A Ford iniciou a operação no Brasil do FordPass, nova plataforma de serviços e conveniência da marca com uma série de funcionalidades para os consumidores. Qualquer pessoa, seja proprietário de carro da Ford ou não, pode utilizar os serviços gratuitamente, baixando o aplicativo FordPass na App Store ou no Google Play. O Brasil é o primeiro país do mundo a lançar a versão 2.0 do app.
Com o FordPass, é possível localizar e comparar preços de postos de combustível, estacionamentos, pesquisar pontos de interesse como restaurantes, entretenimento e saúde, acessar a assistência 24 horas e fazer o agendamento online de serviços nos distribuidores Ford. Todas essas funções são feitas com o uso de dados na nuvem, fornecidos por fontes selecionadas.
“O FordPass funciona como um concierge na palma da mão do cliente”, diz Marcel Bueno, gerente de Marketing Avançado da Ford América do Sul. “Ele amplia e complementa os serviços já oferecidos pelo Centro de Atendimento ao Cliente da Ford (CAF), criando mais um canal de apoio que vai além de assuntos relacionados a produtos e serviços.”
Para quem é proprietário de um veículo da Ford, o aplicativo também pode trazer mensagens personalizadas. Basta adicionar o número do chassi para ter uma experiência completa, que inclui o recebimento de avisos sobre o momento da manutenção do veículo até o agendamento de data e horário em um distribuidor Ford.
Outro diferencial do aplicativo é o Guia Ford, serviço que conta com atendentes de plantão para ajudar em caso de necessidade. Ele pode ser acessado com apenas um clique no celular para contato via telefone, chat ou e-mail, de segunda-feira a sábado, das 8h00 às 21h00.
O FordPass dispõe também de um sistema inteligente de autoajuda com respostas para as dúvidas mais comuns, integrado à área de Serviço ao Cliente da marca e à Ford Credit.
O FordPass faz parte da estratégia da Ford centrada nos consumidores, colocando a tecnologia a seu serviço para oferecer recursos que facilitem a sua vida. Antes do seu lançamento, foi feita uma ampla pesquisa com consumidores no Brasil para conhecer seus hábitos e prioridades na área da mobilidade. O objetivo é criar uma nova experiência com a marca.
“A Ford identificou uma oportunidade de estar mais perto da vida do consumidor e promover uma interação maior dele com a marca, que vai além da compra do veículo e uso dos serviços pós-venda”, destaca Marcel Bueno.

O FordPass soma hoje mais de 3 milhões de downloads globalmente. O serviço vem sendo introduzido progressivamente no mundo desde 2016, quando foi lançado nos Estados Unidos e no Canadá. No mesmo ano, chegou à Inglaterra, Alemanha, França e China. Em 2017, foi introduzido também na Espanha e Itália. O Brasil, agora, é o primeiro país a lançar a versão 2.0 do aplicativo, que traz vários aprimoramentos.

We understand that our users need the most accurate weather forecasts and warnings based on their specific location, and we give that to them, but we’ve also partnered with some of the leaders in their respective fields to bring personalized, relevant weather data to consumers in more innovative ways than ever before.
For example, just this year we partnered with Swirl to introduce the industry’s first integration of weather and indoor location data to enable retailers and brands to drive the highest in-aisle contextual relevance in mobile. By targeting content based on verified indoor locations, as well as weather conditions near a particular store, marketers can deliver more relevant communications that drive higher levels of performance. For example, on days when pollen and allergen counts are forecasted to rise, a pharmacy chain can alert in-store shoppers to the upcoming weather condition and provide information and special offers on allergy relief products to shoppers in the medicine aisle.
We announced that our award-winning Android app is now available through AppLink™ on the Ford SYNC 3 in-car communications and entertainment system. What did you learn from your time at highly emotional brands like Marvel Entertainment and MTV that you have been able to bring to AccuWeather?
During my time at MTV Networks, we were pushing the boundaries of innovation in media. I took a lot of that energy and enthusiasm back to Marvel, where we were able to make great strides in bringing digital advancement to the house of ideas.
I’ve always tried to create new circumstances that were a little bit different than what I had before—even within entertainment. I just look at things from a different angle and try to figure out ways to do something that can expand my experience and allow me to create new opportunities for my company and our partners. When I rejoined Marvel the expansion of their digital business was a natural fit for me.

I always try to figure out how can I continue to live to my potential and what’s going to challenge me next. Bare in mind that App Fusion was basically discovered by an accident that ended up being useful while trying to use Applink. And technically the Super Chips need to absorb the Chips of the component Appmon as shown by Raidramon's Chip doing so with those both Hackmon and Protecmon so Navimon's Chip still needed to use DoGatchmon's Chip. Plus there's still Ultimate and God Grade so it's still likely that the gang'll discover new App Fusions by Applinking Supers together.
I get that super chips would be useful, like when Haru combined Raidramon and DoGatchmon and annihilated several servers storing who knows how much sensitive data, but what’s the point of apprealizing via super chips and why does the show keep making a big deal out of it if it’s literally the same???
I’m not trying to give you a hard time or anything, this show just makes me kinda grumpy because it’s weird.
