you can finish. The point of homework is to see what you do know, so that your teacher can help with the bits you don’t.
I hope that my words will be able to help ease your mind and good luck with all of your future school work.
I look forward to hearing from you again, Ela 🖤🧛🏻♂️

Good afternoon count, I was just wondering if your hair grows (as you are dead) and how you keep it looking so good.
Why hello ;)
As all dead things, my hair does still grow (and my nails as well, if you are wondering)! I take care of it by keeping the ends neatly trimmed and styling it how I feel it would best compliment my outfit. I used to do so with fat, though apparently this is now “inhumane” and so I now use hair gel.
Oh, I also use leave-in conditioner for the shine ;)
Thank you for a wonderful question 🖤🧛🏻♂️

Hello again, Count :) I have another question for you: how would you define beauty? I'd like to imagine you've seen a great deal of things and creatures that most would consider "beautiful " over the years and I've no doubt you've witnessed the standards of beauty changing from decade to decade. I'm genuinely interested in what you have to say about all that 🖤
Hello again🖤
You would be correct in assuming that I have seen the standard of beauty change for a long time. Which leads me to have the opinion that beauty has and will never have one form. Every single period and era in time has expressed a different view on perfection and beauty, and the simple truth is that there is no single definition. Beauty is so very objective that society, to me, is a little stupid for generating a generic standard that is both so flexible and so frigid. Anyone who dares to rebel against the standard is ridiculed, yet the standard fluxuates almost daily.
It is simply something that cannot and should not be universally measured. Each individual’s perception of beauty is as different as their fingerprints.
Some things, however, tend to be conceived more “beautiful” than other things. I think most of the population, for all time, has considered landscapes and views to be beautiful. The world has a lot of beauties to offer, and I believe the only certain beauty in this world is the face of the earth.
Personally, I believe the sun is very beautiful. Other people would argue and thus have blackout blinds installed in their bed chambers. It is all up to each individual to decide what beauty is.
I hope my answer satisfies your absolutely wonderful question🖤🧛🏻♂️
