Hello everyone

I have a question regarding the study of textbooks used to teach English. I'm currently in the brainstorming phase for my thesis on this topic. If anyone in the field of education has any insights or viewpoints, I would greatly appreciate your input. Is there anything specific you'd like to see someone work on in this area

My applied linguistics course has been super interesting and enjoyable. This week we studied the International Phonetic Alphabet, consonant production, and vowel production. With this information, we looked at how ESL/ELL instructors could offer better advice on correcting pronunciations by understanding the manner, place, and voicing of consonants.
