#As if his body convulsing from the electric current adjoined by his cries weren’t enough sadistic entertainment for him. ” ;)

c!dream IS jesus! have you forgotten how you crucified him in one of your fanfics? :]
How could I forget? probably one of the most unhinged things I've ever written... well okay hopscotch might be the winner there lol... but still. Definitely the most brutal thing…though perhaps the electric chair might give it a run for it's money...
And see now I can't help but share a snippet of the beginning dialogue :] (no warnings needed, this is just the diaglogue if you want to actually read, find the rest [here])
“Tommy told me something interesting, you know. He told me you called yourself a fucking god after you revived him. Do you really think you’re a god, Dream? Do you really fucking think that? Huh?” Quackity spits, gripping Dream’s chin like he’s analyzing his unmolded clay. [...]
Effectively trapped between Quackity’s body and the wall, Dream settles instead for snorting back provocatively, “Well to be fair, how many—how many people do you know can bring people back from the dead. I mean that—that’s pretty godlike I’d say… you know not that y—you’d know, obviously.” [...]
“See I’m thinking that if you claim to be a god then I should just treat you like one, right? I mean that makes sense—that’s only fair…” Quackity proposes, tantalizingly picking Dream’s wrist up and show-manly positioning it against the wall so that his arm is straight out, parallel to the floor. Satisfied with his work, Quackity tilts his head and leans in, whispering into Dream’s ear, “And do you know what they did when God came to earth to save them? Do you know what they fucking did, Dream? Do you know what they did to him—to God? Hmm?” “I don’t—I don’t know. I don’t know.” Dream answers, cold dread flooding his apprehension. “You don’t know. Huh? You don’t know? Well, how ‘bout I just show you then.” Quackity bodes nefariously while to Dream’s utter horror he slowly pulls out a large thick nail, “Want me to show you, Dream? Want me to do that? Huh?… What do you think, Dream? Would you like that? Would you like me to treat you like fucking God?” Realization quickly dawning, Dream shakily chides, trying to come across as cockily unperturbed but sounding more petrified than peeved, “Wait What?! Wait—Wait. I’m p—pretty sure you’re thinking of Jesus, Quackity. You know—and to be fair I never—I never claimed to be fucking Jesus, you idiot.” “You know what, Dream? You know what—spare me the goddamn details, Dream! I don’t really give a shit. I don’t give a fuck. At the end of the day, it’s what you fucking deserve!” Still pressing Dream’s wrist into the wall with the same hand, Quackity manages to situate the nail into the proper upright stance. Then with his other hand he tauntingly reveals his hammer causing Dream to begin frantically squirming in escape. Almost in slow motion Quackity brings it down in a strong arc as Dream pleads desperately, “Quackity!—Quackity please—stop! Stop! Please please please please please—stop. Please stop!… Oh god!—no no no no no no no—” [...]
In the end, it doesn’t matter if like God he does have unimaginable power. If he’d too defeat death and be resurrected. Because unlike any god, he’s already forgotten. Abandoned. Unwanted. Obsolete. Degraded. Annihilated from history. His flesh and blood crusted like a transcript of horrors into the crevices of an obsidian tomb. That even after the three days remains sealed. The foreboding unlocked entrance, left unopened. The mutilating marks on his pale skin, left unseen. The desolate echoes of his pained screams, left unheard. His story, left forever untold...
I suppose technically Dream lied here about not saying he's Jesus lol... and what's really interesting is Quackity was actually apart of that claim so he kinda is like Judas only in this fic more extreme as he is the one to actually crucify him...
Also my favorite fun fact, the word excruciating is originally derived from the root word meaning: 'as painful as crucifixion.'
