I’d like to think yes! If he knows you(and likes you) enough I feel like Penny is very affectionate! If you’re a stranger and/or he doesn’t like you he’d rock your shit if you tried to touch him 💖

And yes I do! Being honest I do like 2017 pennywise more. However 1990 pennywise will also have a place in my heart because he’s just as silly, and a big sweet talker I feel like. Also,,,,Tim Curry.
