To be fair the names are similar enough that I got confused until I got a little too into playing Sims

Art Nouveau is kind of like if Rococo was more fluid - still botanical, but less fiddly, and I think this was when ombre kinda took off

Rococo: fancy as shit 18th century continental European/wealthy mad romance author's bedroom aesthetic, generally with Chinese and neo-classical influences - it's quite floral/botanical and pastel

Art deco: elegant industrial 1920s aesthetic, with highly stylised ornamentation and lots of metal and chrome

the point is i dont know what any of those means
